Had some work done on one of my vehicles after encountering a huge raccoon! The man that I dealt with, I don t think he was the owner, but he was very nice and quoted a fair price. It didn t take long and I was satisfied.However, when I came back to get a quote for my other car, which was a small scratch, I was appalled at the enormous price he quoted me. I understand body work can be expensive but this was a complete rip off. I lost all respect for this man and vowed to never return to this shop again. I despise doing business with people who are unethical!!!!!

They treated very bad, I don t like their service and they didn t do a good job, I had to go back to another body shop to get the job right. It took them 1 month to do what another place would have took a couple days!Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

Willy and team did an exceptionally excellent job on my car.They were patient, the pricing was fair, and delivered on time. I had body work done and the paint match was extremely well done and the panels fitment was perfect.Don t listen to the negative reviews, this is a great shop that returned my car to me cleaner and better than it was when I brought it in.Shout out to the team here, they do great honest work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I couldn't be more happier with the NorthShore collision. After 2 weeks of fighting and getting nowhere with my insurance and the repair shop they wanted me to go to, Mr Willie from the North Shore Collision was amazing and took care of everything for me. Not only my car looks like brand new but also it was done extremely fast and much cheaper. Would highly recommend!!

I called before going there about an estimate I was told they are open till 5:30pm I went theee by 3pm the guy told me to come back on Monday and this is a waste of time . Management 0

Never want to go to a 'collision' specialist but if you have to they make the process as painful less as possible.
