Some of the staff not all are rude and act as though they don't want to be there. They never have the parts you need or they just give you the wrong part instead

Phone was answered almost immediately, was put on hold for a brief moment but it is the middle of the day so I understand the high phone and walk in traffic. Regardless, my out of state commercial account was found in literal seconds, the parts I needed were ordered in less than a minute and will be picking up my parts later this afternoon.

Customer service is ridiculously rude!!. They leave you on hold for five minutes and then you call back a a rude REGINA person acts like she s crazy, disrespectful!!! Would NEVER spend another dollar at this location an if you see REGINA please save your save the disrespect an talk to somebody else. Spent alot of money at this place because I have a towing company would never do it again!

On Jan 2, 2023 I went to O Reilly s to pick up some pre-ordered brake pads. When I arrive one of the customer service cashiers was assisting a male customer (she wore a green uniform). I noticed that she was busy with a customer, I stood 2 cash registers away and waited until she was done or someone could assist me.A young lady (wearing all black with a hoodie on her head) , came from the back of the store, like the stock area of the store she she didn t look at my direction she began to work with a speaker. She never asked if I needed help and I wasn t sure if she was the driver or who she was so I didn t ask her anything either.About five minutes later, a man came in got his product and stood at the middle cash register. She (the lady in the black hoodie) began to ring him up and says that all you need and I looked over at her and said wow I was here longer than he was she (the lady wearing the black hoodie) replied I thought she was with him )Him= The man is at the cashier with the green smock on was helping out. I never said one word to him. I m two cashiers away.Honestly, I didn t understand why she thought that I was with him, but nevertheless, when she found out I wasn t the proper thing to do in that situation is to take care of me, and Not talk about me in a negative manner loudly in front of other customers.As she was talking loud about starting a new year off wrong, I simply reply again, which I think that aggravated her you never asked if I was with him or if I needed any assistance she began to say I m going to work for AmazonWhere there are nice customers I don t have to deal with this You starting the year off wrong she (the lady in a hoodie spoke real loud throughout the store just totally trying to embarrass me)As soon as the cashier with the green smock finished with her customer she told the lady in a gray hoodie. I will take care of her . She a cashier in the green smock apologize to me, for the other cashier in the black hoodies behavior and began to ring me out.She said, I thought she was with the guy too, and I began to say I don t understand. I wasn t close to him, and I never said a word to him she She said, I just thought you was with the guy to.I didn t see it well someone should ve asked me if I needed help with all this could ve been avoided She the cashier in a gray smock said he was waiting on a lady and as you were coming in the door, he was saying that which I never heard it, but that s what she said, and defense All she had to do was ask me if I needed help The lady in a black hoodie, heard me, and began to talk even louder again, the cashier with a green smock had to tell the lady in the black hoodie to please please be quiet.If you look at it, what really happened when I pointed out that she didn t acknowledge me. She immediately got offended.The cashier with a green smock and I chatted about her hair and her lashes look really cute and we chatted about Truck her mom. She was still looking for a truck to buy for her mom. She knows I sell cars and I frequent that location often I ve never had this type of issue and I m very reluctant to go back.We finished up my purchase, and ..As I was exiting the store, the cashier with the green smock asked her the lady in a black hoodie what happened she the lady in a black hoodie began to say she is rude. She don t know how to talk to people I said loud before I exited could you wait till I get out the door to talk like that about me enough is enough That was the worst humiliating experience ever that young lady with the black hoodie, needs to take a customer service etiquette class or she doesn t need to work for O Reilly in Harvey Illinois on Dixie highway. She s in a professional environment with people who have a need she should conduct her self professionally.

I bought a battery and needed them to install it but the lady that worked there informed me cause only ladies worked there they can t install my battery and they didn t have loaner tools. I went up the street to autozone bought a battery from them and Akira (woman)installed it!

The Ladies Tht We're There Were Unable 2 Help Me & Were Not Very Informative Of What I Was Asking. In It Was 2 Have A Diagnostics Testing Done Or 2 Have A Jump Starter 4 My Car Or Any 4 Tht Matter. The Store Needs 2 Upgrade, Bcuz It Was A Lot Better Than Tht Visit

This place is sooo crooked. A week ago I had bought a new alternator from them , a week later my car shut off on me. Come to find out they have a a used alternator that doesn t work. I paid $200 for the alternator the two women in there are snakes for selling me a messed up alternator.

You will be hard pressed to find a more helpful 2 workers than ms MJ and Jamela at any parts store throughout the city or suburbs Tremendous professionalism and patience thank you guys soooo much ! Went above and beyond for me in the rain aiding an assisting me fix my windshield wipers in a storm

Very helpful staff get you going and out the door. Prices are affordable and reasonable you can have your battery checked on spot but if you buy an OBD2 monitor you cannot return it.

I try to avoid this store at all cost, Every time I go for an minor or major part for any one of my vehicles it's either the wrong one the salesperson give me I'll have to make another trip back to return it for a refund. Either they don't understand English or they need more training

They are consistently closed before their online and onsite signage. It's 8:30 pm and they are closed despite saying that they close at 9 pm. Glad I'm not stuck with a dead car right now smh. Sad

I wish I could give it no stars... my boyfriends dad bought brake pads they didn t include the hardware that is advertised that they are included with every brake pad so they didn t have them waiting and hour an half to come back and pick it up.. then the two counter guys were giving my boyfriend a hard time about giving money back and having them put it on our account. We drove 2 hours to come do his brakes just to wait around 2 additional hours never again!!!!!

People are nice. They try to help you with what you need. Sometimes they don't have the items you need so I recommend you to call and ask before you go. They also rent tools.

It's a place where you buy parts for your car but I can't even replace a headlight or tail light in the lot due to their no working on your car sign
