Had a remote starter put in here after all the positive reviews and quick email follow up. Job was done on schedule, priced as quoted, everything seems to be working so far. Would definitely go back for more work.

Very professional and clean work. Got a remote start installed on a BMW M2 and now the car can be started or turned off through a phone app! Recommend 10/10

Very creative, knowledgeable, with a great "can do" attitude! I had a mess I made of my rear back-up camera in my car and cut the optical/coaxial wire. Couldn't order a new one and everyone else said it couldn't be repaired/spliced back together. They fixed it in under an hour!!!! Thank you!

They installed my remote starter a few years ago. Did a great job. Fast forward to now I was having an issue. I stopped in and they reset it on the spot for me. Excellent service and like using a local business.

I have an old school remote start motherboard and needed to sync a new remote to the old motherboard. The Autosonics team diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved it with excellence.

They were helpful right away! Not only did they have very fair prices, but they provided excellent and friendly costumer service. I had a remote starter and installed in an older BMW. Most installers will shy away from the high quality BMW remote starters because they can be complex. Not Autosonics. I really appreciate the level of care and honesty from this team. We re already taking another car for a remote starter and they were super helpful with options which gave more bang for our buck.

I had my remote starter installed with them (The Drone) late 2020. I had some service work done on my car and my remote got disconnected. Again I am so impressed with the integrity and quality of this store. They are top notch, professional and the real deal. Thank you again Joe and the Autosonics team for getting me on my way. BTW, great product!

These guys got me out of a bind where I started an installation myself and got over my skis. They completed the project beautifully. Next time my car needs an upgrade, I'll definitely go to them instead of buying equipment online and trying to tackle the project on my own.

I was referred to Autosonics to have my aftermarket remote start installed in my 17 Jeep Wrangler, as well as window tint. Let me say first off that Joe is amazing and his customer service is next level. Joe explained the best tint level to place over my factory tint to give the privacy affect, but not limo black out. He also pointed out that the remote start complete kit I had was missing the harness, and said he would charge me $50 for a harness; again I appreciated his honesty with me. Once everything was finished, Joe took me in the back and explained his process with the tint, and showed me how the remote start worked.I will be going back in a few months to have Joe install an Alpine stereo system in, and refuse to go elsewhere solely because of the top notch service Joe provided.Sincerely,Batty_jku

I have used Autosonics, Highland Park, Illinois, twice in the last year, for two installations: A remote starter, and special illumination in the driver's side footwell. I had developed a severe numbing in my feet that hampered my ability to quickly and accurately move my foot from gas pedal to brake (and vice-versa). I had already had several close calls because I could not feel or see where my foot was going. The light, which goes on with the ignition and has an independent on/off switch, is everything I had hoped, and I especially credit Technician Jair Miranda for his solution. Considering the safety aspects of my problem and my degree of relief, the job was surprisingly inexpensive. Cudos to Autosonics and Mr. Miranda.

Took my Honda Accord to this place about two weeks ago, they did a fantastic job Putting in some subs. A couple days after the install, my car starting dying and regardless of if the issue was caused by them or not, they fixed the issue free of charge. Great service, great crew, would definitely recommend.

Jair was super helpful from the moment I sent an inquiry, to the moment I left the shop. Place is clean, follows COVID19 safety, and is very quick and professional. He walked me through how the services worked to make sure I was completely satisfied before leaving the lot. Would definitely recommend for remote car start and tinted window services!

Very difficult to do business with. After numerous attempts to schedule a appointment they completely ghosted me. Can't comment on their quality of work but it seems they will not call you back if you needed something.

I brought my wife's CX5 in to have a remote start, which I have been promising for 3 years. Mario and Jair got the car done as promised. What I did not expect was Jair taking the time to explain how the device worked and that he had custom programmed the car so that out factory remotes work the same way!Great job!

While Mario and Joe are knowledgeable, experienced and straight forward, what sets them apart is the customer service. The measure of this is when the project is not going perfect. How do they handle a post installation gone less than ideal? I can attest to their "stick'with-it ness" as my 2020 X3 M has some funky electronics and it was tricky to match the aftermarket amplifier to my vehicle, but after a couple of tries and them not being to proud to ask for support from their contacts at BMW, I am off and running with a superior sound.

Autosonics is a great choice for any aftermarket car audio upgrade or customization of your sound system. Mario (manager) and Joe (certified technician) deliver a terrific combination of customer service and technical expertise. They gave me good advice on which amp and processor I should use to improve the quality of my sound system. As I watched Joe work, he was especially careful to keep the interior of my car covered and clean while he installed and soldered wiring. He went through extra steps to make sure the processor controls were in the best position for me to access. And, once the equipment was installed, he set up the audio setttings to give me the best sound output I've heard in my car. I highly recommend Autosonics for their fair pricing, quality of work and friendly attitude. These guys get the job done right the first time and have fun doing it.

Honesty, knowledgeable, great customer. Tech Manager Mario (brilliant, courteous, knowledgeable, and one of the most creative people I've had pleasure to meet) took a job which was an "abortion", the worst work I could imagine (I've won a case against the company in small claims court), and for FAR LESS than I could have imagined, created a sound system TEN TIMES BETTER, with customization you just expect anymore. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED doesn't say how happy I am I found these people (Aldo, Mario's partner same wonderful experience).Tell them Ron and his 2016 Smart Fortwo say hello and thanks a million once more!

Exceptional & outstanding custom installation on our 2001 Porsche Boxster 986. After calling 7 installers, Autosonics was the only company that would take on replacing Fiber Optic wiring. We upgraded our entire audio system including rear speakers (must have with a convertible) and replaced LED low, high, and flood lights. Sound output is life changing. Thanks Mario & Joe! Now let s put the top down and drive it like it s stolen!

I had a special request I guess you could say with an LTE remote start module. They were extremely nice, amazingly fast and great to work with from start to finish. Highly recommend. I will be bringing my gf's car in as well as reach out to them for any car related work in the future.

He's installed cameras inside my car. From the first day it wasn't work properly. I comes couple time and ask to fix it, but problem comes back. After one week I ask to return cameras and get money back so owner close door in front of me and say to get out here

Would not recommend this place . Poor customer service . Went in for estimate Ty hey wanted to call me back with one . Waited over two weeks I called multiple times and they kept saying they were emailing me estimate 3 plus weeks now , nothing !Can t believe they are in business and want to make sales certainly not a way to do so . Recommend going elsewhere this place not good customer service or sales !

Mario and and the rest of the staff are the extremely professional and do quality work. I've gone to them again and again because I can't find do anyone who does work better than them and at very reasonable prices. I can't recommend anyone better.

Never have I gone to a place repeatedly to have work done on my car. The place usually doesn't do the job correctly and leaves me disappointed, but not these guys! They are top notch. Would recommend everyone to go here

They installed a CarPlay/Android Auto kit and rear camera that I had purchased myself. Took a little longer (billed and clock time) than predicted, with the end result coming out perfect.

Did my remote auto start. Old wasn't working so replaced with new. Service was quick and they treated me nicely. Will use them for future.
