They are reasonably priced friendly and knowledgeable. Also they are very accommodating to some one car srupid like me. Lol and they have coffee a very big plus. 5 stars.

My experience was great! Staff at the front desk was very helpful and polite. I would recommend giving them a shot if you are in need of tires or looking for new rims for your ride.

If I could give more stars i would! I had such great service and could not be more pleased. I have been having problems with my tires for months. Time and time again I went to different shops to get my tires balanced only leaving with the same problem I went their for. Neal's Tire balanced my tires in no time! I have not had my car drive so smooth, thank you so much again!

I had a nail in my tire today, Saturday. I called Neal tire, spoke with Kevin and he said if I could get there before 12n they could fix it for me. (They close at noon) I got there at 11:15 and my tire was fixed and I was back on the road by 11:45. Kevin, thank you so much. Excellent job.

We suddenly got a flat tire. They were closing when we arrived but they stayed open just for us! The employees were very courteous and polite. We chose to get a patch done. They were fast but did a great, solid job!

Great service dept. Took my tire off my 350z there and they showed me how the seal was totally gone and chewed away by the rim. Ordering a new one and getting it put on soon.

They do good work most the time. Tires and related services are fair prices. Some other things are over priced in my opinion,then again I do most the work myself. Just make sure they use a torque wrench and not a impact or your screwed.

I was traveling through and blew two tires on my trailer. It was an hour before closing. They got me right in, I was out the door in 30 min, and got a great price on my tires. Very satisfied customer!

Went to get oil changed had a appointment for 8:30 was told no it was yesterday at 11:00 no it's today so they took my car in and wanted the tires rotated told me $40 went to pay it was $56 not happy with them will not go back

He was so nice, spent a lot of time trying to find a used tire for us instead of buying new, at other dealers. We did buy 1 from him, I highly recommend Neal tire!

Very nice service! They fixed my bent rim, they were able to make it seal. Reasonable prices and all around great service.

5 star all the way! I had no heat in my car blowing cold air. My kids & i was freezing burr! Got referral from O'Rilleys for Neal Tire :) I took it there they got me in and out in a flash! Thank You guys so much!

I have always bought tires at Neal Tire in Herrin. They have tires for any budget and the road hazard warranty is the best!

Excellent job... Erick balanced 33x 11.5 tires that other shops said could be hard to balance perfectly... At 80 down the interstate perfect.

Tried twice over the course of for months to set an appointment for a front end alignment. First time, machine was broken. Yesterday, no mechanic to perform the work, waste of time...
