This has to be the worst place to get loaded. Feels like they put a one pallet in every hour. Be ready to be here for at least 3 hours. i gave them one 1 star and thats being nice, i would say like -5 stars.

First time here last time. The female with glasses that check you in. Very bad attitude. I don't think she likes her job to well. I take it she hates truck drivers too. I don't deliver to please that hate truck drivers. Phillips 66. I think you need to get a new person.

Lady from shipping-receiving department is very rude. Bad attitude to the drivers. Lied to carriers about loads: sells load when it is not ready, usually takes at least 4-6 hrs for loading. Never ever more, very bad experience, not recommended.

I'm happy they changed the girl on a shipping receiving office,Jamie she's nice now everything is going smooth loading or unloading time,thank you guys

One of the worst places to make a delivery as a Carrier. Rude, unprofessional workers and management. They leave all the packaging materials in the trailer after unloading. Disrespect and disregard for the time of the driver. If there are dropped trailers onsite, they never off-load all of the product; instead, the trailer is used for portable storage. Then, when questioned about, everyone wants to get an attitude. I thought we were all adults.

9AM appointment got unloaded 1pm. Lady is very rude and unprofessional towards truck drivers at the check in office ..

They are FCFS, I arrived at 10:15 am and put in a door and loaded. I was done by 11:30. The office lady Rachel was very nice.

They need turns off the truck with 98F and she said I don t care its not cool we are human beings I don t come here again for lod or delivery

Loaded in 2 hours so not bad. Got 4 stars cause nowhere for my puppy to potty There is human bathrooms tho!!

Took atleast 5 to 6 hours to loadThey say our oil 'Keepin you moving'They shoud change it to 'keepin you stopped'
