Fantastic experience at Just Tires in Hanover Park, IL! Manager Zack and mechanic Aurelio were outstanding. Zack provided top-notch customer service, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Aurelio's work on my car was impeccable; his expertise and attention to detail really stood out. Both were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about my needs. Highly recommend this team for anyone looking for quality service and great results. Five stars

This place has always been great. Brought my car for a third time since my front left tire seems to have a leak and gets low every so often and the guys checked it and COULDNT find nothing. I appreciate the honesty beyond everything any other place would ve made something up and charge me for something. Zack also was kind enough to fix a exhaust cover that got loose highly recommended

Zach did a fantastic job fitting my car in on a busy day and was thorough in explaining the options for my repairs. He wasn t overselling me but was very patient in providing the details. Definitely recommend this site for your work.

Mike is the most miserable, unpleasant person I've ever met. Don't bother with an appointment, it means nothing. Came in for an oil change at the appointment time and they didn't even pull my car in for 40 minutes. I watched as my car sat untouched in the garage and other cars get serviced that came in after me. Tried to upsell me on over a thousand dollars of stuff. I actually hate this place. Go ANYWHERE else.

Just tires offers a wonderful service. If you need air in your tires, just pull up they will do it for free. They are always polite and always have a smile. This is one of the places that you can get a smile in the morning.

I had just got screwed over at Walmart auto center and almost stranded. I went to just tires, told them I had an emergency and desperately needed a tire change and Carlos got me in and out no problem.

I get appointment 3pm then I wait 1hour 30 minutes. Just one tire.First 30 minutes they did not move the my care in the repair area it was empty whole section and all repairs man was sitting rest are.

Went there with a nail in tire. Was asked if I wanted a wheel alignment for free because I had purchased it when I got my tires. 40 minutes later I was told I needed a Ty rod and ball joint. Plus the mail went in on an angle so I needed a new tire. Total cost 595 dollars. Took car to my regular shop. They fixed the tire and checked my front end. Told me it was all good. Paid 42 dollars and bought them two dozen donut hats the next day.Stay away from Just Tires

My tire was very low, under 15 PSI. Thankfully, they provided excellent customer service and made the repair. UNLIKE the tire place across the street. Who would NOT help an old lady out, I had a two year old with me. I'm grateful for Just Tires for being reasonable and helpful. Thanks a ton!

Scam Artists.. told me my flat tire wasn't repairable after they took it off the truck and rim! Said I needed to buy a new tire! Suburban Tire fixed it no problem! Pics show tread life with penny and on tread wear indicator bar.

Justin was incredible to work with. He got both sets of brakes replaced, oil changed, four new tires, and new filters done for me within hours after I walked in with no appointment.

Tim, at the front desk, was very professional and helpful. Daniel, the mechanic, was also very helpful. He took a minute to explain and educate me on what was going on with my car. The two of them helped me save over $200 on work that Jiffy Lube previously was trying to sell me. These two men helped me to realize that I did not need the work. This solidified my trust in Just tires and was excellent customer service. I will definitely continue to have my tire service completed here.

We brought our SUV to the Hanover Park Just Tires location on a Sunday morning, after scheduling an appointment online the night before. Mr. Mike was our Sales Advisor this day, and our vehicle's service began at the scheduled time. The flat tire was inspected immediately, and it was determined that the impaled screw was too close to the tire's sidewall; therefore, the tire could not be repaired and required replacement. Fortunately, Mr. Mike had a replacement tire in stock, and had the new tire mounted right away. The store was very busy, being a Sunday and all. Yet, Mr. Mike and his team provided excellent and timely service. Thank you so very much, Mr. Mike! We are truly grateful.

Glenn Kmiec is awesome! He is really kind and very helpful! We came in for a blown out tire and within 5 minutes he helped us pick out two new tires. What a great guy, he is the reason why we will be coming here anytime we need new tires and will recommend our friends, neighbors, and family too. A+ Service!

Service from Just Tires is very affordable and quick. Sergio was super friendly and provide me with the best attitude. My tire was repaired fast, and I really enjoyed coming to pick it up on appointment so that guys were right into my schedule. My best recommendations for their business and I wish them more happy clients like me. Highly recommend Just Tires for any problem with your wheels.

Glenn Kmeic went above and beyond for me today. I have a Jetta that had a flat tire. The tool you need to remove the decorative hub cap was missing. I came into Just Tires and told Glenn my dilemma. Glenn made me a tool to use to bring back to the site where my car was. It worked perfectly. I came back to Just Tires with the Jetta that needs repairs. The staff took care of me right away. The staff was great!! Glenn was incredible for what he did for me. You don t see this great service much anymore. Above and beyond!! Thank you men!!

People there don't take ownership on their work. I took my vehicle to change the tires and a couple minutes of leaving the place the low air tire came back on. I waited a two days to see if that light might go away. I check the pressure every day and the tires were good. I call the techs and I was told to bring it in. As I walk in and explain the situation the guy there pretty much told me that might have to take it to the dealer to get the sensor light reset. The tech scans the sensor and says that one of my sensors is out and walks away. My vehicle did not have any problem before changing the tires. I am not blaming them to damage the sensor. I am disappointed that before checking the tires I am already told that I might have to take somewhere alse. Last time I had that issue on pepboys they took care of it, right away. I paid for what they did, as I couldn't blame them for the damage but they took care of the issue.I doubt I will ever go there again. I rather go to another place if it is further from me.

Just Tires in Hanover Park, IL is the best shop to go to for tires. On two different vehicles, I've needed tires in the past couple years and this shop has always given me fair prices on quality tires and fast, reliable service. On this current occasion, my car with only 10K mileage caught a screw in a tire. I visited 6 shops on the way home from work because I was worried about a blowout and my new car didn't have a spare. Four shops didn't have time to even look at my tire, one wanted to replace two tires with different tires because he didn't have what I needed and then charge me 3 times the cost, and another wanted almost double the cost for a single tire replacement. Just Tires offered me a couple of different options and then told me I could get it replaced that night. They had me in and out of the shop in 20 minutes and saved me a lot of money. They should have been my first and only choice that night but they will be going forward. I have been treated fairly on all visits to the shop. No hassles!

Yesterday was my first time visiting this place and i liked everything about it. Was taken care of fast, pricing was reasonable, and got out of their pretty quick. Oscar was the one that worked on my car and i appreciate his work and effort to get it done right and fast. Definitely coming back!
