Went in today for an oil change. I made an appointment the previous night at around 6:30 pm. I received a prompt call back confirming my 10:30 am appointment for a standard oil change. The office was comfortable, the staff was attentive, and I was out within an hour. Compared to competitors I ve visited in the past, I was impressed and completely satisfied with my experience.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Serious Concerns Regarding Appointment Handling at Midas Hanover ParkI am writing to bring to your attention the issues I encountered with my recent appointment at Midas in Hanover Park. I booked a 3:30 PM time slot online, and despite receiving an email stating that I would be contacted within 30 minutes for confirmation, there was no communication.Upon reaching out to the store, I was shocked to learn that my 3:30 PM appointment could not be honored because, according to the staff, that specific time was reserved solely for drop-offs scheduled for the next day. This discrepancy between the online booking system and the actual policy is highly concerning.Misinformation and a lack of adherence to promised confirmation timelines have led to a frustrating experience. I hope that Midas Hanover Park addresses these issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and prevent such discrepancies in the future.

If I could give them more stars I would. An amazing gentleman that works at this location saved my life today. I was stuck at the gas station across the street, in the rain and pregnant. He came in less than 5 minutes and helped me get my car to start again. Just by his act of kindness, I am sure everyone who works here is just as great. Great service at reasonable prices. Most times I ve had same day service on fuel injectors being replaced, battery replaced and new tires put on. Had 4 new Cooper tires put on my Jeep Cherokee for $100 less than Discount tires.

Terrible and dishonest. No real technicians just parts changes. Management is always trying to upsell. Last job they did for me they even forgot to put in one of the head bolts. I was a loyal customer but NO LONGER

Very thorough and friendly. I just went for an oil change and check up since I will be driving on a vacation next week. They were concerned for my safety and noted my real brakes were bad. They were able to take care of it and was finished in exactly two hours as I was told. Prices are fair and I even got a senior discount! I know that if I had gone to a dealer it would have been more expensive and they certainly wouldn t have it done the same day!Note to you customers that are commenting the prices are high, just try going elsewhere and trust me it will not be less expensive and if it is I d question the quality of work and quality of parts.You get what you pay for!I will be a return customer for a long time. Been here many times - service is always done on time and I m saving a lot not going to a dealership. I have an older car so it s needing more repairs lately but they are very knowledgeable about my vehicle and I d recommend them to everyone .

Went in thinking I needed a new tire or something more. They checked the existing tire I had and let me know what the actual problem was and offered a solution at a good price. I brought my car in today for an oil change, filter changes, and a tire rotation. After the work was done hours later one of my tires went flat. Joe from Midas sent over one of his associates Honey, who came over to my home, lifted my car removed the bad tire for me. Drove back to Midas so I could go take my fiances car to get a new tire. Then Joe had Honey meet me back at my home to install the tire. They both went above and beyond to help me when they didn't have to. Thank you Joe and Honey!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Friendly staff (other than the older employee who hassled and talked down to me) just make sure you go get a second quote. Priced at 1 grand and got work done elsewhere for a bit over 500. (Midas also diagnosed this wrong) If you bring in your own parts the MIDAS guarantee is they will upcharge you for labor. (Although its still cheaper that way) Do your research get second opinions. Leave the oil changes for the lube techs at Midas. Leave the mechanic work for small family owned shops.

I've been a loyal customer at this Midas shop for over 20 years. The staff is highly skilled at maintaining the vehicle as well as diagnosing and fixing issues that arise. Most importantly, the staff is honest and trustworthy and has treated me with respect. If you have to have service or repairs on your car then I recommend Midas at county farm & army trail Hanover park. Been going for years and Rene and Joe will tell you straight what needs to be done and they will get it done. I have treated well each and every time.Service: TiresService: Tires

We have been going to this location for years, and will continue! They always take good care of us and give us a heads up on future repair needs upcoming. I highly recommend them. Car issues are never fun or cheap, but Midas always takes care of us. Rene and Ron run a great place. Keep it up!
