I bought equipment from Johnson Tractor (Harvard) on two separate occasions. A snow blower several years ago and an Exmark zero turn tractor this spring. I had a great experience both times. Scott (salesman) was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Most importantly he was patient and did not hard sell. I will use them again in the future. Highly recommended. Thanks Johnson Tractor and Scott.

We met with Dave King to learn about some compact tractors. He was absolutely fantastic to work with. He brought knowledge and the know how with each unit we tested. If you're in the market don't hesitate to ask Dave!

Nothing but pulling teeth with this dealership to ever get anything done. Don t take their word for much or you ll be let down. Dealer support was big for me when I was looking into who to buy from and do business with. 30,000 dollars I wish I could have spent at a different dealership with better customer service.

Bought a Stihl MS271 chainsaw from Johnson tractor in 3 years the saw went in 5 times for repairs. The 5th time it sat for 5 months and I finally called. They hadn't even started it and all 9 of my saw chains weren't sharpened yet. A month later they finally had the saw done. By then I has moved 4.5 hrs away. It would have sat longer if I didn't call at 5 months. They refused to lower the bill $1 for the huge failing in service. On top of that all 9 of my saw chains are duller then when I brought them in 6 months ago. Couldn't even cut a 6" pine log. Just horrible. I'd love to see them cut anything with these chains. Stay away from this place. Terrible customer service and poor service work at that.

Very kind and polite to deal with. When it comes to parts this is where the 3 stars comes from. Honestly never write bad reviews but in this case if you re ordering parts it s best to do your own research and buy the part online. Most of my orders have been the wrong part in which they looked up. After my last call in which they told me the part doesn t exist whileI m looking at it online. I would always rather give my business local rather than online but when it s keeping you from working it s the only way in this case. Also timing on delivery is slow at best as well.

I have purchased from the dealership when owned by the Anderson's with great service and follow up. Recently (about 2 months ago) I stopped in (with new ownership) to get a price on a new Kubota B2601. I currently own a BX--looking to up grade. I spoke with Dave King. We discussed the details and option of the tractor I was looking to purchase. Dave indicated he would get back to me in a few days with a quote. After a few days I emailed Dave to see if he had worked up the quote. He indicated he would again get back to me with the quote. I never heard back.I find this lack of interest in selling a $30,000 equipment package unbelievable. I have owned a Kubota for 15 years. I would like to purchase a replacement in orange. However, given the poor dealer network in my area I will have to consider a John Deere.

Great experience with this dealer. I was in the market for a utility tractor for my small farm. Needing a variety of accessories from rough cut mower, wood chipper, finishing mower, drag box, chain saw, grapple tool, dump bucket, and more. Our salesman was great from the time we walked in until we agreed on a product and signed the papers. If you are market for any lawn or farm equipment that any of their products can meet I would heavily recommend coming out here to speak with the fine sales staff of A.A. Anderson.

I'm now a happy owner of Kubota sub-compact tractor. My experience at A. A. Anderson was excellent. They made the purchase process easy, spending extra time with me to look at and compare several different products. Their sale price was very competitive, and Kubota's O% APR financing was icing on the cake. Upon delivery, they reviewed with me essential operating procedures, safety precautions, and service and maintenance tips. Never did I feel rushed. Later, they even called me to see if I had any followup questions. A. A. Anderson is definitely at the top of my list of trusted businesses I can sincerely recommend.

George and I have been A.A. Anderson's customer for 20 years. Our first purchase was a Kubota ZD21-60 Tractor. I remember asking if I could take it home for a day and try it, since at that time George was working many hours and I would be sharing the cutting. Anderson said: "take it for the weekend or as long as you want". I didn't hear that from any other tractor dealer. Over the years George has gone into the shop for other things and parts and always treated great.We just purchasedour second KubotaZD1211-3-60 Diesel tractor. I spoke with Mr. James in sales one day and stopped in the following day. I had many questions and explained my main taskes and Mr.James was ables to assist me with a proper size frame, engin size, and proper tires along with the attachments that would assist in my projects. I am very thankful for being able to work with such a great person who whos focus is on my tasks and needs. Mr. James also delivered the tractor after work!!!! Thank you so much Mr. James and A.A Andersons for being the remarkable and knowledgeable equipment dealer you are!!!!!!!

James (our salesperson and delivery person) delivered our new Kabota tractor today. We are thrilled. This was the second Kabota dealer we visited. The first one left us uncomfortable. These Guys at A.A. Anderson, Inc., were: down to earth, extremely knowledgeable, extremely professional, and ultimately had a better price than the first dealer.Summary: if you want to be treated right, have your trust earned, and deliver on all the promises -- this is where you buy your equipment.Keep up the Great work!

As Anderson this has always been a reliable place for tractor parts and chainsaw parts. They even have a great annual auction on the property. Sadly I think it was canceled this year with Covid.
