Sold me a bad car and he knew it!! Engine was mess up had a leak! Driving on the eway and my car stop. I had a car only for a month!!! The good reviews are fake! The bad ones are real. I paid 3500 cash he couldn t exchange or give me my money back. He sold me a mess up car. Please do not go here to get a car

NO STARS! Bought a car from them in march, and the car has gone out in less than 4 months of me having it, sold me a high mileage car suv with 190 something thousand miles on it for 5 grand , vehicle has a timing chain and engine problem and when I tried to bring the car back less than 2 days of me purchasing it after telling them I was having problems registering the vehicle they sold me with a check engine light on, they wouldn t accept it, mother of 3 got scammed

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. ONCE THEY GET THE MONEY THEY THE RUDEST PEOPLE. I CALLED TO INQUIRE ABOUT A PROMISED 90 day warranty and he hung up one me. This place needs to shut down. Absolutely rude and disrespectful.

I m sorry I had to even click a star.I called and asked for a specific size. They said yes. Went there, wound up having to take a different size.So They lied once to get me to come in. Tried again, same experience except I decided not to do biz with them.When I asked the employee who the owner was, he didn t know his name or where he can be reached.I had to actually leave, and call back to have them say let us put on on and see how it look on the car Completely un professional.

I am having a horrible experience shopping at rite price auto. I purchased a hunk of junk and was over charged for the vehicle. It was my first time purchasing a car ever. First off the car ran good for one day, and then begin to over heat. My grandfather fixed the problem, then the car ran for 2 days before it starts over heating again, so I took the car up to the dealership to William and he said his mechanic fix the problem, next the car ran good for 4 days before over heating and additional time. Instead of William buying new relay fans he just switch them. He does bad business and 90% of his car are honestly junk that should be junked. He is very unprofessional and rude and disrespectful to their customers. When William is presented with a problem with his vehicles he assures you that it's Perfect, he make you to look like the problem from bringing your compliant to him.

Do NOT deal with these crooks!!! I paid 6000 for a 2003 truck just for it to need 1800 dollars worth of work a month later to get it back on the road.. After that it still needs over 1000 dollars worth of repairs for it to run right... I went to William the man who sold me this piece of junk/ the owner of the company and asked him to at least help me get some of the major repairs done since I know he knew the truck had major issuses before he sold it to me, he refused.. I then asked if he would take it back for 2000 less then what I paid him for it plus I would add another 1000 down for him to put me in a decent working truck, he refused stating there are to many problems with the truck for him to take it back. So it has to many problems for you to take it back but this is the kind of cars you sell... This is a horrible company with no morals who practice bad business... I wish someone would have warned me before I brought a truck from here so I am warning the next person do not shop here..

This place will sell you a lemon in a min. The manager is terrible as well as the people who work for him. My cousin bought a car and it needs to be junked. It had all type of problems when she purchased it such as over heating but with her being a woman, she didn't know anything about cars at all. She's taken this car back like 4 times and the problems still exist within one week. Just terrible service all together. The owner lives upstairs from from the car lot. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Called a head of time to see if they had my tire to only get there and they tell me their machine don t work and driving around on a flat trying to get it fixed wen they could have told me their machine wasn t working to begin with.
