Service was fantastic. My experience at O Reilly was the complete opposite of what I experienced at auto zone. I went to auto zone yesterday and needed help with wax for metal parts on my car and the correct size for a car cover. At auto zone I had to wait for someone to acknowledge I was at the counter and then I was told I just have to buy a cover and see if it fits and he has a truck and doesn t even know what cover would fit his truck. When I asked about the wax I was told wax was in aisle 2. I left the store and then went across the street to O Reilly. I was immediately helped at O Reilly by Juan. He looked at my vehicle and determined the type of cover I needed and showed me the type of wax to get. He was courteous, and pleasant and super helpful. O Reilly is my go store for auto parts from now on!

Got all parts you need to spark plugs to KN air filters forgot his name but i think he was Mexican gave me tips to fix my Mustang 3.7 V6 2012 when i was having alot of turbo lags

The guy named Bryan who works there was very helpful and real cool ! After purchase he helped replace my break lights and headlight & was pretty quick to get the tools I needed. Thanks Bryan

Andrew was wonderful! 100% customer service given. I came in with windshield wipers that were basically just useless decoration because of how much they needed replacing. It was a cold day, and Jonte (the name of the cashier on the receipt) asked Andrew if he would put them on for me, and he didn't seem at all hesitant or reluctant but very willing to help me! It took about ten minutes and not once did he seem angry or mad he was in the cold doing this for me. He smiled and was great and I believe he should get a raise due to his great positive demeanor and helpfulness even in an obviously less than ideal situation of being outside in the cold wind. I commend Andrew and it is because of him and the nice cashier that I will go to this location for any of my car quick needs.O'Reilly, you are fortunate to have someone like this in your employment especially during this pandemic.Treat him well! (As you should all your employees!) =]

Came here 6/20/2022. My check engine light came on and I was very anxious. They were about to close and Eric took me through what my check engine test read, the part that I needed and even showed and educated on where the part was in my car and what it was responsible for. You would ve thought they were about to be open for another 3 hours but they closed in less than 10 minutes. Very grateful and appreciative of my experience.

Terrible all I can say I went in for 2020 Kia oil filter the worker spent 15 minutes finding a part that he said was in stock come to find out after patiently waiting the part wasn't in stock. I was told he could order the part, and to come back after 2:00pm Friday 07/08/21. Something told me you know what just take the car to the dealership for oil change, which I did on 07/08/21.I go back in Saturday 07/09/21 at 4:13pm spoken with a woman and told her I'm not picking it up and got car taken care of at the dealership. She spent 10 minutes laughing, playing and joking with the customer before me. Then when she seen I was waiting she took my receipt then somehow gave my receipt to the customer she was playing with. So now I have no receipt and she's telling me that I paid for the part but it was never ordered?! Really....just take your car's to dealership otherwise you'll waste a part of your life dealing with O'Reilly's unbelievable!

This was my first and last time visiting this location. The service was beyond horrible. The employee Shawntee act as though she didn't want to help me. She rolled her eyes when she seen me come through the door,she never greeted me,never smiled,never made eye contact,she also put my receipt on the counter,and never thanked me. To top it off the manager was standing there and his customer service wasn't any better.

There was a Supervisor that works there didn't have his mask on the other 2 employees did. I ask him to put it on he didn't. That was totally unacceptable. The owner should make sure his employees are wearing mask.

I went to have them run a diagnostic for my check engine light. They ran the diagnostic and entered the codes in their computer and printed a copy of what the codes mean. I found their service very helpful. I look forward to doing busi ess with them.

Called before I came and was told the part I needed was in and a certain price. Got there and he didn t have the part in stock told us we had to hurry up because they were closing soon and the lights will cut off at 10. The service was a -10. Will never go back
