I had four new tires put on my dodge nitro and when we were driving home the back drivers side tire fell off and rolled along beside us!! It caused damage and I called over to Raben and they told me I could come over and look at the videos but refused to admit it was there fault!! I then went in and tried to talk to the manager and he kept offering for me to watch the videos again of them putting my tires on!! All I know is I have never ever had this issue before them putting new tires on!! The manager was very rude!! I ended up having to pay the deductible to get my car fixed and was delayed about a month from moving since we were scheduled to move out of state the next day!!

I was at Raben yesterday for an oil change and to diagnose a vibration while driving. They could have charged me for an alignment or even new tires but they were very honest and fixed my very simple issue. I appreciate their honesty. I ll definitely be a return customer.Thank you.

Probably a year ago, there were a few different staff there besides the usual crew . I did not get great service and I started taking my car elsewhere. Yesterday, I went back to Raben since my husband insisted. I had great service. The crew were friendly, quick, knowledgeable, and helpful. I ll definitely stick with Raben from here on out. A mix of the regular crew with some new faces, and I had a great experience. Thank you!

I felt the need to edit this review. Went from 4 star to 1 star long ago, and just noticed it still in my reviews.I had an alignment done and their machine was clearly not calibrated because the tires wore very quickly. When I asked about a replacement the manager said no and told me to take him to court.

Staff was nice but they really need to re-evaluate their pricing. Cost me right at $200 just to put 4 new tires on my own rims.. not impressed...update: 2 days later they called me to make it right but never did and I haven't heard anything else since then.Another update: it's been 10 months and still nothing!

Excellent service and I can trust them. Plus they are professional and respectful in their interactions. Knowledgeable staff when I have any issues with my vehicle. I purchase my tires there , have my cars oil changed and go there for service on my vehicle. I highly recommend!

They got me right in with no wait at all. Super nice, courteous staff. They did exactly what I requested. Great job! Also checked the car over and communicated anything that I needed to be made aware of about the service of my vehicle. I highly recommend them. Thank you Garry and Team!

I have always liked the service I've received at Raben. They are friendly, efficient, and work quickly. And I really appreciate Erica's dedication, and personal attention! She's one of that special group that will go the extra mile to give good customer service!

The service department was welcoming and efficient. I had an issue with our lawn mower tire and they were able to fix it quickly. They called me back when the tire was finished. No complaints here. Thanks Raben Tire!

I always take my vehicle to Raben Tire for my oil change and tire rotation. Yesterday, I dropped in with no appointment. They were busy, but worked me in, and in a timely manner, my car was done. Staff is friendly and efficient. The store and waiting area was clean, and they observed Covid 19 mandates, spacing chairs apart in waiting room, and they had a sign at the door that instructed me to wait at the door until called to the counter. I appreciated their observance of the new norm, but it also didn't seem obtrusive. Good job!

This was my first time using Raben tire. I went in to have my tires balanced and was met with a friendly staff that was very respectful and eager to help me with my needs. A worker named Joe instantly got to work on my tires and knocked them out in a timely and professional manner. I ll be bringing my business back to this facility for all of my future needs.

Very nice staff both times I visited. Prices are very fair and the work done was good work. Very honest place. I would recommend.Update***returned for brake service and was not satisfactory. Had complete rear brakes done and the pins were not greased which locked up my brakes and burned up the pads. Also wanted them to check on front wheel bearings and if needed replace whole hub assembly. Estimate stated to grease bearings and reassemble for the same price as a whole hub assembly. Very unhappy with these kids that are the mechanics trying to rip you and the management who allows it. Got two other opinions on the wheel bearings and they were not bad!

I want to thank Raben employees for there service. Y'all went out of your way to help me. I appreciate Joe,Ray,Robert,Mike. They are awesome they worked with me so well. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They take care of there customers thank y'all so much for all u do. If anyone needs service go to Raben they will take care of ya.

Dropped off tire to a wagon. Had to order it, said would be in 2 days later and they would call. 2 weeks later when I stopped in to find out about tire. Tire in , but still not fixed. Then they asked if I would come back another day for the tire will take some time due to being out of shape. Service was not good.

Gary does a great job and always tries to work my vehicles in even if I haven't been responsible and called ahead to make an appointment. Steve was very helpful also. Nice place and have had our vehicles oil changes done there for years. Thanks guys!

I always trust the staff at Raben in Harrisburg, IL for the best service. There have been multiple times they have gone above and beyond to maintain my vehicles. Gary Williams deserves a special shoutout for consistently being great!

After our daughter was left on the side of the road with a flat tire on a recent late afternoon, the staff at Harrisburg Raben worked above and beyond to get her car fixed and back on the road. We ended up needing to replace all 4 tires. They stayed late in order to get the job done. They were thorough, professional and very kind to us throughout the entire process. The will have our repeat business. Shout out to Duane, Erica, Robert & G.W. for helping us that evening!

Great service as always! Blew a trailer tire and called them about a new one they had the tire at another location and had it at the Harrisburg store for me within an hour and I was back on the road shortly after! As a small business owner and need to keep my equipment moving I m thankful for a place that will go out of their way to help!

Pothole destroyed one of my tires and got to Raben 30 minutes before closing time. Got my road hazard discount, everyone was courteous and helpful, even though they worked through quitting time .They would have gotten a 5 if they had returned temporary spare, jack, etc. to where they belonged.

We were very impressed with our visit to Raben tire in Harrisburg. Fast service and very pleased with pricing! The mechanic went over everything in detail and did a great job! We will definstely be back for future needs!!

Had an alignment done on my old work truck. Quick and easy! Gotta keep the work horse tuned in. Tech left notes about a few issues he noticed on the truck to make sure I knew about them. Top notch local business!

We called not knowing exactly what was wrong with the brakes. Ravens said come on down, we have an opening. They listed to what was said, looked at the vehicle and quickly and affordably fixed everything. We would definitely recommend Ravens and be a returning customer, the prices were fair, workers were nice, work was done within the price range given.

After I negotiated a lower price for having my alternator replaced, Raben Tire did a very good and prompt job. I am satisfied with the work done and the personnel were very kind. Thank you Raben's!!!

Worst experience I have had in any tire shop. Will not go to Harrisburg raben again. Tried to over charge for tires plus 9.00 fee for shop materials and profit. ( yes profit ) then loosing my keys and waited 45 min before they found them.

I have always used first avaliable locations for all my tire needs until now. I have used Raben in the past and took it for granted. No where else had the time or interest to work on my 2013 Grand Caravan, as I wasn't positive as to what was causing my front end to shake terribly. I called Raben Tire, they said "Bring it in. " I was stunned. The price was right and had me back on the road in 45 minutes. Thank you Raben tire.

Raben changes my oil and rotates my tires every 3000 miles and because my work schedule keeps me from being able to take my car to them, they come and pick it up at my employment and bring it back to me. I am Thankful for their Awesome customer service and I Appreciate that they always have a smile.

Erica was AWESOME. In a world where shivelry is dead she has shown my husband and I that there is a such thing as customer service. She has definitely earned our business for life as well as all of our friends and family. Thank You is an understatement
