An outstanding level of service last week. We had a dead battery and couldn t get the car open with a remote key access. When we called Mandeep the head service writer, at the dealership he simply sent a mechanic to our home. He got it jump started and then called ahead to the dealership to let them know we were on our way to them and to have mechanics and a new battery waiting for us! Thank you Mandeep and friends for an amazing experience!!!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance

I received by far the best service from a dealership I have ever received. The service advisor Andrew Ullberg kept me up to date during the entire service process. Highly recommend Porsche exchange for service needs. They even delivered the vehicle back to my house saving me from having to get an Uber.

Took my Macan in for oil change & 60,000 mile check up. Picked my car up 1 day later, paid my bill of $3000 and when I got home my car said I needed oil in the car!!!!!!How do you do an oil change without putting oil in the car-what did I pay you for???Left work early to pick up my car today and now I have to waste my day Saturday and drive back to the shop so you can finish the job that you were paid to do.My time & money are just as important to me. After 8 years & multiple screw ups by this dealership I finally will never come back to this dealership.The reason I kept returning even after multiple screw ups was because I dealt with Casey. This was my car s first annual service. I took it to Porsche Exchange. I bought the car in Scottsdale AZ so this was my first time getting service in the Chicago area. It was an excellent experience. The Porsche Exchange in Highland Park, Illinois is a fantastic dealer! I was there recently for a routine service on my vehicle.They treat all of their customers so well. The team stays in touch with you regarding the status of your car and they always make sure that you are completely satisfied with the work performed. I purchased a brand new 2020 Porsche Macan S (from another dealer) and there was a defect with a dead bug inside the instrument cluster (see photo). I decided to have it addressed at the first service/oil change at Porsche Exchange due to my current location. Service reps immediately asked for $5000 saying it isn t covered. The original selling dealer said it is covered under warranty. Now it s a Porsche internal politics game with the customer suffering and I have involved headquarters in US and Germany on this. I know it will be made right in the end but unsure of the games being played for what s supposed to be a premium vehicle.A second issue was a brake fault light displayed (see photo). I took it in for service and was provided their entry Macan as a loaner. To me this is bad service and a missed opportunity to push other vehicles in their brand. I did enquire about it and they mentioned availability. Granted when I arrived, the whole dealership was empty so I am skeptical to the validity of this and even though I had to book the appointment a week out, it seems they forgot about the loaner when I arrived. To boot the Macan loaner had less than 100 miles on it and squeaky brakes which was annoying to drive in rush hour traffic for hours.Now when I picked up my car it looked brand new. They did do magic here and the car works well. But the constant asking me via text how my experience was when I have an outstanding issue with them was bothersome. I responded mentioning the issue and no manager was available to contact me until Monday (now is Thursday morning), probably to say the same again. Regards to the brake problem, I was told a software issue (weird?) that has been updated. Update: A full week later and no one from Porsche Exchange contacted me and my emails have been ignored.I will update again here when it s resolved. I know it will be handled but it goes to show the internal politics and management at Porsche Exchange needs improvement as they rather screw around with the customer rather than find a solution. I, the customer, will find a favorable solution.Update: Porsche Exchange said they requested a document in September. They did not make any such request. Porsche Exchange did not lift one finger to make the situation right. After emailing the CEO and Porsche Germany, Porsche Corporate agreed to cover the warranty claim and a different Porsche service center reached out to schedule a repair. The whole tone has changed with asking me to come in at my leisure, a loaner will be available, and no rush to pick it up. Beware doing business at Porsche Exchange, their motto is to get you in, not give loaners whenever possible and once your car is ready they will blast you until you pick it up, as if asking you to hurry up. Porsche Exchange management never contacted me to attempt to make this right. Buyer beware.Update 2: Went to Napleton Westmont Porsche who provided me with a Panamera loaner for a full week and addressed all of my concerns with the vehicle. Additionally, Napleton provided me with some accessories as a gesture. Granted my new instrument cluster has a crack on it (another defect), I am currently waiting for another one from Germany. The service was professional and far superior at Napleton Westmont.Conclusion: There is a problem with Porsche Exchange when it comes to customer service. No one from Porsche Exchange has attempted to contact me to apologize or make good on their poor service either. While they may have a nice selection of vehicles, if something goes wrong, good luck to you.

Always a great service experience. The staff is professional, friendly, and competent. I worked with Sam this time, and he was very courteous, knowledgeable, and kept me informed as to what was going on with my PCM (InfotainmentSystem) replacement. Never experienced any issues with the work performed, neither this time or any of the previous service work.Highly recommend.
