Had to come in to check out the car since it was priced ridiculously low. Surprisingly it ran amazing and was just priced to sell. Before we left, had a short word with the manager here who was incredibly pleasant, respectful, and understanding towards me taking my time with the purchase decision. After serious consideration I went with an older, less expensive car with more miles. Would have loved to have done business with Harvey Auto ,I bought amazing car. Thanks guys :)

Listen I bought a black Pontiac g6 from these people the younger sales man with dreads lied straight to my face and said the car had no problems when I m actuality they went in the vehicle stripped it s good parts the (actuator) and sold it as is told me everything was working fine and all I needed was an oil change these mffs are so crooked and conniving never again please don t ever buy your car from them EVERRRRRR!!!!! I m telling you your going to regret it !!!!!!

These people are the most conniving, shadiest, crooked people I have ever met in my life!!! If I could rate them a -5 I absolutely would. The last manager, before he was fired, made all these broken promises for repairs. Which they basically wrote off and never acknowledged nor attempted to accommodate. Their mechanics are absolute jokes. They improperly install parts. They will never quote a vehicle off hand, they will base the price off of how much money they think you have. My advise is RUN, RUN FAR AWAY and don't look back ANY place is better then this one!!! If I would have known then what I know now I would have NEVER gave them my business. You live and you learn and I hope if you're reading this you take my advice because I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy.What makes this even funnier is this guy (Ahmed) below me is a worker for them nice try but it doesn't work like that. Just take a look at all the other reviews ... All one star from actual customers who were also dissatisfied.

My experience with Cars R Us was fantastic! They helped us find a great rate for our loan on a beautiful Kia Soul. They worked with us on every step and patiently answered all of our questions. The vehicle we bought was in steller shape with low miles and they had a lot of great cars on the lot. Don't hesitate to go to here if you're looking for a used carThank you for this deal

I gave the business a deposit on a automobile out of good faith. The vehicle was not ready went they stated it would be. So time went on and I decided not to deal with them. Now it's been almost a month and I'm getting the run around about getting my deposit back.

The only place to give me a car after having 3 repos on my credit. So in my eyes they are great! Also my car went out on me... Brought it to the office and they fixed it same day even though they said it would take a day! Thanks Harvey Auto Credit!

I bought my Civic here a little over a month ago. Khalil and Ahmad did a great job. The Civic was in almost perfect condition with a few minor repair needs. They took care of everything that needed work.

Worst place ever to get a car I bought a car and it broke down 2 blocks away from the lot. Before I even bought the car I asked the guy was something wrong with it and he said "no its a brand new car no issues your good to go" which was a lie I needed a new battery and a new engine smh Clowns

The most ghetto shady place I've ever stepped foot into. The girl who answered the phone was rude as hell and outright called me a liar. I know someone who got a car from here and has nothing but issues. If you value your credit and money don't go to this swindling shady lemon lot...

This is the worst please to get a car they are lairs and they will put you a car that will brake down on you in a few months. I got a truck from them and over 4 months everything went wrong the transmission went bad the engine blow out the gearshift cable broke I almost died driving the truck with my son in the car because it broke down with a 4 wheeler behind me now I am stuck with $5,000 loan that I can't pay off because I lost my job because the truck made me miss work so much this please is trash DON'T BUY HERE THIS IS A WARNING

This place is horrible and has the worst service. Tried to sell a bogus car for a high price...should've never came to this place a whole bunch of thieves dropped a deposit and didn't even get to drive or check out the car

This is the worst car dealership I have ever known of, my brother went to them and was robbed of his money, we have currently retained legal representation, do not trust this place!! Untrustworthy, and deceitful!

I bought a car in February &I the teams is going out already when I went to talk to the dealership they brushed me off *****BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP THEY CARS ARE NOT RELIABLE THEY WILL BREAKDOWN IN 30-60days
