I was referred to Perfection Auto Body in Harvard IL by a good friend. I could not have made a better choice than to use this auto shop to repair my SUV. Dawn and Glen provided a level of customer service that was beyond professional. If anyone needs auto body service and you use Perfection, you will not be disappointed.

Glenn Ahrens does AMAZING body work. So nice and extremely helpful. Dawn at the desk is very kind and helps you with insurance issues, etc. My experience with Perfection was GREAT. They made me feel at ease from the moment I took my car for an estimate all the way up until my car was finished. I wouldn t even think about going anywhere else. They were my 1 and only and I m so thankful we have someone like Glenn and his staff in our town. Thank YOU for everything!!! It truly was a pleasure!!!! No need to look any further when you go to Perfection. Highly recommended!!!!

Extremely happy with Dawn and Glenn they helped to reassure me when someone backed into me. Made my car look brand new again. Very friendly and honest staff. Took a stressful situation and made it worryfree. They were there to help me with any questions I had along the way. They were very warm welcoming and understanding after the situation and were very patient with me. They have the customer service to back of the service of excellence in my book. Very happy with home my car looks when I took it was huge eye sore. I would recommend them to anyone who need autobody repair!

Perfection did a great job on my vehicle, they were very quick and did a great job on the repairs. DawnWas super helpful. Also, they clean the interior of my car which was an added bonus. I would definitely recommend.

Perfection is what you receive when you bring your vehicle for body work.They re exceptional with customer service and the body work is like you purchased a new vehicle.It only took 5 days to return my car.I had the rear end of driver s site repaired, note the photo attached.I m not use to such extraordinary service. I m hoping I don t have to repair the body work again, but if I do I now know where to go. Thank you for everything.

Excellent! We brought my Mercedes C300 in for bumper repair (those darned concrete parking curbs aren't compatible with these low cars). The office kept us updated with the parts order, the work was completed in one day, and the car looks brand new. Even smells brand new! The cost was reasonable. We highly recommend this auto body repair business. (And they cleaned the vehicle inside and out. I've been driving around with my German Shepherd, and we've never been able to get all the hair out of the carpet. They did! The dog will ride in our truck from now on...) Thank you, Perfection Auto Body!!!

Perfection Auto body was very courteous and helpful and really put the customer first. They did a fabulous job on some repair work to my vehicle after having a slight fender bender it looked brand new when they were done. They also cleaned my vehicle inside and out and made the car look brand new. I would highly recommend perfection, auto body for anyone that needs and made the car look brand new. I m not much for leaving a review but I believe Perfection Auto Body deserves a great one. I have had several vehicles worked on by Glenn and his team over the years. From the excellent customer service to the outstanding craftsmanship in the work they perform there s no reason for me to go anywhere else. 2nd Yukon in 2 years that had to have front end replaced. $25k of damage. Accident in black, deer in red.Both were repaired as good as new. Sophisticated front end technology all still works perfectly. Excellent job repairing my F150. Delays due to the insurance but the Perfection auto body team kept on them and was a great advocate for ONLY acceptable parts. They did a great job keeping me advised of the progress and time frames. Highly recommend and if I ever need body work again I will return to Perfection auto body.

The best auto body shop I have ever worked with. From dropping the car off to picking it up. I was informed the whole way on what was happening with my car. They even had to do extra work with no issues. The extra work was due to manufacture recommendations which they followed. I had gotten into a hit and run accident and was recommended by a car dealership to use Perfection. Staff is very nice and customer service is amazing. Front and back bumper were fixed in a day looking as good as new. Amazing service and great price! If I could give Perfection Auto Body more than 5 stars I would! Dawn was so kind and wonderful to speak with every time we spoke about our car being fixed. They were so understanding and patient when our car insurance was jerking us around for 3 months and taking forever to payout. They went above and beyond and even cleaned our car before returning it to us. I will recommend this place over and over to anyone who needs work done on their car. Thank you to Dawn and the rest of the team for fixing our car you ve all been wonderful!

Perfection Auto Body was awesome to do business with. They were all very professional and friendly. They fixed my car in a timely manner and it looked great when it was done! You would never know anything happened to it. In addition they washed my car and cleaned the interior! What a nice surprise! Excellent job replacing dented bumper guard on my Nissan Rogue - the paint is a perfect match. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Not only does the bumper look like new - they thoroughly cleaned and polished the exterior and interior of the car. It's never looked better! I highly recommend Perfection Auto Body. I went there to get my car fixed after a hit and run. Chrissy was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. She explained all the forms in great detail before asking me to sign. Dawn worked her magic with my horrible insurance company to get the job done quick. They answered all of my questions and kept me updated on the status of my car everyday. They arranged everything with the rental company. So there was no stress for me.
