Steve was wonderful to work with. He was professional and everything went smoothly. I was particularly impressed that he went out of his way to deliver the vehicle to our home and made sure it was there for Christmas! It was my Christmas gift!5 star review!!!!

This was my 1st online experience in buying a vehicle especially from out of state but overall everything was good, I found the exact vehicle that I wanted, thanks to the saleperson Wally and the finance manager for getting a deal worked out right away and I'm happy with my vehicle a BMW X3 XDrive30I black on black fully loaded with everything. So go to Gravity Autos and ask for Wally and he will get u taken care of.

I LOVE EVERY SINGLE PERSON AT THIS DEALERSHIP I got my dream car plus made a few new friends like Trevor who are so helpful and kind. Everyone was very supportive. The person who was assisting us with paperwork was also VERY thorough and quick. He explained the entire process and immensely helped with warranty questions etc. Thank you all so so much and I will surely be returning here with friends and family in the near future.

My husband and I went to Gravity searching for a car. We didn't find what we were looking for, but customer service was great! Give this place a try if searching for a vehicle. While we were taking a look at their lot, someone came almost immediately to introduce themselves, the place, and ask how he could help. He told us that he was currently busy with other customers, but that he would send John out to help us. John was friendly, informative, and patient. Thank you guys for a good experience!

Joe was great! He was able to effectively answer all of my questions and get me on my way! Highly recommend!I m here to edit my review from 5 stars to 1. GIVE YOUR MONEY TO LITERALLY ANY OTHER BUSINESS!!! Joe is one of the most unprofessional and uneducated car salesman I have ever worked with. When my new truck was dropped off to me, it had an additional 400 MILES from when I purchased it. I don t know if they decided to take it for a joy ride or what, but that is A LOT of miles. That was after he drove it 60 miles with front wheels completely toed in from needing an alignment and still proceeding to drop it off to me anyways. I am STILL waiting for this reimbursement from having to get the services myself.Additionally, I inquired about my remote start not working, in which Joe responded that the truck does not have it. It was advertised as remote start and literally had the button he was just too money hungry to actually assist me- turns out I just didn t know how to use the button.Further, my truck was listed as having many features that it does not actually have. This business is filled with SNAKES and they don t deserve your hard earned money. STEER CLEAR!!!I was also OVER FINANCED by $600.

I just purchased a vehicle from Gravity Autos of Chicago and I live in Michigan. I am so elated. My Salesman was Wally. I am so glad I got a chance to work with Wally. Wally is a very honest and kind gentleman. He walked me thru step by step of the process in purchasing my vehicle. I was very skeptical at first because of being a single woman and purchasing from out of town. Wally reassured me every step of the way. The rest of the crew was very helpful and kind as well. I am so pleased with my vehicle and I have already recommended Gravity to my friends. There was no pressure and Wally and his crew answered all of my questions. I had helped my sister purchase a car in Gravity Autos Roswell location in Georgia a couple of years back as well. Matt communicated, and persisted, beautifully:professional, proper, appropriate!!It's rare these days to encounter, or to deal with, anyone who behaves and conducts themselves as he did!!I was so impressed that told him I would be happy to take the time to call and speak with any 'superior' who might like to hear this!!I can, at 63, say, unequivocally: Matt is definitely your go to Guy!!

Just bought a car from gravity autos I have to say I had an excellent experience. Salesman Joe was very resourceful and transparent about everything, he went above and beyond even pick me up from the airport. I was confident enough to make a deal coming from out of state and even got finance offer better than what was initially quoted. Overall had a delightful experience, would buy from them again!

This was a really great experience. I have purchased cars for delivery before but these guys were BY FAR the best. Charles was straight up and reasonable and they made the whole shipping thing easy. The car was EXACLTY what they said it would be(better actually)Really great operation. Proceed with total confidence.

I had a great experience at gravity autos! Jesus sold me my Lexus and when I asked if they would detail my car and replace a few things they followed up and I m so happy with the results! Was in and out in an hour. With a new car. Steve in sales and the sales manager were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I thank them both for their hard work and great service! On top all of that, I received a great deal, there were no games, it was straight to the point and genuine. I will be coming back for sure!
