I took one tire in to get repaired, I called first to make sure that they had a replacement if needed. When I went to pick the "repaired tire up it was flat". They didn't have the tire they told me did. I understand it a first come first serve business. They did find a tire that would work, they installed the new tire. So I thought it was ready to go until the very next morning when I went out to drive it and it was totally flat. After returning the tire again, I was told the valve stem was bad. Wouldn't most mechanics check the work they just performed? That obviously didn't happen. So after two day's for one tire that was taken off and delivered to them would or should be a simple fix most would think. My point is, either have, or get better quality management, or loose business . After this issue is actually repaired we will not be returning, after 20 plus years of service. One more thing is, the manager needs to learn how to teach customer service, instead of rudeness, that I watched happen and then they had the same attitude with my wife. Never again will we go back!

Took my car for a wheel alignment and new front tires. Had a mechanic mark it to be sure the alignment was done and it, in fact hadn't been, and within 4 months, my brand new tires were completely bald all the way around the inner row of tread and they voided the warranty trying to say something else was wrong when my whole front end had been replaced. Do not recommend. unless you have a mechanic that can check their work.

Friendly workers make us feel like they are taking care of family. They usually beat the prices of the competition, and definitely beat the service.

Very good service, if they don't have your tires they'll get them for you, and explain exactly what their doing, and will bring anything they find to your attention, but not try to pressure you to have them do the repairs. Just a good honest shop

Here from Georgia, had a blow-out on horse trailer tire. They fixed me up with a brand new 14 ply tire rather quickly. Very friendly, helpful and professional. Price was where I thought it would be, actually a little less. Highly recommend these guys for your tire needs.

I have been taking all of my vehicles exclusively to Best One Tire & Service for 10 years now. The staff is always courteous, friendly and professional. i ve never had any issues with maintenance or repair that they have completed. You are more than just a payday. Although this was my first time there, I watched as they greeted people by their names as they came in. Someone even greeted me by my name & I didn't even know he knew my name. I would highly recommend you give your business to people who actually care that you came in for your service work!

I got my first set of tires from Best One this week and I'll never go anywhere else! Not only did they quote me the best price for what I was looking for, but with my busy schedule they were so friendly and helpful. They picked my car up from me at work and brought it back to me when they finished. Best One in Harrisburg is top notch!

Best One is a great company to do business with! I ve been a 20 year customer and have never had a single issue with the work they do for me, which has mostly been oil changes and tire rotations. Sounds like a simple service visit, but I have used others over the years that I won t go back to. You can trust Best One to do it right every time!

We've done a lot of business here over the years as there isn't much competition in the area. Tire work is usually done well and sales team is friendly. Prices are like anywhere else. Their wait times, regardless of the service, are always poorly estimated; whatever wait time they tell you, add 60% to that.

Great as always ! I'm always busy with a full plus schedule taking care of the elderly and disabled. The guys work real hard to get me in and out as quickly as possible because we are shorthanded I really appreciate it so much.Thanks guys for all you do.

I came in and asked Tim how long would it take to get my car serviced. He looked in service room and said it would be about 40 minutes. I said ok. In about 40 minutes I was on my way. I only know Tim and Ed and they are always smiling and friendly!!The others are friendly, too, but they are in the service room. Great team!!

Well I went in to get brake line bled after changing master cylinder. $1600 and over a month later the brakes still didn't work so I towed it to another shop who had it fixed in 2 hrs. Vacume leak in AB booser.. Rip off and don't take anything to this business.

Been going there for years. Went in with a slight sound to rear brake. Nearly $800 later and after a month and taking the car back to them twice. I'm left with a bad grinding sound I didn't have before, front passenger side. My friend riding with me said.."I thought you had your brakes fixed""...I said..me too. Now I'll have to take it somewhere else to be corrected. They are very nonchalant with your money...So very disappointed..On a fixed income can't afford to be jerked around.

I needed tire pressure sensors replaced and no one would help. I went to Best One and they worked me in even though I didn't have an appointment. They had me fixed up as soon as they could. Great bunch of guys at the Harrisburg, IL store.Service: TiresService: Tires

Best shop in town! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and the work is done well. I've been coming here for years and will keep coming back. The last 2 times I've been in there were for strange noises my vehicle was making that I couldn't figure out. They got rid of the noises both times for free. One was a stuck rock, the other was a bushing that needed greased. Just awesome service. Highly recommend.

This is the repair shop your father warns you about. We stopped here after getting a nail in my tire and asked for a plug. After being told there were 6 people ahead of us and suggesting we go to Walmart or Raben just down the road, I said thanks and went out to the parking lot. After getting back out to my car I saw that the tire needed more than a plug, but I had already decided we would try Raben because we didn't have much time to wait around. The guy who helped me inside came out to us, grabbed the tire off the ground, and said actually we can help, and disappeared with my tire. He came back later with a different used tire and said they can take care of you inside, so I went in to see the bill and was told it would cost $220 for a USED TIRE... and they charged $25 to install and balance it, which I was already prepared to do myself, but there was no communication before service, that we had already refused, was rendered. The tire was changed in the parking lot using a jack we had already used to prop up my car and remove the donut. If you want service you didn't agree to, go here.Service: Tires

Customer service has largely become a thing of the past. Not at Best One Tire in Harrisburg IL. Fantastic customer service.Recently visited the area for the first time and picked up a nail. Called Best One, no problem. Brought my car in first thing and I was literally on the road in less than half an hour.Friendly staff, great service. I'm not happy with there irresponsible service I went in for oil change and fluids topped off cuz car was saying low brake fluid well they barely added anything to the break fluid and it lead me to believe I had a major break leak well after going to AutoZone and filing up what they should have I've not lost a drop since so I didn't return for what break work I had previously made a appointment to check there very in the wrong for decieving a good customer

Staff is very knowledgeable and pleasant! Excellent service and in a timely manner. If you need tires or service work done to an automobile I would definitely recommend. They have fixed issues for me that other shops haven't been able to find. Keep up the great work!

Every time I come in for any service I am always receive the best customer service. I have had timely service and I can't think of anything negative to say about them. Truely the best one in town and I would never go elsewhere. Keep up the amazing work.

A few weeks ago my husband and I went to Best One Tire & Service for the first time. We needed two new tires for my 2013 GMC Terrain. Thankfully, they were able to help us, because we had a long trip to make the following day. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.Immediately after choosing and paying for our tires, they pulled my car into the shop and got to work. It didn't take long (under an hour) until we were on the road again.We've already recommended this place to others, and we will definitely be returning later for two more new tires and possibly oil changes. In fact, I'm getting ready to visit their website to see if there's an email newsletter I can subscribe to for special offers and discount coupons on tires and oil changes, especially oil changes, because I keep up with those. :)Thank you all for providing us with such a great service! Best One is the Best Business in IllinoisPolite, friendly, knowledgeable and professional that pretty much has the best prices around that will stand behind their product they sell and most importantly they stand behind their road hazard tire repair, or replace along with any parts and labor. If a tire can be repaired they are the first to help you save money without trying to sell you something you don t need.Best One will always do there very best to work you into there schedule.Doing business locally with a local owner has its benefits versus doing business with the discount chain stores that doesn t give back to Saline CountyBest One is the Best!Service: Tires

Came in last Tuesday to have valve stems replaced.Scratched 3 of my wheels scratched would be an understatement .I have yet to have this resolved with not even an apology.So I will be turning it over to my insurance ASAP.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

My go to place. Tim always takes care of me and will do whatever I need to get me taken care of. The prices can be a little steep, but what mechanic isn't? They do good work too. Never had a problem with them.

Always friendly service. It's the only place I trust to take my vehicles. Their work is always top notch and their prices are very reasonable. It's always a good idea to call ahead and schedule any major work you're needing done.

Had an issue with a tire leaking air. They got my repairs done quickly. Talking to the guy at the counter was like talking with an old friend. Great place, great people.
