Brett and Wesly helped us out and I couldn't say enough good about them. We were passing through and had a serious vibration that started earlier in the day. They were literally closing and they stayed open to help us. They were very reasonable and they didn't try to up-sell us. If I lived here, this would be the only place I would go

Brett has helped me more then once with my purchases and always makes sure I'm completely taken care of. He wasn't in today but already had everything set up and ready for me.The guys tonight fit me in and got me taken care of right away! Deff a great team they have working there. Wish I could remember the 2 guys names from tonight cause they were awesome too!

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME THEY CUDNT SERVICE MY CAR UNTILL I GET A PART FIXED AND THEY CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW THAT BEFOFE JUST DOIN THE WORK I THOUGHT IT NEEDED DONE AND I GOT ME A NEW MECHANIC OUT OF THE DEAL I LOVES THEM GUYS THEY ARE SOME GOOD MENS AND DOES THEIRJOBS EXCELLENT SO THANKS ALL FOR THE SERVICE ILL B BACK WHEN I GET THAT FIXED !!!!

This store at Harrisburg is what customer service is all about Bret and the crew there are examples of how any costumer should be treated treated me well was clear on what I needed and explained every aspect of my contract so there is no confusion thanks to everyone there

I HIGHLY recommend you go thru RnR for your tire and wheels! They are respectful, they are honest, and they are NOT just out for your money! They mean what they say! And I WILL be going thru them again! 5 STARS!! I had a bad tire and they did a fantastic job and wasn't very expensive!!! This was at Harrisburg il location!!!

The guys at RNR were fantastic. We came in right before closing on Saturday night afraid we were about to be stranded away from home. They offered to try a repair and if unable they would pit our spare on for us. They were able to repair and got us back on the road in minutes while we waited in the a/c and drank complimentary bottled water. God bless you RNR.

Jason was the mechanic who assisted me when I needed an alignment on my tires. I drive a wheelchair accessible van in which the gas and brake have been modified with adaptive equipment that allows me to operate the vehicle with a joystick and computer. The alignment was not your standard alignment in that the controls I use had to be disengaged and then re-engaged after the alignment was completed. Jason worked with me for two hours to get the vehicle exactly as I needed it to be able to drive safely. He was patient, competent, and thorough. There are not many people who could have figured out the issues I was having, as I do not drive a standard vehicle. He worked tirelessly (no pun intended haha) until everything was just as I needed it. He is exceptionally good at his job and I will be continuing to take my vehicle to him in the future.

Amazing place to get tires and wheels!!! Originally went for tires only. They noticed that the dealership had grinded down all the rims. So ended up getting some rims too. If they hadn t saw that it could have probably been a lot more damage. Definitely would recommend to everybody!

We called RNR cause we ended up having a blow out on our truck and needed a tire fast. When I came to my appointment Edward J. greeted me at the door and asked how he could help me. Got my truck in fast and had my news tires put on in no time. Thank you Edward J I will definitely be sending people your way.

RNR Harrisburg made having to buy new tires easy. Jessica and Edward were very helpful and friendly. I recommend them. Rent to own may sound expensive but the perks outweigh the stress. Thanks again for everything.

Wasnt very impressed in trying to het an alignment done. Was gona take to long to disconnect steering bar to roll tierod ends because it wasnt easy loosen stock steering. Nothing too hard here.
