I was stranded, my wheelchair accessible van would not start, I called Nalley's Garage and it minutes they were there and got my van started, I followed them to their Garage and tested my electrical system and found my battery was defective and had a new battery in the shop and had me back in service in a very short time. Very professional service. I might note I am confined to a wheelchair, there service and conduct was outstanding! Thank you !

Wasn't there. Was at John's USav Auto. I always receive great service there. He was really busy. But he found time to fix my car.

Nalley's took great care of our old Ford truck faster and for less money than a local competitor. This round of repairs included front-end & 4WD work. We've been repeat customers for several years and will use their shop again. Fair. Courteous. No nonsense.

Have called to schedule an appointment many of times. Have left messages and even messaged on Facebook. No reply still. Will never use again. Tried to keep it local and in town, but a little difficult when they don t answer. Best of Luck with your business.

They really mean it when they say they don't do "Sorta Fixed"!!!Very kind, informative, and honest staff. Office manager is amazingly efficient. They do NOT make any extra billed worked without pre-approval from you. Prices are competive. No surprise they are a growing company.

Nalley's was recommended to us by a friend as being a reliable &cost effective Auto repair shop. We had our 99 Chevy s10 4x4 pick up in at Herrin Il tire and Muffler for a repair on our Catalytic Converter and they put in a Universal Converter according to there Napa Book. the truck started Bogging down when it got hot. So we took the truck to Nalley's Garage and they thought it was a Transmission problem because they found Metal shavings in the Trans pan, No slipping. So with our consent they bought and installed a Jasper Transmission with a 3yr or 100,000 mile warranty that came with it. Well from day 1 Transmission Fluid was disappearing and nobody thought anything about it and that didn't stop the bogging down problem either. So there tow truck service came and got it at Nalley's cost from our house. they took it out for a test drive to get it hot and yes the bogging down recurred. They did a back pressure test just before the Cat converter and found enormous back pressure. So again with our consent they ordered &installed a New AC Delco in line converter and that solved the problem. So the truck didn't need a New $3,146.00 Trans at that time. They play guessing games there at the expense or the Vehicle's owner. Dawn the Owner says USAV is taking her Business and i can see why. He's Master Certified and &$25.00 hr cheaper! He knows his stuff very friendly and willing to talk with you.Services: Transmission, Exhaust

My friend Natasha Stearns recommended Nalleys garage to install a new water pump and timing belt on my vehicle. After calling around to get a few quotes, (and a lot of places refusing to even talk a price without charging me $150 diagnostic fee) Nalleys Garage was straight forward and reasonable! My car has been running great again and I am very happy. Thank you so much!!

Had my truck air conditioning fixed. Drove in and fixed same day. Very competitive on their prices. Will get all my service work done their.

They are awesome people they help my wife and fix our truck and the prices are very reasonable and they further will tell you what you will need coming up great quality work we go back here now and will continue to do so God Bless them and thank you for helping my wife
