I came with a low air in one of my tires. Withouthin spraying a water on it or to carefully check where and why is it loosing air, he said oh its loosing here, took a tire off the truck, came back after 20 seconds and said pay me $15. I paid and have him even a tip, after 20 minutes it lost air again. I went to my regular tire shop and he found out a spot it was loosing air and fixed it for even less money. I do not recommend this business! Spend your hard earner money somewhere else that will respect you and your time.

In less than 3 weeks, one of the lug nuts fell off our tire that this shop replaced. Yes their service is fast, but more importantly their service is 100% unreliable.Please avoid service from this shop at all costs. The service may be cheaper and faster than other tire shops. But there's always a reason for it. The quality of service is poor.The owner of the shop refused to take responsibility and persisted that the lug nut was stolen. Keep in mind, the missing lug nut is the "wheel lock nut" (see other tire for reference). Therefore, that would be literally the only lug nut that someone cannot steal. Also even if they tried, why would they take just one and not the others? Refusal of accepting basic logic implies that the shop owner simply does not care to ensure any quality of care.We didn't ask for much here. We did not even ask for a refund for the poor service provided, although that would have been fair to request. All we asked for was for them to retighten the remaining lug nuts just in case any were loose. However, the owner denied this simple request because he refused to acknowledge that this was their fault.

Bought a tire for over 60$ 2 days later my tire was low I added air. The next day added more air. I seen a nail as I was pumping air so I checked all the other tires and it was just this one that was replaced by these people. I took it to another shop and it was 4 rusted nails in the tire. They sold me a bad tire. Never going here again!

I got my tires rotated and one tire replaced and after it shook at highway speed so a month or 2 later I had time to take it somewhere else only to realize they broke the key to my wheel lock and didn't say anything plus just didn't put the last lock on ,I went back so they could address the issue but they completely denied it and tried charging me $80 to remove the wheel locks and put lug nuts on..very unprofessional id stay away there's better places in the area.Asking a customer to pay for something your incompetent guys broke is a joke , words spreading by 100s a days thanks for letting me know you guys were unprofessional before you really caused some damage or hurt someone.

Went here and got the whiteboy special! Charged me $60 to balance all 4 tires while the guy next to me only paid $45!! The car wobbles worse than before and all the said was "oh well"! Dont get ripped off here like i did!! Give me back my money and i will take this reveiw down.

They worse service they have bad tires that look good don t trust them I spent 70 on a tire that s was bad looked good took it back didn t refund me or exchange now I have to spend another $70 somewhere else.

Bought a tire from here on Memorial Day 3 days later tire light kept coming on and tire wouldn t keep air . Next day tire went flat when the tire was taken off it was busted open all from the thread . Was sold a old bad tire and went back and he wouldn t honor the 30 day warranty even though it wasn t even a week after I bought it . Blamed me for it when there wasn t a nail or piece of glass in the tire

Fast and courteous service! I pulled up at 1030am, with a nail in my tire, without an appt. Tire was repaired and mounted within 20 minutes. $20 for a patch! I would recommend them to anyone for tire services. WELL DONE GUYS!

Excellent customer service, I drove from the west side of Chicago on a donut. Needed a replacement 18' low profile tire. Hard to find however they had it. Very professional, fast reliable service with a smile. I recommend Jr Tire Shop

Picked up a screw in the front right tire. Noticed I was loosing air at a steady rate. As we were going down 167th street heading east. They were on the same side of the street. So we pulled in. The staff was friendly and professional. I was given a choice of two types of repair and prices. With the information, I was able to select the repair I wanted.The repair was done in a timely manner. And I was able to continue with me day. And I felt the price was fair. And I would definitely go back.

Went to several tire shops didn't have my size tires. Pulled up they already were coming out with the size I needed reasonable price good location.

Go there if you are after rude associates, and poor service. Go there if you want your rims damaged because they do not use sockets for lightweight wheels and they WILL mar your wheel s lug nut wells. Do not go there if you care about your car, mood and safety.

No other tire shop around here could put on stretched tires. And they did it for cheap here as well.! Good place to go. Very friendly

Good quick service. 4 tires mounted and balanced in about 40 minutes while installer stilltook care of a few quick tire jobs that drove up

Never go here. They sell bad tires & won't replace them. They will just blame you & your out of money. Went December 24th & tried to get a replacement January 6th which was the next time I driven the vehicle because it was sitting in my driveway the whole time.
