Everyone I have sent to this place has a good experience. They are honest about work and costs and do what they say. I know at least a dozen people who have had great work here. Very impressive shop.

I called for a quick quote and Jim the owner was extremely pleasant on the phone. After getting multiple quotes for required repairs on my car, Jim beat every other small body shop around. He was honest and upfront, the final price was exactly what he quoted me, and the work was prompt and finished on time as promised. He does high quality work for an awesome price, so refreshing to find an honest mechanic. Highly, highly recommend! Thank you Jim!

Jim is a great guy, very honest and fair. I highly recommend going to him for all of your auto repair needs, I have given him a large amount of work and he does a great job very quickly and for a very fair price. DEFINITELY FIVE STARS!

I highly recommend Frontline Automotive. I ve required two tows in the last week due to various issues with my aging SUV, and Frontline has made the process much easier than it could have been. I m very grateful to have a mechanic who I can trust. Thank you, Chris, for all of your help! (Jim has worked on the truck in the past, too, and is also wonderful!)

It's difficult to find trustworthy mechanics who will do a great job and offer honest prices. These guys are great! You are always interfacing with the mechanics so you know you're talking to someone who knows what the problem is and they won't offer redundant services to increase prices. All the work I've had on my cars has been done well by them. I now drive from Vernon Hills for maintenance and it's worth it.

I'm that girl who calls her dad when she has a car problem, my dad referred me to Frontline. Very nice and professional, and quick! I called about my alternator and they quoted me and got me in and finished same day. I would highly recommend!

Frontline has been my auto mechanic of choice for several years. Jim (the owner) is exceptionally honest, with an extensive knowledge of automotive repair. Since my first visit and favorable outcome, I have recommended many family and friends to try his service. Everyone who has used Frontline has continued with them for all their automotive needs.Jim is very good at diagnosing problems and can straightforwardly explain the issue to you when suggesting repairs. Repairs are usually completed promptly, and charges are in line with competing facilities.

This place is simply the best. I have taken 5 cars here for service ranging from simple repairs to entire engine replacement. Every experience I've had has been great. I would highly recommend Frontline to anyone. They are honest and do a great job.

We popped a tire right outside this shop and THANK GOD! Chris came out and helped us get our car jacked up and our spare tire secured. He even helped us order a new tire. If you are looking for a shop with good people who will take care of you and your car then look no further!
