I recently took my car to Jim Hayes for an oil change, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. Jim Hayes always gives us EXCELLENT service. Very nice and friendly staff. It s worth the drive to go there. Very happy with them. The only place I will go and trust them with my vehicle.

Dishonest service department. Went in for warnty work paid for by jeep and John said they had had to keep it unless we got over $900 of overpriced maintenance work we could do in our driveway. When we said we do that ourselves, John said there was no telling when they would have it done and we had to think about them; it had been there for a week at this point. We paid the nearly $1000 dollars extra work we could have done ourselves to get the jeep back. Will never go back; will never recommend. Wish there was a zero star option.

Second car purchase from Aspen, he is awesome. Aspen gets you out with a new car fast. Great deals on new and high quality used vehicles. No sitting around for hours getting tired and hungry, Jim Hayes works fast to make the best deals. I would highly recommend the Jim Hayes dealership and especially Aspen (salesman).

My whole family and many of my friends have bought vehicles from Jim Hayes inc. for going on 20 years. I have bought more vehicles from them in a year than some people will have in their entire life. Some of those years I bought or traded 4 or more vehicles a year from them and they have always been the best to deal with. The owners and employees are just great people. I always felt that I walked away with a good deal. They also patronize local businesses and keep their money in the community. I don t even stop at other dealers because if I am going to buy a vehicle from a dealer it will be bought at Jim Hayes inc.

This was one of the easiest and most professional car buying experiences I ve ever had. The salesman Aspen Moss listened to me and my fianc� needs for a vehicle and made it happen. I would highly recommended these people to get you into the vehicle you want they have a great selection.

Repaired warranty work covered by different dealer. One of the service guys were great! One of the other ones didnt have a clue where he was even at. After picking up my truck and stopping on the way home i discovered my turn lens on my truck husted out of the housing. I wont be going there again. Especially since i have two ford dealers i pass on the way to that one.

Very friendly and kind sales staff. Honestly one of the better dealerships I've dealt with however I had issues. The car I bought was a retired police charger. It had many cosmetic flaws which I was made aware of prior to purchase. However what I was not made aware of was a pretty big mechanical issue. When driving the car back I noticed it pulled pretty heavily. I figured this was likely a bent suspension component. Well turns out it was a ceased caliper. $2k later and it was squared away. At this point. I intended to just let sleeping dogs lie. I didn't have the car inspected so that's on me. It would have been nice to be given a car that was roadworthy but it was what it was. But now I go to register the car and the title is wrong. Which is a process that will take between 4-8 weeks to rectify. Some time since the initial purchase has passed so they cannot send me an extended temp registration. So I'm stuck with a car I can't legally drive after dropping $2000 on it to get it road worthy. I'd say if you plan on buying non police trade ins you'll probably be fine here but if you intend to buy a police trade in off of this dealership I'd recommend doing your due diligence as this process has been quite stressful.

I had my truck worked on at Jim Hayes and they did a great job. They had an issue with a part that my truck needed coming in wrong and it not being done when they said. But with that they apologized and loaned me a truck free of charge until it was done. They made sure once the part came in that my truck was running great. I will definitely go back if I ever have anything else go wrong with it.

Jim Hayes came through for me!Noticed my tire was low pulled in and they found a screw in the tire. Fixed it and I was on my way.I appreciated their service and helping me out. Did I mention it wasn t my car but a rental

Good new and used cars, trucks, suv. All staff are awesome. I had a problem with my battery my car would not start since the cold weather the service department sent someone right out they jumped my car I took it in they placed it on the machine battery was bad got a new one. The service department and sales staff are excellent people who take care of their customers. If you need a vehicle please go see Jim Hayes Inc. For a new vehicle they are terrific. Awesome service!Tija Blackwell

I requested if the recommended hub assembly and ignition coils are covered under my 100,000 warranty and haven't received a response. Was told to busy, call yourself. I asked to be texted the number because I was driving. Service said would do but still haven't received it.

This was a truly pleasant experience for me. Kelye was very helpful and fun to work with. I was very tense at first, because I expect to be very stressed out when dealing with a car salesperson. By the time all was said and done, I felt quite relaxed and comfortable.

I called Jim Hayes, Inc., about changing the water pump on my Ford F-450, 6.4 L diesel. I was told they do not work on F-450 s, only F-150, F-250, and F-350s I explained that I did not want any work on the chassis, just the water pump changed as my F-450 has the same 6.4 L engine as the F-250 and F-350 After ten minutes trying to get the guy to understand that this repair has nothing to do with the chassis, just a simple water pump change, (the same engine as the other trucks) He finally put me on hold so he could discuss it with the head mechanic, and came back and told me No they do not work on F-450s This was absolutely crazy!!! Nevertheless, I m glad to have learned about their very low IQ when it comes to doing repair work I took my truck elsewhere and had the water pump, thermostats, hoses, belts,, fan clutch, and resistor all replaced, and Jim Hayes, Inc., DID NOT or ever WILL NOT get my business I do not recommend this dealership or service department to anyone . However, when Jim Hayes, Sr. was alive, he would not tolerate this, and would have probably fired his mechanic who declined to work on my 6.4 L diesel

The service team at Jim Hayes, Inc does excellent work in keeping my Bronco in top condition. They are friendly, competent and expeditious. I am back on the road in record time! Additionally, if I have any special requests, they are very willing to make it so. Highly recommended!

Aspen is truly THEE most wonderful sales rep! He kept his upbeat cool sincere attitude polite with humor with all my an my husband questions~ he will teach me all bells an whistles tomorrow!You need a vehicle ask for Aspen he is awesome sales representative an he will answer all questions an help you out. Really nice person.**** UPDATE:****Aspen set up everything for me in my New 2021 Jeep Renegade Latitude. I did not have to do anything. He is fantastic!

I love this place. Best Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealer for miles and miles around. Sales people are very nice and they have a few female salespeople that understand the wife's position and explained everything to her satisfaction.I've also been in their Service Department many times and they go over my vehicle with a fine tooth comb and take care of what needs it and tell me what to keep an eye on for later.Overall a great bunch that cares and it shows.Thanks for your service and attitudes.

Everyone was very polite, the only thing I did NOT like was their false advertising the internet price was 7k lower and they should had addressed this to me before driving 2 hours would I go back? absolutely NO WAY. Learned a valuable lesson!

I called and made an appointment for an oil change and asked them to look at my brakes because when I use my brakes, my car shakes. The person I spoke with said they would have them look at the brakes. When they called me to tell me my vehicle was done, I asked them about the brakes and he said the technician didn t say anything about it and that was it.

Jamie Parkinson was awesome to work with as always and the finance gentlemen was also very helpful! Also when we take our vehicles for oil changed etc the service department is great! Always friendly and helpful.
