Based on my personal experience with Harvey Auto, I strongly advise caution when dealing with this establishment. They have proven to be highly untrustworthy and have failed to honor their warranty commitments.In May of 2023, I had my motor replaced at Harvey Auto. However, within a month of the repair, I began experiencing issues with my vehicle. I promptly returned to their shop to express my concerns, but they assured me that everything was fine after allegedly checking it out. Unfortunately, upon picking up my vehicle, the issues persisted and were not resolved.Seeking a second opinion, I visited another repair shop, which informed me that the motor that had been replaced by Harvey Auto was faulty. I then took my car back to Harvey Auto, expecting them to rectify the situation, only to be dismissed once again. Consequently, my engine ultimately failed.Throughout the warranty period, I made multiple visits to Harvey Auto with my vehicle. On every occasion, they claimed not to see any problems and insisted that everything was in perfect working order. Regrettably, now that I am no longer covered by warranty, they have sarcastically remarked, "you want us to fix it for free," indicating their lack of willingness to address the issue.To date, none of the problems with my vehicle have been resolved, and I have been left sorely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and honesty exhibited by Harvey Auto. I urge you to take caution and consider alternative options for your automotive needs.

Amazing service. Had a spark plug and coil changed at another shop 10 days ago. Light started flashing again 1 hour into my drive (with family) to Michigan. Found this place on Google. They took a look right away, found the issue (defective coil from the last shop), and fixed it, all for $80 cheaper than the other place. We were back on the road within 45 minutes. AND DC, the owner, gave my kids snacks and drinks while we waited. I can t say enough about this place. Amazing experience!

Would definitely recommend going here. First off you are treated with respect and trust with getting your direct problem fixed in a timely manner and will never have a problem with having to go back multiple times or even a second time with the same problem. All parts used are ensured to be new and perfect. 100% invest your time and problem with your car in their business as I've never once seen a problem with their work!

They were suspose to do a timing chain 2010 chevy equxnox charged me amd did not do the work. Stay away from this place 0 stars The young lady name is b. She is no good, a big and a thief.

I took my car in thinking it was a hub bearing issue (a alley mechanic) told me that but as a female how would I know. turns out it was ONE OF THE ISSUES so they call they self fixing that but when I picked it up it still wasn t fixed because I couldn t break correctly . So HE NEVER EXAMINED THE CAR HISSELF. He took my word but he s supposed to be the mechanic and tell me what s wrong with my car. How am I telling yu what s wrong. Now 2 days after they worked on my car my transmission is out. Very lazy and unprofessional. Don t waste your time . They would make no accommodations so I m seeking legal action!

Worst and unprofessional place DO NOT bother with place and save your money, they do not have good quality parts and put junk used parts in your car and just take your money. Have gone back and forth with this place for months and for nothing but lies being told. Would never recommend this place. STAY AWAY.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

DC fixed my transmission in my 2007 Nissan. I was told my car can t be fixed by several mechanics. It s been almost two weeks and my car runs excellent! I highly recommend Harvey Auto Center. Professional, good quality, reasonable prices, and straight forward (honest). I ve sent people over there and they were satisfied with the service as well.Service: Transmission

My 19 year old son brought his car in for engine job ,the car was picked up 3 weeks later with a 6 month warranty. 4 months later the engine needed to be replaced the car was ready for pickup 6 weeks later. 4 days after pickup the engined locked and had to be towed back to the shop. Today as I write this review its been 3weeks and the manager only response is" he has no answer" we must talk to owner. The owner hasn't returned my son call. so My husband and I went in to get info we got no answer .This establishment does not stand by their work, communication is a big problem. WOW!!! GREAT people to do business with. Very fair prices and GREAT work!I would recommend them highly.The secretary was very helpful and she made what I would think be a hard process very easy. I had a motor installed there and the job was done perfect! NO COMPLAINTS!

Jesse moved to another location he has someone else working at this shop and they made me pay 550$ for oil change and ps hose and when I drove my car the next week my ps was acting up again and my oil change light came on so they did not fix anything it was a lie going to get a refundServices: Auto maintenance, Oil changeServices: Auto maintenance, Oil change

May try and change prices on you at the last minute, slow service keep your car for week, dont get what you pay for, didn't get any liquids, etc, etc..
