Been taking small camper van there for oil changes for 2 years. Called today to get an appointment and was told they wouldn t service my vehicle because its too much of a hassle. Makes me wonder what other work is too hard for them.

Once I was able to make an appointment(apparently they were having phone issues) I had my car serviced. The service was both courteous and efficient.

I've bought three vehicles from them and the experience has been great. I'm looking forward to buying another. If you ever bring a vehicle in for service they have loaner cars and SUVs ready. Kelly Davis was my sales person and is wonderful, see her and she'll take care of you!

Our salesman was great but management not so much. They May have paid UP for a vehicle from a friend on a trade in and will make you pay for the difference on the back end. So proceed with extreme caution when trying to buy a used vehicle with 40,000 miles because you may end up paying for somebody else's favor.

I buy my patch up paint here. Staff are dependable and courteous.There was one time I asked for a front end alignment and they told me I didn't need it. Zero charge. A surprised recipient.

My husband and I have purchased many vehicles over a 30 year time stretch.Dealing with Chris Street at Jim Hayes was the best thing we ever did. I'm a huge shopper for prices and Chris met everything I found and then even did better.So if you're in the hunt for a new or used vehicle go see Chris Street at Jim Hayes, I promise you won't be sorry.

I've gotten 2 used vehicles from here & they were in great condition. They really work with you to get a payment you can afford. The service dept is fast , does a great job & is very accomadating

I live in KY and bring my car to Jim Hayes for every service. They to an awesome job. You get a print out with all information about your car. They also work quickly.

Jim Hayes Inc. is a great place to purchase a vehicle! I just bought my graduating senior his graduation present there, a 2019 Chevy Silverado. An awesome vehicle, at an awesome price, and an awesome transaction! Thanks for making the experience what it was... awesome!

Don't ever buy a Chevy from them. Mine luckily has been reliable but herrs the catch none of their mechanics are gm certified they were supposed to give me an oil change after I bought the car but they refused to change it after it was a Chevy on a Ford lot. Thanks guys for selling a car you can't work on.....

They are trying to set up a high milage warranty for the vehicle i just bought. Hope its do able. Great atmosphere.

I didn't go to Jim hayes I went to CCC computer place next to Jim hayes and get my walking status right or don't do it at all you don't get no stars because you was at the wrong place bye

Don't buy a car there I just got a 2010 Nitro and the tire valve stem had to be changed and the door handle just broke on the driver side need less to say I bought a lemon and will probably have to pay to get it fixed and only had it a week not impressed
