They wouldn't put a tire that was on my Grand Caravan onto a brand new rim/wheel after waiting 2 1/2 hrs to get it in because it was 8 yrs old !!The tire was obtained from a set of 4, with almost new like tread from a salvage yard to explain its age, but absolutely nothing wrong with it!I was told I could sign a waiver when I called them before going there as well!!Lazy employees here!

They sneak extras on without asking (Road Hazzard Warranty and Lifetime Balance, both optional). It has happened twice now to me after purchasing 4 sets of tires for 2 vehicles in a year. I complained the first time and they did it again last week! They don't seem to care that its unethical and they dont even ask if you're a plus member (free for plus members). They automatically tell you a price but dont tell you about the extras totalling $120! Stop adding charges without consulting with the customer!!

They don't take appointments. 3 hour wait and then they never sent the text to say it was done. We just went back over to see the car sitting back in the parking lot. Then, some time later after leaving Walmart we got the text saying it was done. 3 stars for getting the job done but minus 2 for the inconvenient way it's handled.

Pulled up wanting oil change mechanic said it could be an hour or two wait and advised me to go elsewhere. Also every time had my wife s SUV oil change same mechanic advised me that I have to get most expensive synthetic oil or my warranty would be void. Went elsewhere. Currently all mechanic sitting outside smoking and jaw jacking not waiting on customers

Their was no employees around at all and after even paging for an employee for that department it took well over an hour pluse just for a department employee to even show up. Very very poor service and disrespect for their consumers and taxpayers that keep them in business.

The people working are nice. But make shure you know what your paying for. They charge for valve stems(where u put the air in)and to take your old tires away. If you don't want this make shure you tell them or you will b charged for it. Some tires don't need new valve stems. Also have them make clear what balancing cost and any other fees that may apply. They did the job in a timely manner. They're also polite 3 stars. RV in harrisgurg illinois.

Driving in from out of state. Had a bad vibration from a tire. I misdiagnosed the problem as a front tire being out of balance. The tire team at Walmart in Harrisburg took me at my word that there was a problem. The fourth tire that they checked, which was in the rear, turned out to be defective, causing "wheel hop." This "hop" was exactly what I felt. Their attitude and professionalism were incredible. They were determined to find where the trouble was, despite the extra effort that it required of them. I wish that they worked at my local Walmart. Btw, I bought the tires at Walmart and got the road hazard warranty. So glad I did. The tire had only 7,000 miles on it so I got full replacement without any mileage adjustment!!Service: Tires

Was told it would be 45 minutes for a simple oil change. Checked in at an hour. Was told it was not done, even though it was pulled out of the bay and in to the parking lot. Went back and checked again at almost 2 hours. The guy said it was done but had no keys. They had left them in the vehicle. So, I waited around for an extra hour. To top it off, the guy checking me out didn t say sorry or thank you. Think I ll pay a little more next time at a local business just for the courtesy.

Don t ever use this place. I sure as hell will never be using this place again nor will my vast group of car friends. Wasted an hour if not more of my time driving from marion being told if I got there before 6:30 they d mount my tires. Wheels were off the car just needed tires mounted. I get there at 6:32 and these workers are already shutting down their station. I guess they think it s okay to leave early. Very unprofessional, and not on time at all. Wouldn t have drove from marion had I known they d be shutting down a whole half hour early. Seriously don t waste your time with this place. Go to a real mechanic or tire shop these people are a joke.Service: Tires

Well I got there at 7, went inside to get a oil change, took 10 minutes for someone to help me, everyone saw me there but all walked the opposite direction. Then a employee asked what he could help me with I said I need a oil change, he said go back out to my truck and park at the white line and someone will come out and assist me. No reason they couldn t ring me up like every other Walmart does. As I was doing that other cars had pulled up then I had to wait even longer. Then on top of that I went under my truck later that day, grease everywhere all over under my truck, oil all over the bottom of my truck as well. Terrible employees and work. Walmart will hire anyone to work on vehicles. Go somewhere else people.

Terrible place to go to get anything done. Literally sitting here watching them do absolutely nothing. There is no reason it should take an hour and a half to mount one singular tire and do an oil change. Horribly rude! Was skipped because i didn't park correctly causing my wait to be an hour and a half. The worker walked around me to the car who pulled up after me. Then the guy working told me i didn't need the oil i asked for and i had to have the pennzoil synthetic, the most expensive oil they offer.

Was going to get my suv service ,but found out my oil plug was rounded out ,an they had no way of getting it removed, so that's you going to be my problem, but all the staff was friendly,an explain they wouldn't try to remove the plug cause they would be reaponable if it got stopped which I understand that,lam buying some tires in a day or two when they receive them,

I usually wouldn't take my car to walmart except for this one. Even when they are busy your not stuck waiting all day.

Last time I was at the Walmart auto center I had new tires done. They were pretty quick about it.

If I didn't have to have my oil changed I would not have gone. Staff is not very knowledgeable on their hand held devices they use to take your order properly

Great people and service at the auto center. I believe the rest of the store should take note of the staff at the auto center, because the rest of the store isnt up to par with them.

This is the most ridiculous place I have ever been to- why put people in these positions that don't know there butt from a hole in the ground - will nevvvvvvvver go here again!!!!!!!!!! The lady working back there should not be out in public trying to work with customers!

They don't close until 7pm but refused to change a tire at 5:50pm because they were shutting down.

Stand in line for an hour looking at the set of tires you want to buy and finally get so mad you just leave and go to a real tire place what a joke

Little slow...they will almost always refuse to repair an older tire (dangerous they say) so I have my tires repaired elsewhere
