Everyone here was very polite, very helpful. Bought a hybrid not knowing too much about hybrids, realizing that after the purchase. Then about 2 months after buying our car, we had a dead hybrid. Called a few places before this one, I could tell that nobody else was going to be able to help us.Not only did this place successfully fix our car, but they gave us an HONEST, fair price for doing it as well. I am a mechanic, a regular motor mechanic, and if I am ever out of my realm of knowledge, I will definitely be coming here. Or if I'm over-worked and simply don't feel like doing it. As a matter of fact, this is probably the only place I'll come to from now on. A+

I've been taking my vehicles Kamphaus for years. The Kamphaus team has always honest and truthful. I have never been over charged. The work is what you should expect, professional.

I have a 2014 Chevy Cruz, paid off in 2019. This past week had to take car in due to engine overheating. I'd had no major repair problem until now. Thanks Matt and your team. My issue was resolved and I drove my car everywhere after picking it up and no problems there after. They are awesome. Great job guys, keep up the excellent job. Also, I asked Matt if they offer a discount for Military and they did, and I so appreciated the account.

Best shop around hands down!! I took my car to the dealership where I bought it and they wasted my time and money but as soon as I took my car to Kamphaus they did an excellent job and for a great price, highly recommend this business.

They have always been courteous and respectful never treating me as less than like other male dominated places I have taken my car for service. They even have a woman mechanic who is amazing and offered to double check my 20 year old car so I can pass the emissions test. I passed!!They run a diagnostic and send me an electronic report (save the trees) so I can stay on top of keeping my old car running and saving $$$ as who can afford car payments with everything else so much more. I can get my oil changed for less at a few other places but I don t feel comfortable or confident in the service as I do with Kamphaus.Services: Auto emissions testing, Vehicle safety inspection, Battery, Oil change

Employees are very friendly. They take their time to explain everthing that is wrong with your car. They even provide pictures when explaining things to the customers.

I scheduled to have my vehicle checked for a check engine light, this shop was highly recommended and after looking at reviews, scheduled my appointment. Very friendly staff, Jes provided excellent customer service and kept me in the loop regarding status of my car. One of the managers, Matt was so kind enough to give me a ride home when I dropped off my car, now that s going above and beyond!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto exhaust system replacement

I originally paid for brake service at another shop, but it didn t go well. Kamphaus was recommended to me and I m glad I followed up with them. They provide the FULL service (unlike the other place) and at the same price I had paid - more service for the same price! Today, they were able to finish the needed repairs at a reasonable price & get me back on the road. Kamphaus did the job thoroughly and explained to me what went wrong, the condition of my car & what needed to be done to fix my problem. They are honest about their prices (& fair too!). This place is the best! The whole staff is very friendly and super knowledgeable. They did several repairs on my 2005 Buick Rendezvous which had been sitting in my garage for 6 years. Everything was done in a very timely manner and the car is running great so far. I would recommend this shop to all my family and friends.

They changed the engine oil and found the cause of the suspension noise - broken front stabilizer link arm. The repair took longer than they expected so they gave me a loaner. What a great experience. Our regular auto service location could not handle our Prius-specific hybrid system issue, and we're so lucky that they refer their regular customers to Kamphaus. Jes and Randy were amazing in sharing their knowledge from our diagnostic and recommendations (especially in understandable terms...thanks, Jes!) After taking our vehicle to 2 other places over the last 2 years, spending hundreds of dollars only to not have the problem fixed we brought it to Kamphouse Auto after a friend highly recommended them. Our problem was with the engine cooling system. They took one look at the previous repair and knew immediately where the problem was. After a little research they were the ones to correctly diagnose and fix the problem. I was so relieved. From the first phone call with Jess through the completion of the repairs it was such a refreshing experience. Matt & Rich kept me updated the entire time and are super great guys. Spending money on car repairs is painful but necessary so it s great to find a service company that is extremely knowledgeable, fair, and honest!

I don't know much about cars and used to be so anxious having to take mine in for service, not anymore! The folks at Kamphaus are absolutely wonderful - quick, kind, honest, and careful! I always know exactly what shape my car is in and they patiently walk me through what is needed and work with my budget while keeping me safe on the road. This establishment defines the word perfection! Not only are they professional, but honest, friendly, and most important . Thorough! The most dangerous thing one does on a daily basis without even thinking about it is what ..getting behind the wheel of their car! This team of skilled professionals will always make sure when your vehicle leaves and you get behind the wheel you re going to be safe! With 25 years experience in the automotive field and battling two different dealerships on something that should of been covered under warranty but they did not want to hold up to there end of the deal and denied me, I had to make a move, so I called this facility knowing that I was going to be safe leaving with with an honest answer to my problem and I was right and it was half of the cost of what the dealer quoted me with the correct diagnosis and not another phone call saying you also need this. My first visit to your shop, your way of business is no less than a scam, price given to me was 1058 to replace evaporazer canister assembly, price at Toyota for parts and labor is 522.00. I feel if you want to correct your mistake of misleading, you should return the diagnostic fee of 154.00 to me. I conveyed my displeasure to Jess

Needed a lot of work done to pass emissions. They explained everything that needed to be done in terms I could understand. They let me decide what I wanted repaired and did not pressure into doing everything at once. I was given a loaner vehicle while mine was being worked on and just paid for the iPass use. They kept me updated throughout the process which I really appreciated.

So my transmission test did not pass and seeing as my car is not old I was not to happy and worried about the cost. I found this gem on the recommendations on the paper given to me after the failed transmission test. From the 1st initial phone call to book a appointment to the finale of having my car back in great shape and even them going to make sure my emission test passed was fantastic. Customer service was outstanding and that is something I look for especially and most important I think there prices are reasonable. They even took the time to see what my car might need at a later visit and created a profile to send me of my car with pictures and details of what may need my attention sooner then later. This will defiantly be my go to spot now for car repairs. Thank you for making my visit with you easy and affordable.Service: Transmission

I made an appointment for an oil change because I was going on a trip and needed it done before I left town. They were very accommodating and fit me in. They took care of me as soon as I got there so I was in and out quickly. They have a very clean waiting area and friendly knowledgeable staff as well as reasonable rates. I love to see a business that puts the customer first and will be back for all my car repair needs in the future and will recommend them to all my friends.Service: Oil change
