Was traveling and got pulled over due to a headlight out. Called the shop to find out if it was something they'd be able to help with. I have a 2015 Nissan Altima that I had just bought, after purchasing the headlight, ends up the front end needs to come off in order to replace. Was kinda annoyed too find out that this was needed after the purchase vs before. Most shops in my local area won't let you bring your own parts. Guy was nice though and went above and beyond by checking all my lights. Definitely something that I haven't done myself and I honestly should as truckers are required to do a check before driving. The worst. Went in and the gentleman with the dreads had an attitude as soon as we walked in doesn t greed you doesn t want to be there. He was negative the whole time.Horable service. Do not recommand. Ended up not buying anything because of his attitude.

Lazy incompetent employees rude and seems like they don't to do their jobs when they are asked for help, this an edit from my original review management reached out to and resolved the issue so I changed my rate thank you for reaching out greatly appreciate your time and effort.

Convenience in and out. Right off 294, it can get busy during the winter season. Customers' service is very helpful.

Sometimes kind of unprofessional!!! They need to tighten up on your customer service skills. A few of the ladies don't know anything about cars or Auto Parts at all so they just need to stick to answering the telephone and please keep professional, that's it!!!! If they were more skilled with Auto Parts the store will be ran a little better. They are always really busy which is to be expected at an AutoZone on a main Street.

I came in about 15 minutes to closing time. I say my engine light just came on. The associate was like we're about to close, but I got you! Very friendly and helpful. He figured out the problem. Thank you so much!

Customer service was perfect, staff greeted me as I entered and the store manager Brianna helped me find exactly what I needed to get my car back on the road. 10/10 for me.

I stopped in today and a young lady named Renee H was so nice and helpful. Normally going into a autozone I get associates with bad attitudes and bad customer service. But Renee made me feel comfortable and she is great at her job. She even showed me some stuff about my car I didn t even know :) she is amazing!!!!!! Will definitely be coming back to this location because of her.

Horrible customer service I wish I can give them Zero very rude disrespect and unprofessional Dan was terrible to provide any service I did call 1st for the product then I went to pick up and was extremely terrible, he have no idea what's going on. And I see the owner respond to 5 star reviews

This location is absolute trash. The manager is rude as ever and isn't on top of her team. They need a new leader here. The lady with dreads is off her rocker talking to people the easy she does. Karma co.es back around

I was having bad luck with my car. Check engine light you name it. I went in the store it was kinda of busy and the manager Erica went outside did my check engine light and changed my wipers. She gave me full details of my check engine light. I was so eager to buy the parts she said I needed. She suggested before I buy the parts I should see a mechanic. I still brought the parts but I was pleased she wasn t tryna just sell me items she showed genuine concern. Big ups to Erica you don t find many female manager in part stores that show concern. I definitely will go back to this location with any of my car problems.

Super awesome visit today, I rented a coolant pressure tester, and they explained the entire process of how the transaction would work. Jermaine, a beared fellow really was awesome to deal with. Thanks for a great experience. I own a local shop in South holland, I will be doing more business with them for sure.

I would like to commend the employees at the Autozone in Harvey. Everyone is friendly, courteous as well as knowledgeable concerning the products. They are always willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. You all should be very proud of the job that they are doing, I know I am. They are true Autozoners in every sense of the word. Antonia Erica Donica and Tristen are the best with assisting me with my needs

This location has the most laziest staff member of all time, I went in as ask to buy a 70.00 dollar key pad for my car, and asked for assistant with programming it, the lady who was helping me referred a gentleman who was supposedly good at it, he responded from across the room that it s just like programming a remote and if I knew how, I said no, so please can you help me.. now let s all keep in mind that I already have a remote on my key ring that does not work, and I found that out a year ago when I went to a previous auto zone by my house and the guy showed me what was wrong, and said I needed a new one. Now back to this current store sales person starts to go back and forth with me on rather or not I should buy it or not because once it s open it can t be returned, obviously he has me confused, if something don t work, IM RETURNING IT!!!! PERIOD.... So I continue to say I want to buy it, and can you please help set it up. He tells me no he can not assist me with it, and I said so why did she say that you could, he replied she lied to me. WHEN I SAY I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS AUTO ZONE I WILL NOT!!!! They lost a sale today because they hired lying lazy staff members

The young lady that helped was having issues with the tester but she kept at it until she got the info needed. I ended up buying a piece of equipment to support the store because of her diligence. Thanks!!!

This is not really an auto parts store but a sales store. They always try to be in a hurry to sell you their item for help by scaring people and giving false information saying they need that product. But when it comes for asking them for professional advice they lack the knowledge. The store manager looked up some parts for my car and he gave me the wrong filter that came with the oil special. I only notices because the price was higher than I expected. That's when he confessed.

Was in a hurry, raining, wiper blade ripped... ran in, was asked if I needed help right away, didn't have to use the "old fashioned" 6inch thick book. Worker asked a cple questions (type of car, year, if I preferred a certain brand, recommended some quality blades for a decent price n I was outta there) ! P.S. I ran back to ask another question, the man was friendly, ran outside to my car in the drizzly rain and installed the blades while answering my question. WISH I KNEW HIS NAME TO GIVE HIM PROPS !

Well if you cannot take people phone calls. don't answer and put them on hold for 40 minutes, pertend to work.

If you like to wait on your parts to come in, this is the place to go. I think the only thing we've been able to get right away is brake pads...the employees are really nice though

Always not enough people waiting on customers! Went in yesterday only two people waiting on customers! And there were at least 10 people waiting in line I decided that I would leave and go to another store as I will never return to this one!

I walked into the Harvey Auto Zone 9-21-16 at about 3:12pm. There was two customers that were standing at the counter being helped. There was another customer at the battery charger being helped. After the customers were helped at the counter, the cashier walks away to the other customers ALREADY being helped. The associate that was helping them originally walks away and answers the phone while I'm standing there NOT being helped. After another associate walks by and looks in my face, while the other one is still on the phone quoting prices, and five minutes have passed I turn and walk out of the store. AT LEAST 3 OF THE STAFF I ENCOUNTERED TODAY IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I EILL SPEND MY MONEY ELSEWHERE! THE ONLY REASON THEY HAVE ONE STAR IS BECAUSE I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW AND CAN NOT GIVE THEM O. I WILL DETER ANYONE I KNOW FROM SPENDING MONEY THERE.

This one always has all the parts in store. Never had to have anything shipped or sent to store for pick up when dealing with them. Great service and staff
