When I first started the car buying experience it was bittersweet. I came across Brett when I brought my equinox in to be looked at. He was the most professional and patient salesperson I have ever met. After 2 months of saving up money and patience I finally bought a car that is not only reliable for my family, but something I enjoy driving and am still shocked I even own something this nice. Brett made my time at the dealership pleasant and welcoming. After about 6.5 hours I finally purchased my 2022 Ford Edge Titanium and when I say I am in love with it that is an understatement. I want to thank Brett and all of the staff at Ron Ward for helping with my purchase. It was a great pleasure doing business with you!

I started dealing with Tracy online and she went above and beyond to answer my questions and get everything ready for me to come in. I came in and began dealing with Mark Tucker who was awesome! He answered all my questions and got everything taken care of to get me in a vehicle I LOVE! Thank you so much for the great customer service! I definitely recommend talking with Tracy online and going in to see Mark!

John Boshera was very helpful and very patient with me looking for the vehicle that I would be satisfied with and worked with me for a few months, I m very satisfied with my purchase of a Chevy Blazer and it fits my needs. We have had a wonderful experience with Ron Ward's service department. We actually purchased our vehicle in a different state, but over the course of three years have had to have warranty work done two times. In 2022, they went above and beyond to get our truck in for an appointment. They even stayed late to get it done before the weekend. Our most recent visit was warranty work on the truck's transmission. They did a great job of communicating the timeline and progress working with the warranty company. The service department overall deserves to be recognized for making a difficult situation into a positive experience. It was very appreciated.

Ron Ward is the absolute best dealership that I ve ever been to! From the receptionist, Christine, to every single salesman in there. Very very genuine people who are willing to work with you. I had John Boshera and alongside him I had Damian and they got me into my new 2022 Chevy Malibu!!! They worked with me when I barely had nothing and they figured out a deal that i couldn t refuse. John was so thoughtful he truly made my day special and Damian was so delightful and understanding. Tyler was very awesome and made a way. I can t think of the other guy but I have much respect for him as well. I have no other recommendations for a car ONLY RON Chevrolet!!!!! You will not be disappointed!!!!

I am the kind of person that gets anxiety buying a big purchase. I will say that Chris Johnson was so helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding through this whole process. I walked away with a beautiful Chevy Blazer. The detailing team did an amazing job making it sparkle and shine. From the start to the finish the whole process was seamless. After an issue with a Chevrolet truck I purchased, John Boshera with Ron Ward and the rest of the crew got involved and was able to get me into a 2024 Chevy Blazer. I really appreciate their efforts to rectify the situation. Everyone was very helpful and involved to make our purchase a pleasant one.

This was my very first time buying a vehicle that no one has ever owned before me I was nervous they made me feel comfortable they answered any questions that I had they even honored my discount for nursing the whole team at Ron Ward Chevrolet in herrin or a bunch of great guys and gals I feel comfortable at Ron Ward Chevrolet and I will continue to give them my service I give them a five star the even help me program some of the features inside my vehicle which I would have had no idea how to do thinking around work Chevrolet for a good experience at your car lot

I walked into Ron Ward with no expectations. I had heard through a friend what a great deal she had gotten and it planted a seed. So, I made an appointment. After working with Tyler, he made me feel comfortable, didn't push me and was looking to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He was great to work with, very friendly and even kept my 7 year old son entertained at times while still listening to questions and concerns. I highly recommend working with Tyler! I ended up walking away with a great deal and now I am saving money each month after my decision. Thanks so much Tyler!

I had a good idea of what I wanted, I m disabled veteran so trying to find a truck, without triggering my anxieties is sometimes hard. Seen commercial of Ron Wards that They would find vehicle for me. Got on phone, within 2 weeks I was sitting in exact truck I wanted, even had a few extras did not ask about but like very much. Very little stress for me.

I was lucky to have worked with John Boshera, when buying my new vehicle. John is an excellent sales person and a great person. He we above and beyond in helping be find what I was looking for. My former vehicle had been a total loss, and John even helped with some insurance issues I was having. He made calls and helped get things rolling after I explained my issues. He always seemed genuinely interested in assisting and helping my every concern on finding what I wanted. I have bought many vehicles over my lifetime and can honestly and without doubt claim, that John Boshera has been the best I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend anyone to Use Ron Ward Chevrolet, and to ask for John when you arrive. I will definitely use him and Ron Ward in the future with my next purchase.
