I have been coming here faithfully for the last 6 years and today the amount of disrespect I received was astounding. First, the 20 to 30 minute wait I was told, became 2 hours, with my car on the jack for an hour. I asked them to check the tire and instead replaced it with no conversation and was told it's 50 bucks. That should have been discussed prior. The office staff was disrespectful and rude. They'll never receive another dime of my money and not another moment of my time.

I got 2 tires from them last night at about 5:30. I drive home from Harvey to Chicago by the time I got to 87th and the Dan Ryan my driver side tire that I just purchased not even an hour before was completely flat. I just called and was put on hold for 5 minutes and then tried to call back and the line is busy. Completely unacceptable experience and let my add my truck is making a squealing noise when I turn my wheel due to the BOY kicking MY tires off of MY TRUCK as if he d lost his mind but I let that slide. Which I shouldn t have.

Midas suggested this tire shop! Thank god they did being stressed out due to repairs and not being able to find a used tire was weighing heavy on my mind. Today I was happy to have frequented this shop. Prompt and friendly service as soon as pulled up, and I was out of there fast + extremely happy!!!!!Kealla Jackson (white jeep patriot) whoever the young man who serviced my vehicle was extremely professional and nice. I'm definitely going back!!!!

This place is great! Frankie and the crew really take care of you and get the job done. They got my daughters tint done perfect. Always has been there for my nails in tires. Won t go anywhere else

They get me together Everytime! Never had music done there But tire service is always good. Jus gotta rim fixed Did a good job

I had quite a bit of work done here but I messed up by deciding to let their technician but in a Bluetooth radio in my car. It works very well, but a year later last week, a McDonald s ice cream cone wrapper fell and this entire part came down. The wire that he put in can be seen and I am HIGHLY UPSET! The tint guy was amazing! HORRIBLE TECHNICIAN $2000 worth of work in one day and MOE says he can t do anything about it! Save your money!

Frank was and ALWAYS is so helpful and informative. Tyler worked with such speed and still keeps a smile in the heat and Alondra is always sweet and has patience with me and my millions ofquestions. If you are getting you vehicle worked on here at Tires R Us your wasting time and money check them out on 171st and Halsted.

I gave a good review but not anymore after driving my truck at highway speeds of 70 mph. I thought my passenger front tire was gonna fly off, they left my lug nuts loose and my tires were actually balanced incorrectly, before I took my truck to them I was shaking at 80 mph and 70 mph afterwards.

Amazing service ! Got two flats on ram 3500 on highway , they took care of me in record time with two new tires . Customer service is beyond 5 stars . I highly recommend to any auto transporter/hot shot that needs tires to check here first . Whole staff are rockstars .

Rolled up at 10am and was lucky enough to beat the crowd and get right in for window tint. Everyone in the store was very helpful and the price is reasonable.

They have good services and they took really good car of my car. It wasn t expensive either. I will recommend this shop to anyone. They are nice friendly people too.

Do not come get an alarm system or any audio installed here. I repeat don t do it. They messed my wiring up in my Durango. They wouldn t have even refund me or even a discount. I dropped my vehicle off at 8am Friday for same day service. They informed me the service would be 3-4hrs. They didn t call me to almost closing time at 6pm. When I got there everything was messed up radio, trunk, power locks, and turn signal. Told me to come back the next day and now I ve been sitting for 3 hrs so they can try to fix it. DIDNT offer a discount for anything.

This place really deserved 0 stars but I had to give it 1 so that I could leave a review.This shop is TERRIBLE. We paid for Tires in June and kept getting asked to come back on a different day everytime we came to get the tires put on!Not to mention we had to come up here to find out that the tires even CAME IN and were ready to be put on! No call or email to say they'd arrived.When they finally decided to try and put the tires on one of their workers Jamed a bolt trying to get the tire off. On top of that he requested that we go get it taken off at OUR dime by another mechanic!??!?The managers and workers are terrible at conflict resolution as well. It's September and we are just now getting our tires! They had us waiting for over 2 hours every time we came back.This place is highly not recommended. It's not worth the headache. Very unprofessional!

Purchased 4new tires and somehow punctured my sidewall which is not covered under warranty however he gave me a good price on a new tire plus put a temporary used tires to get the donut off my car until the new tire comes in. Thanks for your great customer service.

I've come in 3 times for the same tire and I've been serviced 1. The first time I waited 30 minutes with no one addressing my issue. The 2nd, I was waited on after 15 minute wait. Told that it was a simple issue and fixed. 3rd time brought me back for the same tire. I waited 50 minutes and never serviced. This place place has poor communication and always short staffed. I will never attempt to patronize this business again and will recommend the same to my friends & family.

No other place to be if you want your car to be driving like the day you got it, if not better. Taking your car to a dealership will only have you pay more for the same work. This shop has been here for 3 years and has a staff with unlimited knowledge of cars, services, and parts. Prices vary depending on the car, so it s best to just bring it in and take advantage of their free inspections. If you have any other questions or concerns, call and ask for Mo, or Gabe. Not only will they get back to you immediately, they will get the job done you wanted if not more.

We changed 2 front tires yesterday and we put used one cause we should get to our location. They put different size of tire guys pls avoid this place also they put old tires from 2000 . Really bad experience

Horrible service it took 2 hours to get my tires changed this place is not organized and workers are unprofessionals I can go on but too much won't come her again zeroooo stars

I've been coming here for months and have always gotten good quality used tires from them. I come in today to purchase 3 used tires and granted 2 of them were decent they put on a bald tire that was worse than the original. Then when I returned they argued that it wasn't bald like I'm a moron or something and tried giving me a completely dry rotted tire in it's place. Then refused a refund. Will never come here again. Do not recommend!!!

Bought 4 supposedly new tires. 1 was bad and all 4 we re different sizes and brands. My Father looked at them after I bought them and let me know they got me. The 1 bad tire began deflating about a month after purchase. If you re a lady and don t know about cars bring a guy who does with you. These are shady dealers and will get over on anyone who doesn t know better. Shame on you all for doing bad business.

The best tire company I've ever been to. Great timely service. I think I was in and out in 20 minutes. Best prices on tires. I will not go anyplace else for my tire and rim needs. TIRES R US is the best in the south suburbs.
