These are the pictures of what my car looked like when I brought it into the shop. Upon bringing it to shop, I was told it was going to take a little over a month. I had no other choice but to leave it. Fast forward 2 weeks, and I was told that my car was a day away from being ready for pickup. The car was virtually brand new upon inspection. Paint was perfect. No weird panel gaps. Had to have the dashboard replaced as well and I was worried about some carbon fiber trim pieces that I bought not being transferred to the new dash, but upon getting in the vehicle I had seen they took care of that too. The attention to detail from this shop is TOP NOTCH. I will be recommending all of my friends and family to this shop without hesitation. Stop your bodyshop searches and just bring it to these guys (and gals). They'll get you taken care of!Services: Painting, Auto glass repair, Body & Trim

I have been going here for a long time where my car needs are concerned.This past week I brought one of my vehicle in for work as it was beaten up by mother nature. Golf ball sized hail really did a number.I met with Roseanne at the front desk and as she has always done in the past couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating to get the ball rolling for the repair.I followed up with Dave and he went over everything where the repairs were concerned and have kept me updated during the process.I haven't gotten the truck back but am hoping to by the end of the week.The crew at HH Auto Body is THE BEST in the business and they make you feel like family and treat your vehicles the same way.Just a huge shout out and thank you to all there for past and present experiences.It can be difficult trying to get all the wheels turning for repairs, car rental, and working with insurance. This place fixed my car quickly, and even washed it before giving it back. They were very friendly and easy to talk to, and they kept me informed through the entire process. I have 0 complaints about this place.

I recently went to Harwood Heights Auto Body for the first time and was extremely happy with the service I received. Not only did they help me promptly (I walked in), they diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly as well. I will definitely be returning for any future work!

WOW! From the very beginning I knew this spot was not going to disappoint I mean look at the reviews! I got my car back in better shape than how I left it. I mean they even went out of there way to clean and vacuum the car. EXCEPTIONAL ALL AROUND.

My family and I have been using this place for years and they never disappoint! I never have any problems with my insurance coverage, the employees there are super nice and your vehicle will be returned not only looking new, but cleaned from the inside out! Highly recommend this place!

Just came back to leave a 5 star review only to realize I already did 2 years ago. I have some bad car luck and have had to use HH Auto quite a few times now. They re so kind, professional, guarantee their work, and are just generally a great auto shop. 6 stars!

I called on a Tuesday to ask if Hardwood Heights Auto Body, Inc. performs the kind of work my car needed done.� My phone call was immediately answered and I was told that I could bring it in on a day when it wasn't raining for an assessment.� I brought it over first thing the next morning and Tim immediately came out of the shop to ask how he could be of assistance.� He took one look at the bumper and just as I presumed, said that a new bumper was needed.� As much as I was disappointed to hear this, Tim's down-to-earth personality immediately put me at ease.� He immediately wrote up an estimate (provided that there was no damage beneath the bumper) and said that he would order the part and that it would be delivered within the next day or two.� He said he would keep me posted.� Friday morning I received a call asking if I could bring my car in.� The bumper had arrived and Tim wanted to make sure that it really was the correct bumper and wanted to make sure that the paint swatch really did match based on the color they had written down during the estimate.� I know that they couldn't return the bumper if they had started painting it and if it was the wrong bumper, but I really appreciate how careful and thorough they were being.� Tim told me that they would paint the bumper that day or over the weekend and that I could bring my car in on Wednesday morning after it cured to have the damaged bumper removed and the new bumper installed.� I brought my car in at 8:00 AM on Wednesday.� Tim was so considerate, asking how I was going to get home while they worked on my car, but I was planning on staying in the area while the bumper was switched out.� My car was done a little before 10 AM and the bumper most certainly looks brand new again!� I asked if the cost had changed from the estimate I was quoted, but was told it had not!� I drove away completely satisfied with the bumper and the top-notch customer service I had received.� Tim truly runs his business like a well-oiled machine. I am a fanatic with my car, but I felt so comfortable knowing that it was in good hands with Harwood Heights Auto Body, Inc. While I hope that my car doesn't need any more body work for a long time, if I absolutely needed to, I wouldn't think twice about bringing it here!

My car's back windshield was shattered - HUGE PAIN!. My car was in the shop for a month. I was recommended by a trusted source and from start to finish, I had a fantastic experience. There were tons of issues with my car. From the trouble finding the glass, to little shards of glass that stuck in the locking mechanism. However, I received regular updates from Max, the owner, that really settled my mind, which meant a lot to me. Everyone was great to me. Highly recommend.

Staff made me confident the work would be done right. It was. All aspects of service were great. Easy connection to a rental car with return on site. Their estimate was fair. The car was ready a day before promised. The vehicle looks great and very clean. This shop was not my first choice but I had no other option since every other shop was too busy.This is a Statefarm approved shop so I thought I would have no problems with bringing my vehicle here. Overall the shop did a great job with restoring my car. The car had over $9k of damage and almost became a total loss. Here are when the problems started:Keep in mind all work is under "lifetime warranty"I picked up my car and noticed my windshield wiper liquid was not working. The reservoir was filled so I decided to give them a call regarding this. They told me that they had nothing to do with this and this was not in their scope of work. I decided to leave them a bad review on their survey they provide and the owner called me and I explained the situation. I found it to be a red flag when I had to convince them for me to bring the car back to check this when it was them who did the work. The issue was resolved when they told me the line was pinched.A week later I turned on my heat and realized it was not working. Again, I called them and they completely refused to even look at my car. The owner became aggressive and told me this was a mechanic issue and not their problem. Not even a courtesy to bring the car in. I've been back and forth with my insurance and the insurance still cannot understand why they won't look at the car since all the work was done here. Statefarm has told me that all Statefarm approved shops have to be at a certain standard for them to work with Statefarm.STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Brought my SUV in for for a rear lift and glass repair. TJ said probably couldn't get to it until the 17th. . I was so impressed and happy when he called and in informed me my vehicle on the 12th that my vehicle would be completed on the 14th! Excellent job done! They are very professional! 5 stars is not enough for the work HHA does. My car came back looking brand new (its a 2015). Excellent work, done in a timely fashion. Friendly and courteous, no matter how many times I called with questions. Harwood Heights Auto Body is nothing short of excellence in every way! From their customer service to the quality and craftsmanship of the repair done to your vehicle. You will not find any better in the area. Roseanne, Max, and Tim as well as the rest of the staff were more than a pleasure to work with. Everyone there actually CARED about what was happening with your vehicle and took the time to explain any question that you may have about the repair process your vehicle is going through. This is no doubt a five-star business in every way. I recently had my 2002 Lexus RX300 rear bumper replaced and the job they did is amazing! The vehicle was completely detailed inside and out. They left nothing unturned when it came to cleaning or repairing the vehicle properly the first time. The repair was done within a week's time, which was quicker than I was expecting. I didn't have to pay anything because this was through an insurance claim. But the price they charged to replace the bumper was very fair, I would have thought it would have cost more. Overall, If you have any sort of auto body repair needed to your vehicle. Regardless if it's out of pocket or from an insurance claim..This is THE PLACE to have your vehicle repaired. Thank you Harwood Heights Auto Body for making my auto body repair experience flawless!My Lexus has never looked better! I will definitely recommend Harwood Heights Auto Body Repair to anyone and everyone I know that has any kind of auto body repair issue. Thanks again!

I am extremely happy with my experience with Harwood Heights Autobody. I called ahead to see if i can get a quote about a rocker panel being put back in place. I was met on the phone with a super polite lady saying I can come by that day. I arrived at the shop and worked with Max. Max was super helpful in describing what is wrong with my panel and what they can do. I got the car worked on the following day, and I was super happy with the result. It is great knowing I have a honest professional body shop in the neighborhood. These guys are the real deal!Service: Body & Trim
