They didn't put the oil i requested, and normally get. Which should be in there system.. The worst. Outdated af! Avoid this place at all costs

insanely disrespectful. the young male staff members were incredibly disrespectful to my dad when we first pulled up. they laughed in his face because he spoke spanish & they didn t. it wasn t until they saw that i was in the car with my dad & spoke to them that they settled down and treated him with respect or just walked off. it s quite upsetting to see how rude people can be to someone without even making any effort to help. this needs to be worked on and changed immediately; especially being in a predominantly hispanic town.

the guys who work here are the best! i always take my car here for oil change, but i went in this morning cause my car was making this weird rattling noise while driving.they fixed the issue in less than10 minutes + added air to my tire!! they were so nice & kind especially the manager who was working. i didn t catch his name, but he was the only one in a red long sleeve.great customer service!!! thank you!!Services: Tires, Body & Trim

They charge for any and everything at this location. The other locations don't charge for a top off. The workers are young and very inexperienced. Went there once and will never go back

I took my car in for an oil change and had to go back because they didn t put the mileage sticker on my window. Then, my glove compartment door opened after leaving and does not close anymore. It is loose and won t stay shut. To finish it off, our air filter fan now is clicking whenever the heat or fan is on. I highly recommend going somewhere else.

I am willing to pay extra money for service. So when I asked them for help with a wiper that had broken. I was taken back they would not help because I did not buy it there. I ended up fixing it in their parking lot. It took me five minutes. I won't be going back to this Jiffy lube. This was my third time there. I was not impressed any of the times I went there.Service: Oil change

I've been getting my oil change here for a couple of years now. I recently noticed that the items they list on their invoice regarding their service checklist have been misleading.They claim that my cabin air filter is in good condition. My truck does not have a cabin air filter. They claim that they vacuumed the floors. They did not. Last time I was there I knew for a fact that my coolant was low due to a leak however under checklist they said it was full.I only come here for an oil change and not for the service checklist. But it still bothers me to know that they are willing to lie about these items. What else are they not doing properly?!

I didn't get my floor vacuumed, but I asked to get my filters changed. One was so bad it looked like trees were growing from it!

on sat 11/5 our experience was very nice. The service at the Jiffy Lube in Hanover Park was great . Customer service was perfect and everyone worked pretty quick and got me and my Dad on way.

I went to this place 3 times for a uber inspection...First time was a cracked windshield which makes sense but when the guy told me I failed due to the crack windshield he said "once you replace it you will be all good". I went and replaced it coming in a second time a week later, they told me that I failed again and I got confused and they explained that they don't complete the inspection so that they don't have to put it down as a fail, and it made sense so i left and it took a week for me to get that fixed I come in today and they are doing the inspection and they told me that my back tail light and windshield wiper was bad which was crazy because I had just changed my wiper but I guess Walmart sold me a bad wiper... I explained I came twice and the second time they told me that they don't continue if they don't pass it which is understandable. But when I asked if I could go get the bulb and replace it the guy came out and was going to charge me for a fail. When I confronted him he told me that they let me go with a free bee the last time even though it makes no sense which I will explain. If they had failed and just charged me the 20 the first time I would have been ok with it but for 2 weeks I visit this place 3 times just for them to charge me the third time so basically they are telling me pay 20 bucks because you can make some money off of me but then inconvenienced me by making me come 3 times. I don't understand how that would be giving me a "free bee" if you were going to charge me after making me come back the third time...

I took my car in for an oil change and $200 went missing from my car. I went back to Jiffy Lube immediately and spoke with Ben and he told me to come back tomorrow to speak with the manager Pedro. I went back today and spoke with Pedro and we watched the video of my car's oil change, I saw multiple people go in and out of my car(one of which they told me was hired and fired yesterday). Pedro told me he could tell if someone was stealing and that his employees weren't stealing. I saw the video and you couldn't tell either way however Pedro denied any wrong doing from his employees and he told me to check my car again. I am very disappointed in the customer service I received from this location. I will never come back to this location or a Jiffy Lube for that matter. A simple apology would have been appreciated.Service: Oil change

I just went for a oil change like it took more then 1 hour more all the other people just came for oil change where coming and going in 30 mins and i have to wait more then 1h.30 mins and when asked no answer and just a rude customer service i won't go even they do all the work for free then also. avoid avoid avoid

I stopped using Jiffy Lube many years ago because the service wasn't great. My experience at this location was actually fantastic. The first guy that greeted me was so kind and honestly respectful, which doesn't happen often. The guy who took my information was real nice as well and just overall friendly. The experience was smooth and easy. I may be changing shops for my oil changes at this point. Being approached with friendliness and being given what seem to be reasonable options goes a long way. The only negative was the long is tiny and they were busy, so I stood the entire time, good news, I don't mind standing.

June 22 I went in for a brake inspection.i occasionally heard noises when I would brake. I pulled in he said my brakes were fine and within minutes sent me on my way. Even though I pointed to my rusted rodors and all he said was some cars make them cheap but your brake pads are really nice so your fine. 2weeks later it made a thumping noise. Turned out my rodors we're rusted through. It was metal on metal .I didn't learn that through jiffy lube.. go across the street to car x.. have actual mechanics work on your car..

Went in for an oil change about two weeks ago and my car starting leaking right after. Took it back to the shop and they told me they needed to replace an oil pan and that s why it was leaking. Plus an oil filter and ANOTHER oil change. They gave me an estimate of almost 500 dollars to fix my car. I knew that wasn t right though so I went somewhere else. Turns out they just put way too much oil and that why it was leaking. I only had to pay 60 dollars to get the problem fixed compared to the 500 dollars they would ve charged me at this location. Nobody here knows what they re doing. Go somewhere else.Service: Oil change

I am in the service (restaurant) industry. With that being said, I notice the small things that make a customer feel welcomed and comfortable. The Jiffy Lube in Hanover Park made me feel at ease. I wasn t sure about what was wrong with my car, or if I was going to get a fair diagnosis/price. From the minute I pulled onto the lot, to the second I walked out of the door, I was greeted and communitcated with. Jason, and his entire crew, were more than hospital. Before any work was done on my car, someone came out to the waiting room and let me know what was going on with my car and what the next step should be. They gave me the choice to tell them to continue or not. I never once felt pressured. They just gained a regular customer. Thank you, Jiffy Lube!

I went in for a tire pressure check with my mom. They didn't ask what we needed looked at. They assumed it was a service. When they understood it was a tire pressure check. It looked like they were filling the tires. But he told us he had to take air out to even one side. The guy on the other side (passenger) said those tires were fine. Light was still on. Had to go over to another place to get looked at. A tire was low and leaking on the passenger side. I would not recommend this jiffy lube in Hanover Park, but I would recommend the other one on golf road (just saying, they are better and more kind).

Spent $99.99 on a full synthetic oil change. Do not waste your money. The $10 coupon still doesn t do any justice. $89.99 for an oil change is robbing you of your money.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Think Twice Before visiting this location! I had recently changed my oil with Jiffy Lube and their service was absurd and unacceptable and I'm never going to visit them again. Not only they did not tighten my oil screw, which resulted in total loss of oil which almost killed my engine. Better yet , The representative provided me with unaccurate information and showed no Remorse whatsoever

I like the fact they take you right away. The waiting room was dirty..cold..very small..I will go back today for them to adjust the wipers I purchased my old ones.were cleaning better than the new ones. They don't touch my windshield all the way. The staff were very pleasant

Great staff, friendly, reliable, efficient and quick, without cutting corners. Small waiting area but coffee is free and there is TV. Like this store better than other Jiffy Lubes in the area. Open Sunday is an added bonus. Always vacuum floors and wipe windows inside and out.

I was in today for an oil change. I decided not to get it because the place by my house is much cheaper. They returned my car to me and after driving for 5 minutes I started having problems. They left my oil cap off and theres spilled oil all over under my hood. I don't know if it was intentional and done out of anger or just negligence but do not use this location. Take your warning.

I have been going to this location for years, always got an ok service and I always ignored other reviews, but today is the last day I will ever visit this place. They charged me little over $95 for oil change , when I told them Mercedes charges less- under $50- they got extremely defensive, they start arguing with me , and basically told me to take my business elsewhere. The gentleman who took care of me stormed out the office while calling me F word among ather things- this was in front of the manager....... I Will Not Go Back if my life depended on it....

This place is terrible ! 10 minutes after leaving there my car quit running. I hadn't been having any issues prior to my visit. After calling the store and speaking with 3 different people, they sent one of their employees to my residence to check it out. He barely looked at it and then said it couldn't have been their shop and wasn't their fault. I wouldn't recommend going here unless you want your car worse than it was before.
