This review is for the automatic car wash bay on the left at this location.So, as a way of doing something for my birthday, my family decided to drive me down to this Wooly Wash Car Wash location in Harrisburg, IL.I am going to deduct 1 star due to presentation at the entrance, the prices for the Automatic Car Wash on the left were taped over due to them being changed since the new automatic was installed. To whoever the owner of this business is, I recommend doing what you did with your West Frankfort location and putting up a brand-new wash options board with all of the new prices listed and all of the new steps your new automatic bay comes with incase of an event where a customer decides to come to the car wash and they end up not having the correct amount of money if they wanted to purchase a wash with more steps.But other than presentation at the entrance, the wash was great! The automatic bay on the left is a D&S IQ 2.0 Touch Free and the automatic bay on the right is a D&S 5000. The IQ managed to get almost all of the dirt and dust off the windshield, sunroof and windows (there was still a very little amount of dust on the sunroof and very small dirt spots on the windshield, but an automatic can only do so much). The pressure was also strong too, and it also made our car really shiny!Overall, I would recommend going to this location if you need to get your car at least nicely cleaned on the exterior.Thanks for the experience, Wooly Wash! To whoever the owner is, I recommend installing more of the D&S IQ systems at your other locations too!

I Love wooly wash. I like putting my boyfriend to work. He loves making me laugh lol while I'm in the AC! The wash always comes out Great! Thanks, Wooly!

DON NOT USE!!!! I would give 0 stars if that was possible. The new automatic bay at Harrisburg took the paint off the hood of my car, has busted another person s window, and just today, messed up someone s sunroof. Called and was told that they only way they will take care of my car is if the bay malfunctioned. People should have a reasonable assurance that their vehicles are not going to be damaged while being washed, especially when the only posted notice is Not Responsible for After Market Parts and I guarantee my hood is not after market!!! I am now out the price of repainting my hood and a rental car. Thanks for nothing Wooly Wash! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

I recently had trouble at the Wooly Wash and I must say that they went above and beyond to make things right!Besides that when I do use a automatic car was it is here, the best in town.

Well .. the newest bay is more expensive and doesn't work so well .. soap all over the car, even after the Ultimate which includes a couple of rinses but yet the car was still not clean, will be going somewhere different!!

This is the best car wash in town the auto wash on the left is New it works great and I like when the attendant puts the pretreat on I always get a clean truck

In town visiting friends. Stopped in to the self wash bay. Nice prices. Cheaper than the 1 where I live up north.....but same excellent wash ability.
