Good dealership and some good guys working there, they where able to work on price with me within reason. I did have to bring the truck back for a evap code but these guys took care of it. Some honest people that back what they sell. Its nice to see some place that can still exist and not throw you around the ringer to get a good deal and work done. Thanks again guys!

I bought a work truck here about 6 months ago. The staff here did an excellent job helping me find what I needed. I didn't feel pressured, and they were accommodating with me purchasing from out of state. Great customer service, and a good selection of trucks.

Bought my truck from Jeff at Motorsource inc from an ebay listing. Every question I had was answered in a very timely manner, whether through email or text, but I was also easily able to reach Jeff by phone. The whole transaction was easy and hassle free.After having the truck less than a month, the check engine light came on and needed to be addressed. I contacted Jeff with the issue, and even though the truck had no warranty on it, Jeff offered to cover a portion of the repair since the truck had been so recently purchased. In other words, He went above and beyond what he had to do. This is a quality that is not easily found in a person or business these days.For these reasons, I highly recommend Motorsource inc if you are looking for a used vehicle and want to deal with honest people who will make the whole experience of buying a vehicle a pleasant one.

Jeff and Chris are awesome and easy to work with. I bought a 2014 dodge charger with the 3.6 engine to use as a work car. It's an ex-police vehicle. There's some overspray from the repaint, but what do you expect buying a used police car? I felt like they represented the car honestly and I had a couple of minor issues with some interior components the day I drove it home. I called Jeff, he said come back we'll have a look at it and they fixed it right away. I've put 3000 miles on this vehicle since purchasing it less than a month ago, and so far I am completely satisfied with my car and my experience. Thanks Jeff and Chris!

I bought a 2015 Kia Soul from the guys here a couple months ago (I'm bad with names, but the brother-owners). Had a terrific experience. They were open about the car's story, easy negotiation, and it's been a great car for me with no surprises. Nothing negative to say! Highly recommend!

Jeff and Chris are amazing! I got a great deal on greater truck. 1 month after the purchase I can confidently say I am still thrilled with the truck and deal. I have already put 1700 more miles on the truck and have driven to Florida already.I plan on buying again from Motorsource.

I did extensive research looking for a new landscaping truck. Motorsource had the best inventory and selection by far. Went to test drive 3 or 4 trucks. Chris and Jeff were very professional, straightforward and honest. I bought a 2012 F250 and I couldn't be happier. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a used truck. Thank you, Chris and Jeff. I'll be back next time I need another truck

I bought a 2016 Ford Explorer PIU from these guys and I'm very happy, both with the car, and with the purchase process. Three months after the purchase, I can say I had zero surprises and I can recommend them without reservations. Jeff and Chris are very courteous and helpful, they were available on the phone and via email to answer numerous questions, they were perfectly transparent about the inventory's history and conditions, and they let me test drive the vehicle to my heart's content. They made the closing process extremely straightforward and simple; it probably took 20 minutes. Ford had the comprehensive vehicle's service history on file, which makes subsequent service easy.The vehicle drove from IL to NY non-stop a couple days after the purchase without a glitch. Months into the purchase, I haven't had a single surprise. The vehicle performs as expected or better, and I'm extremely happy about it. I'd be happy to do business again.

I drove 10 hours to go purchase this truck. I was told that it was rust free truck from Wyoming, little to no dents, with a great looking body. I show and the first thing I see is a nail right it the tire. The cab coners and wheel wells were all covered in bondo most likely covering up alot of rust. There was alot of paint over-spray from the cover up job. The hood was all bent up. I had asked prior of arrival if there were any leaks underneath. I was told that there weren't any. I looked underneath when I got there and the rear main seal was leaking along with oil coming out of the oil plug. Bottom line is they were trying to sell me a truck that did not at all get close to the truck they were describing to me. Wasted my time and money to drive out there to find the truck looking like this. Very disappointed and they should feel ashamed for doing this.

From my initial contact w/Chris and Jeff, the experience went very well. I drove about 300miles to get there and the truck was as advertised. Very clean outside and Super clean on the inside. Had a great drive home after getting out of Chicago traffic!I would reco them to anyone and would do business w/them again.

Honest business run by brothers. You can test many vehicles, make a fair deal and be out in under 2 hours. Great for work vehicles. We got a nice ford truck!

I researched work vans for my roofing company for a few months before coming across Motorsource. The response time was swift and communication was great. The van I looked at was exactly as advertised and runs great. I was in and out quickly with no headaches. Very satisfied with the service and happy to finally add another needed vehicle to my fleet. I have been buying vehicles for 40 years and my experience purchasing a used truck from Motorsource was easily the simplest and most enjoyable in all those years. After going to look at the truck and driving it, I decided to purchase it but only had 20 minutes before having to leave for an appointment. They said no problem, it'll only take 10. The last time I bought a car (three weeks earlier), this process took over two hours. This time it took 10 minutes at most. They had all the paperwork prepared and there were no issues. I noticed a small problem the next day, called them, and they said come right in, which I did. They fixed it and I was on my way. I highly recommend these guys for your used truck needs and I will be back again soon.

I bought a used pick up truck from the guys at Motorsource a few months ago. So far, the truck has been great and I've had no problems. Chris handled the paperwork and it took less than 15 minutes from start to finish. The truck I got was from Colorado, so it was very clean with no rust. Chris and the other guy there were nice and easy to work with. I'd definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to get a nice truck.

Drove from TN after seeing a "great" looking f250 online (08, 109k, xlt, ext cab, 5.4L). Ad showed new tires, great interior, great paint, great overall truck. That was not the case when we arrived. Tires were 7-8 years old (per dot numbers) and dry rotting. The truck was so dirty that you could write your name on the windshield and the gas light was on before test drive.... upon test drive the back up sensors didn't work, and the interior had a few things broken but they all could be overlooked. However, i had to drive home 500 miles and the owner knew we were under the impression that the tires were new and that was one thing we liked about the truck. Long story short the priced was not allowed to change and he wouldn't help on tires. his offer was two (what he called new) to be thrown in the bed for me to mount if the pop on the way home, the two tires were 5 years old.... long story short after being called a "wine guy" (guy that knows too much about wine) over the tires the guy said the truck might be out of my price range since I cant put tires on it and we left. No customer service to say the least. if you are just buying a truck under the idea of throwing money at it then give him a shout. if you want a honest truck with a honest ad then head on down the road. Hate to give places bad reviews but I am so glad he didn't take my offer of a deposit. We now know why he didn't accept it....

We went to Motorsource Inc July 2021 with a certain vehicle in mind. They were super laid back and never pressured us at all which I always appreciate. The vehicle we looked at was in great condition and drove wonderfully, and was just as described as on their website. The vehicle we were looking at didn't end up meeting our needs, however Chris and Jeff were both AMAZING to work with throughout the process. We would definitely go back if they have the right vehicle for us, as well as send anyone whose looking for a car their way. Its not easy to find honest, no pressure salesmen, but that's exactly what you will get going here.

My wife and I came in to buy a vehicle and Were greeted by a friendly pleasant guy named Jeff. The vehicle we ended up buying was clean and in good condition so far. Chris was the paperwork guy and helped us through a couple hurdles and was very patient. They seem to move a lot of inventory which is a good sign. Chris needs a bit more help hes a very busy guy and we all had to wait to see him to do the paper work to buy the vehicle. All and all it was a pleasant experience. I would buy a car from them again. We just purchased the car today so ill update this review if needed but we are happy with the experience so far

When they say these trucks are clean and rust free, they really are!! Chris and Jeff are awesome and made me an awesome deal on a new work truck. I even took it to a mechanic before I bought it and everything checked out great just like they claimed. If you are looking for a clean, reliable, rust free work truck this is your place!!

I would not recommend this place, I drove 4 plus hours to look at a vehicle that Jeff assured me that had NO cosmetic defects, when I got there I quickly found out the vehicle was not what I was expecting. You could tell from 20 feet that both fenders had been poorly repainted and bumper cover was misaligned, multiple dings and significant noticeable scratches. Also tires severely weather cracked. DEFENETLY NOT AN HONEST PLACE TO BUY A VEHICLE.

WOW!! I am just amazed at how well this company did. I live about 350 miles away and did everything over the phone. I called and spoke with Jeff and he sent me an outstanding video of under the truck and all the way around the truck.Then I really didn t want to drive to get it. He got me hooked up with a company that brought it to my door for less then I could have driven or flown there for! I was not disappointed at all when it arrived.If I ever need another work truck I will for sure check with them first!Thanks Jeff for your outstanding customer service!

I purchased a 2013 F-250 SD 12/17. with 160,000 miles. The body was in great shape along with the interior. I was told before hand that they do a thorough inspection of the vehicle. Thorough would be a relative term in this case. The day after I bought it, my service light came on and the truck would not start. It turns out that the battery was frozen and cracked. My oxygen sensors triggered the service light. Needed to be replaced. A transmission code showed up. Vacuum system for 4 wheel drive was defective. front hub needed to be replaced. The throttle body needed to be replaced, and a break line burst as I was traveling. I just replaced the motor because a valve spring broke causing damage to the cylinder and piston. All in all, I have spent over $9300 on this vehicle. Purchase price was $14400. Make sure you check engine thoroughly from this dealer. Many of the work trucks come from energy companies in the southwest. Mine came from New Mexico. There is a brown clay deposit in most of the engine compartments. this is the culprit. Other than these issues, they were friendly and kind!! Oh one more thing, the truck had a perfect service record according to "CAR FAX". "REALLY??"

First - What was advertised was what we purchased. This is NOT your average used vehicle dealership, actually far from it. Straight forward, no sales pressure. Two brothers Chris & Jeff are the best of the best. We were treated first class through the whole process. I would not be afraid to recommend Motorsource to anyone.

I just purchased a 2007 Chevrolet Suburban 2500 from Motorsource. Vehicle is very clean and very nice. I live in Wisconsin, so all of the haggling was done over the phone. Jeff was very honest, friendly and respectful. Vehicle was better than expected. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone. GREAT EXPERIENCE.
