I got my truck in there for an oil change and patch a tire and they took me out to the shop to show me that my water pump was leaking. They were very honest about everything and even said that the screw that was in my tire didn t penetrate deep enough and no patch was required. I am sure other places would have said they patched the tire!!

Sean took care of me there today. I did call ahead and set up a time with him. Checked his work with me on the test drive. Went back to the shop and fixed something he could hear but I didn't. Fast work, quality work, fair price too.

I go out of my way to bring my car here for repairs as I don t live close anymore. The service has always been great, the prices are unbeatable, and the shop is trustworthy. They do a great job and I will keep coming back!

BEWARE! Brought my vehicle in for my check engine light. A extremely impatient rude man told me they would have to do a $100 diagnostic test. That was a red flag for me but still proceeded because I m a mother of 3 and literally needed the vehicle fixed asap! He called me and told me that i needed a new tire and ignition coil, and oil change for a total of $405! Again, seemed excessive but i had no choice. Literally the next day my check engine light came on! Took it back and the same rude man seemed very offended that i came back to let him know my check engine light was back on. He proceeded to tell me i would have to pay for ANOTHER diagnostic test even though i literally just paid it and he didn t even fix the issue. After i explained that i just paid it and he never fixed the original issue he became very dismissive and aggressive. Extremely unprofessional! Took my vehicle to another shop and it was repaired for $80! Absolute fraud this place is. I don t know who these paid reviewers are but please beware! Make sure to bring someone with you that is familiar with cars!

I love this place! I absolutely hate going to the mechanics. I have been to several not so pleasant mechanic places that robbed me of my money and were no where near honest. Hard to find a good place to take your car. I spent months dreading the whole mechanic facility. I did my research and saw that Village Auto had good reviews, so I decided to go with them. They were great at taking me in and putting me at ease. John was great at explaining what they were going to start with. Mark worked on my car and called me to explain what he was going to do and helped me even SAVE money. He didn't give me unnecessary parts or work I didn't need. My Lancer runs great and I am so satisfied. I am so happy I found them and I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. I even took the time to write this review! Thank you Village Auto!

I had the most disrespectful experience with this business. They are so unprofessional and rude to the point where you don t trust them to repair your vehicle properly. I am a woman of color and after having this experience I checked their reviews and witnessed there are other people of color that feel the same way.

I'm not sure if its a race thing but I was here and they are just not very friendly towards people of color. If you pay close attention to the reviews there is not 1 kind comment from a person of color. My experience with these guys is one to remember.

I had a strange light on my dash and they did not make me feel like a fool when it turned out to be a low tire. They checked to make sure there wasn't a hole and then filled the tire. They were all very pleasant.

Extremely rude i walked in with a recipet from Auto zone for my breaks because autozone was telling me they did not know if my car was for the U.S or Japan so I went to these guys to see if they could tell me so I could purchase my breaks. The man that was assisting me yelled at me basically telling me to get out because he felt like I was taking his businesses when I asked if they charged to look at cars. Mind you i am a teenanger with little knowledge of my first car and how it works and he was yelling at me telling me to get out and go to midias. I wouldnt recommend this location to ANYONE due to the fact the customer service is not good... I walked in there with hopes of learning somthing new and walked out frustrated and angry in less then 3 mins.

Brought my 96 grand Marquis to the wonderful guys at Village auto repair and they did a outstanding job on getting my brake line fixed and put me back on the road safely and fair pricing thanks a lot Mike

The guy took care of me and I cant thank him enough. My brakes went out, I just drove there and coasted in, put it in park to stop it. Very nice guys

I believe in supporting businesses but this is one place I will never ever visit again I don't know if that was the owner or the manager of the repair shop that I made but he was very combative , he seemed to have an attitude and I did s a little bit of racial tension when all I really came in for was to ask if they had a certain size tire I was looking forSmdh

The worst experience ever went in for and Ignition problem was told it was the starter it wasn t charged me around $480.00 the starter was one year old drove two blocks car was having same problem took to Chevy and they fix the ignition this place is trash never again one star is being too kind

He could not do an alignment because I needed a 4 wheel alignment did not change but gave good advice
