These people stand behind their work. I had my 4runner tailgate repaired here 5 years ago. The repair went bad, started bubbling up. I went in to discuss the matter, and they replaced the whole tailgate for free, no questions asked! I was blown away! Just in time for my road trip to Arizona. Anyway you can trust these people and I leave brutal reviews.

I stopped by to have some paint touch up work done on my 4Runner after hearing how great of a job they did repairing a car for my family member.Their production manager Nick was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly as he walked around my car to talk through the spots I wanted addressed. He told me the car would be available to pick up around lunch time and cost about 2 hours of labor, which was totally acceptable for me.The best surprise was that when I picked it up, they said I didn't owe anything at all since I supplied my own touch up OEM paint and the job was easy. They obviously didn't have to do that, but it was great to see a business doing quick favors like that and was so appreciated. Can't be at free!I recommend Nick and the team and have confidence in their quality work and service.

I appreciate the efforts of the manager Drew and the rest of the staff at the Highland Park location. They went above and beyond to repair my vehicle the right way. Everyone was friendly and attentive, especially the lady at the front counter. This body shop pays special attention to the small details. The shop is definitely more professional than other local body shops that I've been to recently. You can tell that they actually care about the quality of work they're putting out and that's the most important thing. Stopped in 9AM Thursday was ignored for 5 minutes while two employees were flirting with each other, once I was acknowledged I was told that some one would call me with an estimate for a windshield replacement in an hour or two...5 days later no call. Don't waste your time here!

I had a great experience with Gerber Collision & Glass. Everyone was very nice the women at the front desk had great customer service! They repaired my truck earlier than I expected! I would totally recommend this place to my family and friend and I would be taking all my cars here for any repairs in the near future. They did a excellent job on my truck! A week before we were supposed to move from San Diego to Highland Park, my husband backed his car into a pole and did some fairly significant damage. The car was still drivable but had huge dents and broken lights. Our collision place in San Diego said they could not get the car done before we left and that it would take at least a week and a half.When we got here our insurance sent us to Gerber. I worked with Bill and he was very kind and courteous. They kept us up to date on where our car was in the repair cycle and it was done in a few days, much more quickly and efficiently than San Diego planned!The work is solid and the car looks fantastic. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Was hit while parked the other month. Took car to Gerber Highland Park who did a fantastic job handling a large dent across my entire rear wheel well. Professional, timely and super work. They also went above and beyond, buffing out a scratch near the accident area free of charge and even using touch up paint on other areas of the car that were not even close to the damaged area. Big shout out to the specialist who helped me -- Mia. She was fantastic through out.

Professional, patient, caring, honest, reliable. These are the words that illustrate my experience of working with William at the Gerber HP. Not only did William assessed the work needed to be done on my car accurately and timely, but he went beyond all my expectations when he showed me the prior repair flaws done by a different shop and educated me on how to advocate for myself. I was touched beyond belief when I realized that he truly cared for making sure I was getting all my questions answered. William's customer service skills and professionalism have absolutely exceeded all my expectations! All the needed repairs were done flawlessly and timely. Thank you!

The Highland Park Gerber has been my only interaction with Gerber, and if the rest of their shops are anything like this one, then they are definitely doing something right! I have had two instances of cars running into my parked car (the chances you take living in the city) The first accident was a hit and run, I took my car to gerber in HP and they could not have made a stressful situation easier. Their price was fair and the repairs were done early.Fast forward to this year, my car was hit once again by a construction vehicle. Thankfully not a hit and run this time. The construction company's insurance let me choose where I could get my car repaired. Brought my car back to Gerber HP and the experience was just as great as the first time. The receptionists may be the friendliest people I have met, that interaction alone makes it great! They had someone walk around the car with me and discuss what was wrong, and how it will be fixed. Repairs were finished a whole 5 days early. They even popped a piece of my bumper back in that was starting to come loose. My car looks amazing and I am 100% happy with their service and work!

I got in a car accident and took my car to Gerber Highland Park. They did an amazing job repairing my car. It was done quickly. I was kept informed daily via test of the repair status of my car. My car was amazingly clean when I picked it up, it looked like a brand new car! Highly recommend. Wouldn t take my car anywhere else! They were amazing to work with.

I had my car repaired in October the paint work was beautiful and done on time. Drew took care of everything with great follow up. They deserve 5 star and do an impressive job hopefully I won't need their service again but if I do they are number on my list. Thank you for a great job

They did a fantastic job on my car! Communication was great throughout the whole process, they never left me in the dark. Bill did an amazing job making sure everything was taken care of and answering all of my questions/addressing my concerns. Honestly, I did not think my car was going to pull through, but it turned out better than it was before! I can not recommend them enough.

Accidents are stressful. This company makes the process of recovery of your car as simple as it can possibly be. Just broth my car in on Monday, spent 20 min with adjuster, took some photos and paper work, during this time girls on front desk arranged rental car and I was back to my business. On Wednesday received update re. the progress and received my car back on Friday. Very simple. Reputable name, great service, life time warranty on their work. Very well established business and people are dedicated to Gerber Collision family. Vince, the mechanic-body specialist, probably was a plastic surgeon in his previous life-definitely acceded my expectations. I am absolutely happy customer. Thanks!!!

Loved this place. Went in with some apprehension because of some of the older reviews. When I got there they were super busy. To my surprise I was serviced right away. Customer service was great. They called a rental car for me and told me it would take a week to be repaired. I didn't think itwould be ready because of the extensive damage but got a call that it was ready 1 day early. They done a great job on my car. Looks like new. Told me about the warranty in case I find something later and I was good to go. Very professional office staff. Loved it!

I recently hurt my car tremendously in an accident and found out my insurance wasn t going to help cover me. I took it to my dealership and they quoted me at an insane price. Gerber was right across the way and they not only gave me a quote over the phone and thousands less, they totally sympathized with my situation and put it at the front of the line to get it fixed up asap. Once they had the car, they gave me a revised quote at even less than the one over the phone. And they even threw in some extra stuff that I couldn t afford. These guys are awesome. They got it done fast and everyone there was great. Talk to Chris if you can- great guy. Highly recommended

I could never recommend this place. I have taken it to 2 different locations with terrible results at both.1. When picking up my vehicle I found bolts blatantly missing from it.2. Within a week my fender flair was peeling off of my vehicle. They fixed it again and I had to bring it back another time for the same exact issue.3. When picking it up from that issue I found gouges in my front bumper and they had to take it right back in to repaint the bumper.3. After painting the bumper I found the bumper was no longer lined up any more. This is when I switched locations.5. I had to drive approximately 45 minutes each way to the new location and my bumper is still not aligned properly.6. The gaps at the left front fender do not match the right front fender. The gap at the hood to the front grill are not even.7. There are runs and paint flaws on the fender and the bumper.Again I would highly recommend finding a different location to take your vehicle for body shop repairs.

Unfortunately I have been in need of auto repairs a few times in the last few months. I always take my cars to Gerber, everyone at Gerber is amazing. Drew has been more than helpful, he has always gone above and beyond every single time. Wouldn't go anywhere else. This is THE place to go

Was a great experience from start to finish. Asked for a quote online by uploading pictures and received the estimate within a half hour. The estimate ended up going up a little after in person inspection upon looking under car. Process was well organized and seemless. Everyone I dealt with was first class including Christopher, the lady at the front desk, can't remember her name, and Jaqueline the onsite rep from Enterprise rental. Highly recommended.

Should not be open Saturday morning, they are grumpy and rude, pretty much everyone I encountered.Asked for an estimate that I could have the car fix the way I want it fixed to compare to the one for the insurance company. At first flat out refused and told be it can t be done. Then said later it could be done but it had to be called something elseIt is still an estimate!Not my insurance was told to go here by State Farm, makes both look bad.

I had minor accident in which the bumper cover had to be replaced. State Farm recommended I take my car to this place. I made the appointment. They made the repair, and got my car back. Got to work and notice overspray on a black plastic of the bumper. A silver strip across. Took it back once but they told me to bring back another day because they didn't want to rush it. Once they corrected the overspray I took a look and they just paint over the overspray. A month later I take back because i notice a gap on the bumper seems wider like clips weren't secure enough. I bring it back. They tell it's because of the temperature. I'm going to another shop to pay out of pocket because Gerber did not correctly do the job the first time.

Came in last summer with a leaky sun roof. Within 20 minutes they diagnosed the problem: the drainage canals in the sun roof that are supposed to drain away water were clogged. They unclogged it super fast with an air hose. The fix was so simple that they didn't even charge me for the service.Great business run by stand-up people. Will definitely use them again.

Just went in for an estimate, but the folks were nice and I was in and out in about half an hour. Good, comfortable waiting area, surprisingly clean, for a body shop.

Very fast and accurate, the seating area was comfortable and accommodating with tea and coffee K-Cups, refrigerator bottled water and popcorn snack machine made fresh! Chris Guerrero was very attentive and thorough with his job! Highly recommended!

I was taken care of right away. The front desk person was very courteous. I didn't wait long to get serviced and a vehicle which was greatly appreciated.
