I've been going here for years. Started with Brent taking care of us. Now Matt, always top notch service. Matt even recommended tires for my 1950 chevy truck. Ozzie (sp?) Is very good as well. You can tell they care. I would highly recommend this shop.

Matt was fantastic on the phone and in person. He found the tires I needed quickly and for a good price. They arrived at the store quickly and everything was ready when I pulled in. I was in and out in less than an hour and could not be happier with the service I received. I will readily recommend Suburban Tire to anyone.

I have ALL my family's cars serviced here. It's a good half hour from my home but I always have our cars diagnosed and fixed properly. Oil changes to tires to intermittent pro less which I have discovered other places rarely get right. This place does it all. I'm so glad I've found them. A great mechanic is not an easy thing to find.

Knowledgeable, friendly, professional, this place will do you right. They will help you with what ever needs your car has as long as it's within there expertise and knowledge. They will go the extra mile for each customer as well, I have seen it. Clean waiting room, free coffee and clean bathrooms. Tvs to watch while waiting and has power plugs to charge phone while waiting. Rather chill environment and friendly. I have never had any issues useing this place of business for over 5+ years. They will take care of you, be honest, friendly and your in good hands.

Suburban Tire goes above and beyond with their customer service! They provide prompt and excellent services..I couldn't find a place to get an oil change on my vehicle besides the dealership, which was outrageously priced..Suburban Tire did it for an eighth of the price and in a half hour..Matt and the staff are the best!

Total pros, no attempts to over-sell services, no sudden mystery issues with my vehicles - to top that off, based on mileage and daily driving distance, they'll give you a rundown of what order of repair & maintenance you'll want to follow over the coming year (if needed).

Matt provided the best customer service possible. I was in a pinch and he helped me out of a real jam. He didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need, when he easily could have. Next tire purchase will definitely be with him.

Just got off the phone with Matt right now. Has a huge attitude. I understand that it s early in the morning. But if you hate your job that much, quit. All I was calling for is to make sure that they accepted walk-ins and to see if they had the tire in stock, but Matt thinks it s okay to give attitude. Definitely not the place I would go to for an emergency need of a tire.

The team here has been great for all of my service needs. They are timely, reasonably priced and have done a great job keeping me up to date. I appreciate the convenience of their online scheduling and text updates of my appointments.

They do an amazing job. Always happy with the work they do on my cars. The last tires they recommended for our cars were game changers for all-season, particularly winter, driving.One of the biggest stand outs is their customer service. My 16 year-old son dropped our car this last time and even he was amazed at how much they knew about our cars and us. We highly recommend them.

They are all friendly and professional. I was notified what needed to be done on my car and discussed price. Work was done on a timely manner and car was done as promised. I would recommend suburban to anyone. Great place!

Honest, helping and hardworking people. I had a flat tire and I towed the car to their location. They were prompt to handle and thoroughly inspected and found that it was not a flat tire but a loose TPMS sensor issue. Other places could have cheated and replaced the tire.

Everyone at this location is extremely customer focused and friendly. The installation was quicker than expected and the team did an outstanding job. I highly recommend this Suburban location.

In July of 2022 I purchased for my 2022 Palisade Michelin Cross Climate 2. It was a tough decision with only 1700 miles on the OEM tires. The OEM tires where terrible. After doing my research on the CC2 tires I found positives and negatives.Road noise increase, loss of MPG , bad ride and more. Let me set the record straight. After 5000 miles there has been no increase of road noise, actually the cabin was quieter according to my sound meter. No loss of MPG, remains the same and on the highway exceeded the Manufacturer ratings. Ride quality excellent. Ozzie and Suburban Tire where outstanding in answering my questions and dealing with my concerns. I highly recommend the team at Suburban Team. Bring on the Snow I am ready for you.

We have always had a good experience with our vehicles being serviced at the Hanover Park Suburban Tire location. I trust that they are doing quality work at a fair price. I have a vehicle that is older now and starting to need more repairs on it. They are great at explaining the issues and what is needed to resolve them, including explaining what are immediate safety related issues and what are routine service issues. I also love the vehicle inspection reports they provide! Very informative! The staff are super friendly, taking the time to listen to your concerns. It s this level of service that keeps us coming back as a dedicated customer!

Great service from start to finish. Ozzy was very helpful and answered all my questions. I'm the end he helped we get a good all weather tire for a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend the Hanover Park location.

Extremely friendly. Great customer service. They explain thoroughly exactly what needs to be done and provides options. You don't feel like you are getting ripped off and they are really trying to provide the most affordable options. This wasn't just my experience as I was waiting for my vehicle to be repaired I watched how they interact with other customers. I have been going here for years and will continue.Update 2/2023I just purchased 4 new tires and the experience was positive. They were able to find me a better deal than what was originally quoted and I was out in under an hour.Update 3/1/2024I went in to see if a tire could repaired that was leaking. The tire was not repairable and the existing tires were getting near end of life. I was offered a few options and decided to replace the tires. They handled it right there without the need to come back. They went to the warehouse which is local and picked up the tires and had me on my way quickly. I also like that there is no pressure or attempts to upsell or try and get me to spend more money. It is always a pleasurable experience when I have work done here.

Had a great experience with Ozzie at Suburban Tire when I had a flat on my raised 2011 Toyota Tacoma. I called in a Friday at 2pm asking him if he had my size tire on hand (35") and although he said they didn't have one at their location he would get one there as soon as Saturday. In the meantime I'm arranging for a tow. Once I knew the time frame in which my truck would be towed I called Ozzie and, to my surprise, he said my tire just arrived and if I could get the truck to him by 5ish he could get it taken care of.Now the tow truck driver arrived and it's 4:15 on a Friday and I'm thinking we won't make it. For some reason traffic was smooth sailing and we arrived at 5. Ozzie wasn't sure his guy could get my tire on as his worker had worked all day without even a lunch. I waited and he came back saying he could do it.From start to finish my bad situation turned out to be a great experience due in part to Ozzie and I would highly recommend Suburban Tire for anyone needing service on their car/truck or new tires!5 stars!

Arrived at Suburban tire about 10 minutes early, greeted by manager at front desk confirmed my appointment and then the staff promptly went to work I was out of there within 45 minutes. The work that was done was a oil change, cabin filter change and rotation of tires. The price was very reasonable compared to others in the area. I would highly recommend to anyone. Please keep up the great work

Mike is a fantastic manager that goes above and beyond in ensuring his customers are taken care of and treated fairly. I've been going here for a couple years now and have always been taken care of: whether it's price matching a competitor on an expensive repair, getting a loaner car for however long I need it, or sending me out the door for free on a minor repair, he's ensured I never go to any other shop.The shop and mechanics are great, but Mike is by far the differentiating factor -- if he left for a different shop, I'd follow him there.

Great place and great service! They matched a deal I found on four new Good Year run flat tires and were efficient and courteous when I went in for installation! I ended up getting a screw in one of them not long afterwards and they fixed it at no charge to me same day I walked in. This is the 2nd time I ve gone to Surburban Tires and both experiences have been excellent!

Great service here. Matt helped us a lot. He was courteous and professional and got 4 new tires for us ASAP! I took my mother here because reviews were good and I'm glad we came. Service was super fast. They put 4 new tires on my mom's car in under an hour! Great service, good price, and treated us well. Can't ask for much more than that!

Suburban Tires is a very honest and customer focused business. The gentleman at the front desk is courteous and knows his job. The prices are reasonable and the quality of work is unmatcheable. My truck feels completely different. You have earned a new happy customer. Thank you.
