Have had horrible experiences with Matthew Dudley he said he would order parts for me from Marion and they would be there the next day by 2. He never ordered the parts for me. So I drove to Marion to get them. I had a couple bad experiences with Matthew.

The customer service and team coordination at this store is second to none. Logan sets the example for his team and out of the hundreds of encounters I've had with him and seeing him interact with various customers I want it to be known that he is an incredible asset to your organization. The commercial parts managers have always been accommodating and really go above and beyond to help assist by any means necessary. They are professional, hard working, courteous, and all team players. The success of my business is only possible with this great group of employees.

Nice employees. They could be a little more knowledgeable when it comes to the mechanical things they can assist you with at the store. The employees also struggle sometimes to understand parts and be able to help you know �hat exactly you need to fix the issue you're having.

Went in to the Harrisburg store to ask about having someone to use the code checker on my son's car,and there were 3 employees there. 2 of them were looking at something on the computer so we went down to the other employee who was clearly not doing anything,and when we got to him he had this look on his face like why didn't you stop and talk to the other guys and he threw his arms up. I was like umm is there something wrong he said nope what do you need? We need to have someone use the code reader on my son's car. He said we aren't allowed to get into someone's car. He was very rude and disrespectful. I said nevermind I'll talk to someone else. We talked to one of the other employees who was very nice and helpful and went out of his way to help us. I've shopped at Autozone for years and he was the worst employee I have ever dealt with. The other employees said he gets complained on quite often. His name is Matthew D. I've been in retail for 40 years and I have never talked to or treated customers like he did. He definitely makes Autozone look bad! Something needs to be done about his attitude! Not sure if we will come back or not. Have a great day!

They have some real good employees then they have the rest. The real good can help you a lot, the rest will send you home will the wrong part multiple times and say "oh sorry misunderstood you". If you see the name tags of Erica, Bill, Logan you will be good to go. There are a few others I'm missing sorry guys. And it would be nice if their online system was closer to the store one. I've noticed that some stuff doesn't cross over well. If owners would train their new people as well as their older staff they would be a 5 star place.

I've have been coming to this store for about 15 years now. Bill and his team have never let me down. Always have the right answers to my questions. very friendly and very fast. Just about all the parts I buy are in stock. And if they have to order something for me, they can usually have it the same day. I will not shop anywhere else as long as this store is here!!!! Was up on a hunting trip from Georgia, our truck broke down in the Walmart parking lot. I called and they had the part I needed. James was kind enough to bring the part to where we were. Thanks again James.

The gentleman that assisted us was very nice and helpful. I am very happy with the service and hospitality shown on his part. It was the manager himself and I didn't know until we checked out.

Ok place the workers are still inexperienced but hopefully with time things will get better I worked for a parts store for 7 years as an night and weekends manager and the knowledge of parts and cars will make or break a parts store so give them time I always went to O'Reilly's but they are very green

Went in to get oil. For Loeffler Painting ( I do there delivery often) It was early in the morning & so I had to be quick and get the oil back to the shop. So the guys could go out for the day . OK so I ask the guy that was working if I could get 10 quarts of 5w30 and after about 5,6 minutes he comes back with 2 gallons of oil ,& I was like I no I gotta have 10 quart then starts getting mad . I was now late and he tried arguing with me .I finally got 8 outta 10 quarts & the guys at Loefflers also wasn't happy . Customer service is not what it should be at the 1st Avenue auto zone.

A manager had to tell someone to help me. I bought a battery and before it was done, no less than 7 employees had looked at it, 4 helped with the installation including 2 managers. They lost a bolt, didn't reconnect my battery charger. I found the bolt myself, the nut for it was laying right where it was put, the lip the hood closes on.

The lady who helped me when one of the brake pads I bought would not work on my vehicle was rude and kept asking the same questions. I had to threaten to call corporate before she would even consider doing something. Like, who would lie about a brake pad not fitting.... Makes no sense.... I am disabled and have had 2 heart surgeries, I didn't need all that.

I am practically clueless about cars. As soon as I walked in the door, a nice lady came to help me. I explained what I needed and she went right to the shelf where it was and got it for me. The whole thing took maybe 5 minutes. AND I ended up with the correct item! Will definitely use AutoZone again next time.

Helpful staff, always with a smile. Ready and willing. Always a favorite stop. And last time I was there they had a new hot wheels display in. For those collector nuts such as myself.

The store manager as well as employees are always helpful when I come in. They are quick to come and ask if you need any assistance once you get into the store and give me their honest opinions on what products to avoid and what is the most economical purchase.

I had a problem with my vehicle all of a sudden I was hoping that all it was was because I driven into town on fumes my gas tank was low no it turned out that I had a problem with my battery when I pop my hood it turned out that the positive cable and post was almost completely unseeable because of all the corrosion after getting three different jumps and getting to AutoZone where my battery had come from to see if I had a warranty and if they would honor my warranty which they did it turned out that my positive cable connection had completely corroded through hints why it was so corroded and I needed new clamps for battery terminals I was a month away from my warranty being expired on my battery but not only did they honor it which they should have for no extra charge after I bought the clamps for the battery terminals they install them for me I'm not knowledgeable and disabled so I'm not able or really interested in getting involved in installing something I don't know how to do and I'm really not physically able to do anymore

Botched a return on my debit card. I still haven't gotten my $200 refund. Their DM ignores my calls, the manager tells me he can't do anything and to talk to their corporate headquarters. Their corporate headquarters tells me I need to talk to the Manager or DM. Won't be shopping there ever again.

The employees at harrisburg autozone are very knowledgeable and helpful. They most always have the parts I need and if they don t they can get them in a short amount of time. The store manager bill can help you with almost anything you need. I have been to a lot of AutoZones all around the country and the Harrisburg autozone is by far the best.

They have ordered the incorrect part 3/3 times and they're website inventory is not accurate. Most of the time they have to get it from another store.

After going to 3 other stores for the right transmission fluid I finally found some at AutoZone. The guys working were very friendly and polite I will definitely go back to Harrisburg auto zone
