Stopped in there today at aprx. 4:40pm. They close at 5pm. Now I know I'm cutting it close. But I had gotten a flat today while in Fulton County. So I needed to have a tire repaired instead of driving 100 miles on a donut trying to get home. Well after several minutes I was informed by a very rude lady upfront that my tire wasn't fixable because the leak was on the belt of the tire. So I left driving the 100 miles on a donut @55mph. Well my cousin looks at it tonight, and repairs my tire in 5 min. I understand people want to go home, but you could have made a customer for life, and I would have told everyone how this tire shop helped me right before close. Instead you wanted out of work and told me anything just to get me out the parking lot! Also, the rude woman upfront wasn't going to swap the donut for the regular rim and tire if it was fixable at first, until I asked if I could just change it in the parking lot as not to hold them up from going home. Never again! If you read this far....don't go. Wanted $30.00 to plug a tire. A used tire is 50.00. Word to the wise, avoid this place, woman is rude, and they only care about getting out of work for the day.

My Aunt has been in Havana 48 yrs. She get good service. I purchased my tires from them 1yr ago & called on Monday to have a balance & rotation before leaving on Friday to Oklahoma but they didn't have time until Friday afternoon. I had to leave a 8am that day. I guess my residency of 3 yrs isn't enough to get good service.

Dee and Kelly are top notch always on the ball and able get my jeep in usually same day!!! It's not just a job to them they care about the safety of you and your vehicle!! Prices are reasonable and they work with you to get you what your car needs to get up and going!!!

Staff is phenomenal & will really work with you to get your vehicle serviced on your schedule. Prices for service are very reasonable. Quality of work is top notch! I won't take my vehicle anywhere else!

The ladies are very nice and dialed in on their knowledge. The help I received was great and even though they were busy, I was able to drop off my tires and rims and they squeezed them in.

Neal's was super busy and they were awesome and they squeezed me in for a new tire as mine wasn't able to be repaired. They didn't have the tire I needed, but were able to get it in the next day. I highly recommend Neal's for all your tire needs.

Awesome service! Can't be any happier with price and quality of work. Definitely recommended for buying new tires, tire repair, or install of tires. I have always been treated well, very nice customer service!!

I was on a delivery for pizza hut one time and I got a flat tire stopped by there they aired it up in a 2 mins and had me on my way with no charge
