The staff at Merlin in Hanover Park always provide great service to my auto each time. They have kept my car operating great for much longer than I could have expected. Pricing is very fair and the work is done quickly and efficiently. I feel I am always treated well and honestly. I highly recommend this Merlin for repair work.

Tim and his crew are fair and honest. From oil change to vehicle maintenance they are great. If they can't handle it they have great referrals. Never had a problem with them!

Francisco is awesome he made my life so much better omg he went above and beyond for me a starter he never gave up with helping me and Sean is also awesome he is very patient and helped out with making sure I was satisfied and had everything done in good timing these guys are the best!

Great staff. I worked with Tim and he is very knowledgeable. However, two of my three visits, the mechanics who worked on my car didn t do the right job. First time they couldn t do the oil change correctly. I had to take it back days later to get it done again. Second time after a brake flush, I started hearing loud rubbing noise and banging noise. Issue was that someone removed the caliper pin bolts and forgot to put it back on. This was a huge safety hazard and not acceptable. This location seems lack quality control. May be need to retrain the mechanics.

Sean Mcfarlane, is the General manager at the Merlin auto work shop. My Lexus RX350 started leaking oil went in without appointment. He brought car in the work shop immediately started the diagnosis. I always get excellent service from him. He gives best advise in repairs and price is very reasonable. His team is also deserve 5 Stars job well done. Thanks Sean!!Service: Auto engine tuning

We ve been having these guys maintain our car for a few decades now. We had a noise in our tire we wanted them to check and found out the lug nut was stripped or broken. That means this whole time they ve been claiming to rotate our tires and weren t. When confronted, they tried to sell us new tires and told us to take the car somewhere to fix the lug nut. Dishonest practices. Loyal customers also need to be cautious and check to make sure the work they say they are performing they actually are.

These guys are swindlers, last July I had my rotors replaced for a full break service. I was charged a full 481 dollars for front brakes. I heard something rattling under my car and was just the heat plate cover that lost a bolt. My car was then more thoroughly examined and asked when the last time I had my brakes changed because my rotors where completely fried. I haven t even gone 15k miles since I had them replaced and my rotors were absolutely destroyed. If they have done this to my car and you may have not noticed they are doing this to everyone to save on product. I understand times are tough but tell me to go somewhere else. Instead of screwing someone over and creating a potentially dangerous situation ad I said I needed my brakes replaced as I was moving across country. Do not trust these people. They will leave your car more dangerous then when you bring it in. I hate auto shops that take advantage of their costumers. Pieces of garbage.

Their staff is very courteous. The manager (Tim Hinchley) is very knowledgeable. He patiently explained in simple terms what the issues were and what he did to fix each one. I got my car back next day at a very reasonable price. Car runs great! Thanks Merlin!

I have been going here for oil changes since purchasing my 2018 Explorer. On my last oil change I was told that my brakes needed to be replaced soon. And they were right. 2 days ago my brakes started grinding but because of my new schedule with the Carpenters union and their closing hours I would not be able to get in till Saturday. When I called to make an appointment today I was utterly shocked to say the least when Shawn ( I hope that is his name ) and his team offered to stay open late tonight to get my brakes done and keep me rolling safely. I am a customer for life. I appreciate their kindness and cannot express enough how they saved me! Keep up the great work ladies n gents!!!

Really liked the service here. They were honest with me about what I needed to fix and what else was wrong, but I could wait on fixing. They also told me about a manufacturer recall on my car that I had no idea about and could get replaced for free by the dealer. Good people and good service. I will be a repeat customer.

They are so pricey for no reason. I was trying to get my coilovers installed and they gave me a quote for $600 just for labor. I got them installed for $300 from other place. They are nice people but they charge a lot more than other places!Services: Brakes, Oil changeServices: Brakes, Oil change

I have coming here for years. My family goes here as well and they are always so nice. It is always great to go to people you can trust. Tim and Scott are always so informative. Scott even drove me home so I didn't have to wait for the repairs on my old car. Now that I have a new car I will continue to come here.
