I had a headlight out and as result needed to get it fixed ASAP, called the store and asked if I bought it there would they be able to install it because I needed it right away and I was told if they could access it they could do that. I went there and they did just that. The store manager Luna looked at it and said she could do it and did it right away!!! The lack of that second headlight was totally blocking my ability to work and therefore my income so this small little bulb was a Major thing in my life that day. Kudos to good businesses and employees that care and are professionals. It makes a difference.

Luna was amazing. Luna asked me did I have someone to install my battery told her I was going to do it myself. Luna said no no I will do it for you. Luna was very friendly and amazing. We had a nice conversation while she was installing my battery. I will go back, I recommend auto zone in hazel crest and to see Luna when you go there.

There is a very rude, very unattractive young lady who works in here. Two customers I saw there were in another auto parts store when I got there because we all left. Not only was she rude, she was useless. I asked her to test my battery she couldn't do it. Later, I called to get the district manager number, she asked why, I said to report you, she hung up on me. I got the district manager info from another location, left a detailed message didn't receive a response. Even though this location is less than a mile from my home I'm ok with traveling farther to a competitor.

Luna was absolutely amazing. I went in the store with a concern about my car passing the emissions test. And I had so many questions. Luna came outside with me and looked in the car, she helped me with all my unanswered questions, which ease my mind. Next, I went to get the emissions test on my car and passed. It was a pleasure at this store they was so kind and friendly it was awesome got the oil for my car the energy customer service was great thank you thank you I want to thank two of the employees Charlotte and Danielle was very knowledgeable and was concerned it was a pleasure

Today I had an issue with my break light. I was happy I stopped in at AutoZone on 75th and Kedzie. Soon after I walked in the door Mr. LeKief asked to assist me. He was so helpful and very professional. Not only did he install my break light for me, but he went over and beyond to make sure I didn t have anymore problems. I appreciate service like this. AutoZone should be very glad to have him as an employee. Additionally the store was so clean and very presentable. This particular AutoZone is my go to auto store for sure.

The associate was pleasant and informative. I was in need of a brake light bulb. There were two options. The standard bulb and the long life bulb. Their was a three dollar difference in price. The only one they had in stock was the long life. My salesperson was willing to check to see if a close by store had the standard bulb. I decided to take the long life because I was there and didn't want to travel. One thing I will say, as I went on with my day. I stopped in Meyers. And for the hack of it, I checked to see if they had the bulb. They did had the standard bulb and it was two dollars less.

I was so impressed with the awesome service I received by Mgr. Luna R. and her assistant Dorena. They both exhibited professionalism, kindness, and concern to the nth degree. Luna's perseverance, knowledge and persistance to complete the job to an excellent conclusion was commendable. She answered all my questions and informed me of each step. As a customer, you won't be disappointed.

I was a basic garage mechanic that never did more than my own oil changes but I Needed calipers, control arms and a ball joint for my 2010 VW and didn t want to shell out $1500 bucks to the local garage. I went to autozone to get some advice and thoughts. Most of the people that man the counters are real mechanics and very knowledgeable. They help guide me through the process and also showed me proper techniques on how to use tools I borrowed. The job took me the whole weekend, probably 12 hours and some skin but everything is working and running properly. Thank you autozone!! Ready to tackle the strut assembly next.

Lady with gloves doesn t know anything about cars and gives misinformation I also tried returning spark plugs and was instantly stopped at the counter and gave attitude, all the inventory that says in stock is never in stock, everyone else that works here is very nice and informal, I then went to another autozone and had no problems, also got store credit back and had all the parts that I needed I highly recommend to not go here

Dorian the mechanic was the best he installed my battery and put on my new windshield wipers I purchased. He had great conversation and did a quick and efficient job on my car. I will definitely recommend to anyone. I really love the staff everyone was great as well I truly appreciate good service.

Bought a battery for my SUV and was Serviced by Luna. They were very busy but she still offered to install the and battery. She did so quickly and was very nice about it. It was very nice to get good service and more importantly, with a smile and without the attitude!

The Manager Zuna went above and beyond the call of duty. She was very knowledgeable and professional. Her detailed instructions pinpointed my vehicles problem and allowed for a quick solution. If you are in the area I highly recommend you give her and the staff the opportunity to get it done

I purchased a great battery today for my Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck. because my truck was a newer model the salesperson was very experienced and recommended me to get a gel battery. which I wasn't familiar with and she advise me on its benefitsI got a great 3 year deal on it and I am very happy.Thank you AutoZone sales personnel

I went to this store on Thursday July 16th to pick up a product I had ordered online. I couldn t believe when I walked in the store the sales associate that took my credit card for payment was not wearing a protective mask to help protect himself and customers.I wear a mask at all times when I m in close proximity to others. I couldn t help but ask this individual why he wasn t wearing a mask...his reply was masks affect his immune system and he doesn t believe in them. This type of response and behavior is beyond comprehension in this day and age. Don t think I would be heading to this store again. Enter at you own risk!

I was just at the Auto Zone in Hazel Crest IL. I had a bad battery and didn t have the long extension to get it out. I was able to get my car to auto zone. Luna was absolutely delightful. She took out my old battery and installed the new battery in a matter of minutes and did it all with a smile.. Luna definitely made my day better. Five star service!!!!

Went to get new lug nuts for my daughter's car. The young lady and young man whom were there were very helpful and knowledgeable in helping pick the right ones based on the rims my daughter had on her car.

12-2021Preparing for winter, I purchase two of their gold series batteries this month. One for my Dodge and the other for my daughter's Kia. Got very good service both times. Thanks ladies.
