Hands down one of the best experiences I have had with auto repair. Took our 2006 Jeep Wrangler in for rust/body work and paint. Good communication and fair price.The end result far exceeded expectations. Thank you Mike and team

Mike and his team worked on swapping a frame for my 2003 Toyota Sequoia.From the beginning he was professional providing me options and a quote for each option. I bought a frame from a nearby junkyard and Mike had it towed to the shop. A convenient service. Process took about 5 weeks very communicative throughout letting me know what was going on and if a part was needed to proceed. The outcome was above expectations and I left with a brand new truck. Thanks again to Mike and his team.

Mike and his team worked diligently with me to restore the frame on 1999 4Runner within a budget that I can afford. He provided me with step-by-step photos of the restoration, welded the sleeve replacement for the lower control arm with a high level of precision, and did it in a reasonable timeframe. I am very satisfied with the level of craftsmanship and look forward to having his team help me with future projects.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

I was getting ready to leave on vacation in less than a week and I noticed my frame on my 2006 Toyota Sequoia had bad rust damage in 1 specific area. I took it to the dealer to inquire about any options I might have with the frame recall and there were none so I started doing my research on Google and found Northern Frame. After a discussion with Mike I ran the truck over there the same day and after inspection he offered to repair the frame and he was hopeful it could be done in time for my trip. The repair was done in time and I'm happy with the work that was done. Mike was great to work with and I would highly recommend Northern Frame.Service: Welding

When my car got dented up from a tree branch and needed fixing, Northern Frame and auto was on the list of places my insurance recommended. With this being the first time I had ever dealt with a situation like this I was nervous, I read through these reviews and decided to bring my car here. It was the best choice! It took a minute to be able to get my car in but you literally deal with that everywhere. The staff is nice and was very patient with me when I d call to see if I had to extend my rental and answer any questions that I had! I would definitely bring my car back here if needed (hopefully I don t) and will recommend to my friends and family! Thanks a bunch for taking great care in fixing up my subie!Service: Body & Trim

Jean is amazing. She keeps you informed with all repairs, and her team does amazing work. There are multiple other body shops that are closer to me, but I choose to have my work completed at Northern frame and auto.

I barely walked in, and the lady behind the desk was INCREDIBLY rude for whatever reason. I immediately turned around and left. I'm sure the service here is honest, but I don't want it if you can't treat everyone who walks through that door with respect. It doesn't matter what kind of day you're having - stay professional at work or don't work.

Dropped my Lexus off on Monday and the car was done in a day. Really fast turn around and amazing customer service. Northern Frame and Auto is the best! We ve brought 2 different cars here and have been extremely happy with the professionalism, quality of work is A+, and their prices can t be beat. We received multiple estimates each time and their prices knock the others out if the ballpark! Both cars had dents removed, body work, and paint. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I also felt like they were extremely honest. They tried to save us money where they could and charged us less than the estimate since the cost of parts were lower than estimated. Work was completed on time. We will never go anywhere else!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I highly recommend this company! My new 2019 vehicle was involved in a hit and run and I was worried how it would look after being fixed. Jean (owner) and Mike assured me that it would look brand new, YES it did! Excellent customer service! Thanks to the shop people for your great work on some very hot temperature days.

This review is waaaaay past due. These guys are the best! I needed work done and was not going to go through my insurance. Of all the estimates, they were by far the best and they knew and took into consideration I was paying out of pocket and that I simply wanted done what was most necessary (door) and everything else (scrapes, scratches) can just be touched up. They were even able to find a used door in great condition to help cut cost, which was truly a great move. I was surprised they were even able to transfer the rain deflector to the new door. I had one place try to take me to the cleaners with adding rims and everything else they could think of. Northern Frame & Auto were straightforward and honest. They didn't try to screw me over. They were a pleasure to deal with and I couldn't be happier with the work. I highly recommend them!

A Family business with quality people doing great work. I have know the owner for several years and have nothing but good things to say! Northern Frame and Auto is a little hard to find but definitely worth the effort. I am bringing one of my cars to them this week! Imagine dealing with people who are nice, friendly, fair and take pride in what they do. In my opinion it is a great way to do business.

I ended up here because my insurance company sent me to a horrible shop that actually did more damage than they repaired. I'm so glad I did. It's a bit out of our area but well worth the drive. They did a great job, kept me informed through the process and managed to fix everything the original shop was supposed to AND repaired all the damage the first shop did that wasn't part of the accident, with one of the parts being on backorder (that would be one of the things the first horrible shop broke and thought it wouldbe a good fix to just put a piece of tape on it .) Jean & Michael were my contact peeps and I cannot ever tell them enough of how much I appreciate all the time and work they did.

This is probably one of the most rarest types of auto shops I have ever seen. And by that - I mean they actually give a damn about quality, and customer satisfaction. I initially took my car there to have a ton of rust repair and dents/dings/scratches/you name it done. I called the owner - Jean, and even asked her one more time that if she didn't really want to do the project, I would have more respect for her if she declined. Nope, she took the challenge when other body shops were afraid to even go near my car. Not only did she meet my expectations, she exeeded them. I couldn't be happier with the results. I have only recommended one body shop to my friends and family since, and they too have had nothing but amazing things to say. It has been around for over 30 years and is family ran, they are some of the nicest people I have ever met, and will continue to do business with them whenever I need car repairs done. Thanks guys!!! :)

The best body shop I have ever used ! My work van was in a accident and was totaled we had it towed to the shop Jean we so helpful and helped us with the insurance! And we had our car fixed some time after it looked great and was done on time like they promised. Thanks for all you do.We will never go anywhere elseThanks, Jim Cannella

unfortunately I've been there a few times , but they do great work at the best prices, I took my moms car for a little damage to her bumper , Jean fixed it up herself , and said now your mom won't need a bumper and said no charge, these people are honest and great , so was the dad before he retired.

This is a family owned business, not some big corporate franchisee. These guys really know their stuff and they are fair and honest. The only thing they don't do it tires and oil changes...but they ROCK on everything else.

This place does not look like much, but don't let the little shop and non-chain nature of this shop fool you. A family owned shop that does more than just body work is the only place I take my cars. Jean and her team do great work and charge reasonable prices.

Very honest people that will tell you exactly what is wrong with your car and give you sound advice on what you need to do. They also have great pricing. I would not go anywhere else.

In and out in an hour. Extremely nice staff and incredible quality work! Very impressive! I'll definitely go back for all auto body needs (hopefully won't have to though) :)

Very unprofessional didn't do a good job got my car and the seats was dirty. Didn't know how to communicate with me. Definitely wasn't what I aspected. Will never go there again smh......
