My time at Cars R Us was an overall excellent experience. Unlike other dealerships Hanz the owner was more than willing to reduce the initial sales price for my 2011 Chevy Malibu. He also made sure I was aware of the taxes and registration fees. The crew made sure that all my credentials were correct and that I drove off with the car that I wanted. If you re trying to break away from the torture that is conventional car buying give this place a try. Several weeks later and still a happy customer.

Great selection of vehicles on Carz R Us 1. I was very happy with the process and their honesty. I have always been satisfied with the service. Cihan superb customer service goes beyond his dealership. I will recommend them to all my friends.

I just recently purchased a car from here. They were extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I got what I wanted. I would Definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great vehicle and great customer service.

Everyone was great to work with. Did not try to pressure us into anything. Worked with us on the price. Granted they do not have the "nicest" vehicles and they admit it. If you are looking for a decent older vehicle, go here. The two guys are knowledgeable on the vehicles. They will let you know what they think about them. Great to work with!

This place is great they took the time to actually work on my car tire. It was done the right way. the guy that works there that worked on my tire with no appointment and definitely was trying to get me on the road safely I appreciate you. Great customer service.

This was the best car dealership with Carz R Us 1 as I have purchased a used car from them.Buying a car is stressful,so I really appreciate the Carz Us 1 Who helps me finding best car in my budget.My experience with dealer was surprisingly pleasant,relaxed and easy.Car is incredibly comfortable both in ride quality and seat comfort.Every part of car was quit is good condition. Thanks a lot for all of your help !

Two Turkish guys that will give you all the time and help you find a good running car at a really good price. Also they don't push you or pressure you into buying anything. Plus they are a shop and have helped me with any issues I've come across since I bought my truck.

I have used a car which is purchased from Carz R Us 1 Company in the past year.I really appreciate approach they give to details.The parts were in very good condition. I am fully satisfied from work of this company. I am a long term customer of Carz R Us 1 company.The manager of company has great understanding regarding deals and way of talking is good to all customer.All staff members were cooperative.Thank you for all the efforts which make this deal possible and will come again for another car

Extremely disappointed drove an hour and a half only to find out the car was nothing like the description had dents not in Photos and Passenger side window and seatbelts didn t work. They proceeded to lie and sell me for a more expensive car with the wrong windshield wipers that come clear off the windshield! The cars are put together like Legos and nothing is proper although I ve figured that after test driving the second vehicle and they had to jump it before we took it for a drive!!???? All good vehicles though They said well if I could I d give it negative stars due to the quarantine couldn t even stop anywhere to eat and was a waste of three hours of my dealing with those con artists

We have Bought serveral quality good used cars from Cars R Us in Heyworth, Il. We have also recommended. Several of our family and friends. C and Hans are stand up guys. They are fair and will work w you. Give them a try, you won t be sorry!

Terrible drove 40 miles 1 way cause i was told by one of the guys on the phone they had a good selection of good cars and i wouldnt of gave 1000 for any of them they had on the lot the 1 vehicle we actually we were even remotely interested in had a tranny fluid leak and a intake leak and they wanted 2600 bucks for it and wasnt even driveable not to mention i had to wait for ever due to him constantly tending to other customers even tho i was there first

I hate this car and i will never go back to them ever iv had my car for 2 days and its a lemon the head has to be replaced and timing belt and the breaks just strated messing up i do not recommend no one to go to them i pay $2500 for a car that i cant even drive
