This is my go-to mechanic when needed! They've always done their best and more to get my repairs completed in a timely manner. They're very professional and knowledgeable and their costs are comparable to other mechanics. I've been dealing with Bob since 1998. I think that speaks volumes! Ten stars in my opinion!

They ve fixed my air conditioning on two of my vehicles without any issues! Very professional team and ensures the customer understands exactly what they will do/have done to their vehicle. Scheduling for service was as easy as a phone call. Highly recommended for anybody

Bob, Sean and crew took care of me in a prompt and positive manner and I feel much safer on the road! I've been using them for over 20 years when my car warranties have expired. Excellent service and a fair price! Highly recommended!

Less than a year ago the garage replaced my transmission, which included a warranty. I was experiencing some issues and took it back to have it checked out. I had an appointment and they kept the car a whole day and never got to it. The next day they did look at the car and I was charged for them looking at it when it should have been covered under the warranty. They said because it wasn't happening when they checked, they had to charge me. I had also asked them in that same appointment to adjust the shift cable as it was not aligning properly. They made it worse, still charged me for the work and argued with us about it when questioned. I was satisfied with the transmission work originally, but the work done since has left me frustrated, annoyed and dissatisfied. I spent a LOT of money there and feel we were not treated professionally and the warranty was not honored. I do not intend to return.Service: Transmission

I've been with KB Auto labs for over 35 years, from his father down to the son, family owned business. They have all state-of-the-art equipment up to date, excellent work, never ever did I have a problem.I trust them wholeheartedly. I would never ever go to anyone else!!!!!

I had my engine light on and I just passed by this place without appointment and they took care of my car. I live 100 miles from Herrin and I did drive and came back to have the faulty part replaced. Excellent customer service. I love this place! I will be back.Thanks.

I took my 2017 Kia Soul in for front end noise. They did fix the problem and it was reasonable. However the front end of my car had noticeable damage to the hood when I went to pick it up. There was absolutely no damage whatsoever when I dropped it off. They assured me they did not do it, but when I asked to view their video surveillance, they conveniently couldn't pull it up. They still charged me for the work they performed, and argued they saved me a ton of money. Really? I now have to pay for a body shop.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The thing I love most about this guy is that he is honest and will treat you fairly. And he does good work. He communicates well with customers. He won't do more work than needs to be done and he will tell you exactly what is wrong and explain exactly what work he did afterward. He also stands by his work. I don't go anywhere else for repairs now.
