I purchased a 2024 CF Moto Uforce 1000xl with the help of the GM Brian. He was great to work with answered any and all questions that my wife and I had. He made the entire process extremely easy and stress free. I will definitely be a life long customer now and I would recommend them to anyone to go. You will not regret it!

The sales team here really know the inventory. They have been patient with me to find the perfect motorcycle for my needs! Thank you to John, Brian, and Tom. You guys are amazing. And I plan on seeing the Service department for all my future needs. Jordan is very knowledgeable on the machines you carry. And I am aware of the longevity the Technitions have been with you 20+ years. That's amazing. And if I need parts I know Brandon and Zach can get me what I need . Great Team!!!

Brian took Great care of me. Answered all my questions, and gave me Direct and important details about my machine. So much more than I experienced at a different Dealership.Very attentive to detail and going the extra Mile! There's a lot of pride in their quality. Not only was that explained but it is very noticeable in the way things were handled!

Drove 4 and 1/2 hours to buy a dirt bike from these guys. Needless to say they are absolutely awesome, they provided us with a fair deal, amazing customer service and even included some souvenirs! 100% recommend buying from midwest motorsports!

Great experience at Midwest Motor Sports I purchased a CF Moto side by side it was quick and easy. I called late in the day filled out paperwork on my phone and picked up the machine the next day. The paperwork was ready to go I was in and out in 40 minutes.

I bought my 2022 Raptor 700R SE from Wendy and John. Buying the bike was a quick, smooth process and the price was fair. I want to shoutout the salesman (Tom?) who assisted with loading and the gentleman (Brandon?) who works the gear/accessory counter. I can t exactly remember their names but they were great too! Thank you for the painless experience and top-notch service. I love the bike and I ll be a returning customer when I m ready for another. Thanks again!

Brian went above and beyond to track down a yz250 for us. My husband has been wanting one for a while and hasn t been able to find it. Within a week, we received the call it would be ready for us to pick up! Brian kept in communication throughout the whole process, was super professional and easy to work with! Brian, Wendy and John went above and beyond when we came in the store to finish paperwork, do a walkthrough of the bike and load it up! We appreciate all the assistance in getting this bike and appreciate how well the crew put it together! Go buy a bike from this amazing team!!!

Brian and Tom are great to work with. They also have a large showroom and a good amount of inventory on-hand.I had been looking for a Side by Side for a long time and Midwest Motor Sports took care of me. It was well worth my 4 hour drive to experience their awesome service.I highly recommend Midwest Motor Sports if you're looking for a UTV or ATV!

Drove about 3.5 hours to Midwest Motor Sports. Went in to look at a 2022 Autodrive Slingshot and we were lucky to get Brian as our salesman. Brian was very help and very knowledgeable an within 15 mins we were on the road for a test drive. We loved it Brain and Wendy the financial lady worked out everything for us and we brought the slingshot home that same day. I cannot say enough about the service we received. I must say after how smooth Brian and Wendy made everything it was worth the almost 4 hour drive. LolI recommend this company to anyone looking for a new toy.

Friendly sales staff that answered all my questions and provided even more information that helped me make a decision on a new ATV. Technical staff went out of their way to have my new ATV ready by my desired time. I will definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends.

They never have anything available to test ride. Been here twice and they always say come back another day. The sales rep seemed to be pressuring me to make a purchase and I don't feel comfortable purchasing anything I haven't tested. Today's a beautiful day why didn't you prepare anything? Probably a good place if you already know what they have and what you want. Not a good place for curious ambitious riders looking for something new.

We'd give 10 stars if possible! We had been searching for a SxS & everyone was out of inventory. On a whim I called to check and see if anything was available. IT WAS!!! I called on a Tuesday, they had just gotten a Polaris General in but it wasn't assembled. We had a trail riding adventure planned for Saturday and Brian worked his magic and got it up and ready for pick up on Thursday. Absolutely AMAZING customer service, attention to our needs, friendly staff, can't say enough about how AWESOME Midwest Motor Sports is! Thank you for our Gennnnay!!! LoL

I bought a damaged helmet from them on a Monday afternoon. The visor was peeling and chipped in a corner and it s chipping away pretty fast. I call them on Saturday because I was out for a ride and was looking at my helmet and that s when I noticed the damage. My helmet should not be chipping and damaged after one 10 minute drive to the gas station. I called to see if I could get a new one and he offered to take $10 off a $55 helmet when THEY were the one who sold me a damaged visor. They asked me why I didn t notice it from the get go, I was not quite looking for damages seeing I thought I was buying from a TRUSTWORTHY dealership. But I guess not, don t go here for a quality helmet. Order online or go to Harley Davidson in Alton.

The owner went out of his way to get my son on his new motocross bike much sooner than we were expecting. The entire staff from the service tech to the the parts counter were extremely helpful with helping us transition to the new bike. The staff on the floor made paperwork quick and simple. I ve been buying from them for over 30 years and have always Been quite pleased with the entire experience and look forward to many more.

I just purchased a new Yamaha TTR 110 for my kids and couldn t be happier with the entire experience. Midwest Motor Sports has a very user-friendly website loaded with information and an updated inventory, so I was well-prepared before ever entering the store. The entire staff came together to take care of all of my needs during my visit. I arrived without an appointment, but asked questions, finalized the choice of dirt bike, had paperwork written up, the bike go thru final assembly in the service bay (battery install, etc.), and was loaded up and heading home all within about an hour. I left with a great deal on a dirt bike, a big smile on my kids faces, and many fun memories ahead. We look forward to doing much more business with John and the staff at Midwest Motor Sports in the years to come!

This was my first motorcycle purchase. There were some issues that were totally unrelated to the dealership (stock issues and shipping issues as 2021 has been for everyone) but the customer service and employees were fantastic! the salesman was understanding of my enthusiasm and answered any and all of my questions! and there were a lot... i talked to them several times regarding when the motorcycle would come in and never once had any issues with helping me as far as they could. I had a wonderful experience there and i will be going there when i buy my next motorcycle!!

I just bought a 2022 Kawasaki Ninja 400 from Midwest Motor Sports. What an amazing experience! First, you walk in and you are greeted by an overwhelming display of available inventory. Next, you are able to freely navigate around without being pressured by a sales guy. Lastly, and this is a big one, they actually let you sit on the bike if you're interested. I've done my fair share of shopping around and have noticed that several places would rather have you "Look, don't touch". I introduced myself to Brian (who I thought was their salesman, but come to find out he's the general manager) and told him the story of why I chose to drive 40 miles to visit them rather than continue to nag my local dealer to get their one available unit on display. I already knew I wanted a Ninja 400, but was wanting to see both the base model and the SE colors in person. Midwest Motor Sports had both colors of the bike in stock! After a few minutes, I told Brian I was sold on the black one. Then I told him I had to go get a cashiers check and truck to take it home. He offered free delivery, but wouldn't be able to accommodate til next week. No biggie I told him. So after a quick negotiation, I left to go get the check and truck. I came back later that afternoon and was introduced to Wendy. She and I completed the paperwork. Another tip of my hat goes to Wendy as she never pressured me into any extended warranty or add-ons. Once finished, Brian and the tech, Scott, helped me load the bike up. One other honorable mention goes to Scott as he let me borrow some cool handlebar straps to properly ratchet the bike down as not to scratch the paint. I reassured them I'd be returning them the next day and they were chill. Everything about this whole experience was a great testament to how important customer service is and how Midwest Motor Sports excels at it! Thank you guys for a great purchasing experience and hopefully later down the road, a great service experience!
