Well, good guys and ladies. Found my camper there good price. Fast and friendly.Took the camper out the first time. The water heater would not work. Called and brought it in, and they fixed the problem. Explained the fix to us and answered I question we had. 5 stars

My company Sparkle RV Services performed a pre-purchase inspection today at Colman's. Matt the salesman as easy to contact to schedule the inspection and everything was ready and set up when I arrived. Chris the service manager was helpful when I needed assistance. They made it super easy to do my inspection for my customer.

Buyer beware. We took our camper in for service and we re not happy at all with the experience. we dropped it off last October with a list of items that we went over with the service tech on what we wanted fixed under what we presumed was our extended warranty. The fact that most of the items apparently were not even covered under the warranty they say it s all just maintenance, but they never even called to say do you want me to fix it or not was very aggravating, because apparently the warranty covered almost nothing that we needed fixed. We were lied to on the phone on multiple occasions on why they had it so long and then when they finally told us that it was ready just three days ago we went over to find out that the main thing on the list, a.k.a. the roof repair, wasn t even done but we were charged for it. When I called that to their attention, they said they would fix it and have it ready the next day. I went back the next day to pick it up and they did repair it, but the repair was done so poorly that I couldn t even believe it. Look at the pictures and see for yourself. Needless to say, if we ever buy another camper, it won t be from them. And when I need it serviced, I will definitely be taking it somewhere else. And by the way, the sealant was nowhere near dry or ready to be moved.

I bought my camper here three years ago and love it .drive through winterizing is the bomb. But recently had to have a couple things fixed due to someone breaking into it and that made the experience. Got her done FAST so we can get camping NOW. Thanks Matt and Brian.

Absolutely 100% professional and honest is the words I would use to describe Matt and team ..the unit I purchased was above my expectations and a great value ..I would highly recommend Colemans Country Campers for all your summer time fun and enjoyment

Friendly, professional, and they focus on the customer. The buying process was easy and the service department is eager to help, and their parts department was able to order me some things that weren't in stock. Highly recommended!

*** BE AWARE BUYERS *** DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP ** Very unprofessional people - the Owner Matt is very disrespectful and keeps hanging up the phone every time i speak with him. i bought my camper from them and not even a month later the camper start having problems. i called them to let them know and see if they can fix it, they told me that we don't fix it even if you bought the camper the night before. VERY GREEDY PEOPLE - they charged me $2000 more the advertised price **BUYERS TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE DO NOT BUY FROM HERENO IAM NOT CONFUSING YOU WITH ANOTHER DEALER, IT WAS MATT WHO I DEALT WITH

CUSTOMERS. please take your business elsewhere. everything they say is a LIE .. Employees and owner have no manners. He thinks money is everything, got no respect. they like you talk and treat you weel only if you say yes to everything, they tell you and don't ask question they do anything to get you in and when you get there you get surprised of how BAD they are. PLEASE check /inspect everything. I've never met ppl like those ppl . they are LIERS RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. save yourself the headache and take your business somewhere else.

Had a issue with 5th wheel. They had parts I need and counter man even loaned me a tool to install the part.Great place.

Can t return anything Electical, even new in the box. 25 rv power cord for almost 350$ almost double of camping world, and online. We purchased the new cord as we were going home, just incase we didn t have one when we got back, we got back home and found an extra one in storage so we thought good, now we can get our money back wrong. Have happily given them our business for over a year now and from here on out they will not get my business and I highly recommend you don t either. P.S no sign up or anything about the no return policy.

Always helpful, and good local inventory and service department. Only criticism I have is the service department doesn't take appointments. It's first come, first served. You drop off your camper and are placed in line for the service you need. They do have a good, competent service department, so it's worth the wait.Salespeople are product knowledgeable, no pressure, very helpful folks. All in all, a great dealership to do business with. Outstanding parts and accessories inventory too.

Just bought a brand new toy hauler from these guys. Salesman did a pretty good job the service manager topped it off with a few freebies with our high-end purchase. We pick it up at the end of this week I will add to my review after I see how that goes. So far so goodUPDAtE.. . . .cpl issues our first weekend out. Called and Matt got us in and fixed quick. These guys are amazing !!

Was very pleased with the trailer buying experience with Colman's. First time trailer owner, and felt that they were very helpful. Sales team didn't seem high pressure, which was very important to me. Person that did final walkthrough with me was very helpful in explaining everything, and answering questions I had about camping. Didn't seem rushed. I had financed through a local credit union, so the closing process took maybe 15 minutes. Was very pleased, and I would definitely recommend them to others. In the future if we decide on another trailer I would definitely head back to Colman's.

Wow...We have had nothing but a positive experience at Colman's.Our sales representative, John, has gone above and beyond our expectations. We first bought a used camper from Colman's in April of this year, we had it two months and each time we backed in or out of our driveway it would tear up the surface. We called and talked to John, as we wanted to bring it back. He was more than willing to have us bring it back and trade it in on another camper, which we did.John spent hours going through selections with me until my husband and I were satisfied with our final selection. John showed us extreme patience and was very courteous and professional throughout our entire process....Thank you for the great experience John.We were turned over to Brian for financing and he as well was very helpful and patient. He treated us with respect and got us in and out of there very quickly.We then met with Leo who took us through the entire review of our new camper. He answered all our questions and was extremely helpful with the questions we had. He was easy going and easy to talk with. If we had a concern he would address it right away. He provided us with tips on items that would help with our experience and gave us several suggestions.Colman's by far has earned our respect and our future business.Thank you all for the exceptional service from start to finish....we appreciate your time and patience with us...Gary and Debbie Cox

I own an older camper and Mark and the other parts guys have been very helpful with maintenance, repairs, and general advice. Recently replaced the awning and purchased it at the service counter. Price was less than online!!! And they gave some helpful advice on the installation process that made it a breeze. Definitely will be going back again and again.

They have a good selection of campers and are very friendly. I dropped my trailer off for service and they are very knowledgeable and I have no doubt they will do an excellent job. Overall we love our camper.update I had a issue with a small leak I dropped it off Monday the 18th and they fixed it and I picked it up the next day I couldn't be happier. Thanks and great job and customer service.

This place is absolutely fantastic. This was our first time buying a travel trailor or any camper. They were so patient with us and answered all of our questions and trust me we had a lot. You could really tell that they cared about their customers. Everything was quick and flawless. I highly recommend Coleman's. They also have the best pricing around. Thanks you Coleman's for treating us like family.

I bought a used travel trailer that was originally purchased at Colman's. I went there to buy some replacement parts and apparently didn't have enough information on the items I needed....measurements, model numbers etc. I'm new to this and thought there was a basic database that the companies utilize like an auto parts store. You go in tell them the year, make and model and they can tell you if they carry the item or not. That's not the case with campers and the guy that I was dealing with could have explained it a little more politely instead of being so rude.Sorry that I was only there to spend a few hundred dollars and not $40,000 on a new camper but you did give me a clear heads up that when I do purchase a brand new camper, it WON'T be from here!

At 1st they told me I would have to drop the trailer off for a couple weeks but, I explained I was a dog groomer with a new business and I need to get the air fixed as soon as possible. The next thing he said is bring it in Thursday I'll need it all day, Which made me thrilled cause I wouldn't have to cancel customers :) they found out what was wrong with it they searched everywhere to find the part so I wouldn't have to pay for a brand new air conditioning unit. I just got my trailer dropped off today and I have no doubt they will take great care of me. Thank You!

We are very pleased with everyone at Colman s! They were great to deal with, service department went above and beyond to help us get things switched from old camper to new. Can t remember all names but Matt and Brian were both awesome! We definitely recommend Colman s if your looks for a camper!! Thank you guys a ton!

Very rude, no signs up stating their return policies, and didn t seem to care that after giving them business for over a year they will not be getting it anymore. Horrible customer service and overpriced.

We bought our 2017 Flagstaff Shamrock from Colman's and they were wonderful to work with and got us into the camper we wanted. Recently, the refrigerator was not getting cool like it should, we took it up to Colman's and they were able to fix it right away and get it back to us so we could continue our camping adventures this year.Having the extended warranty really pays off. Matt Diamond was a pleasure to work with and he kept us in the loop of the timing and status of the repairs. Such a great friendly place and a pleasure to work with them.

Incredible customer service from time we picked out our new fifth wheel at the st. Charles RV show, to the communications with the finance team, to the trade in of our previous camper, to the final walk through. Definitely suggest checking out their inventory if you're in the market for a new camper.

Place has alot of campers to choose from. I was there to see about getting a 7 pin connector installed on my truck. Very customer friendly and they answered all my questions. They are a lil busy now of course so I'd call ahead!!

I am a union boilermaker from Georgia and needed parts and advice as this was my first outing from home with my camper for an extended period and walking in, had completely exploded beyond my expectations they were absolutely helpful, we re not pushy in anyway,When I couldn t reach them by phone, the first time they were very prompt and their response, and their assistance with installation of my swaybar kit for my camper and explanation and instructions were a godsend. I encourage any of you union brothers and sisters that are in the area for the refineries or any plants,Go to these people they will help you and go above and beyond
