More than once this store has incorrectly re-attached an undercarriage cover on our vehicle. There was no mention of a discount or reimbursement. We have had to pay extra for the dealership to replace the first cover that was damaged. This Hanover Park location was convenient, but the quality is very poor. We will no longer recommend family and friends to this location.

This place sucks, they don't know how to start, they don t know how to jumpstart a car. They made me waste the whole day and they didn't want to work on my car. and they call themselves technicians lol. My recommendation is that you do not come to this place, very bad service.

I would give higher scores but unfortunately your prices are very high. I understand the factors involved such as qualified mechanics deserve industry standard wages. I also appreciate the convenience of your store hours and the quick turnaround. Still, I feel if I shopped around, I could find better pricing. That said, it was my choice not to, but I still feel the financial impact.

I had work done on my Vehicle prior to my visit. Changed both CV axles. Which it required a wheel alignment after. Setting up my appointment and getting the work done was saucerful..

Took my car in for an oil change and alignment. Explained an issue I was having with my car not moving forward in drive as much. Manager brushed me off and told me to get the transmission checked down the street. Next day car started shaking and smoking because the caliper one on one wheel was completely seized and burning the rotors. I took it to the Hoffman location instead and they figured out the issue and took care of me. They also told me they were concerned and confused how this was missed by the techs at Hanover since the issue was incredibly apparent. Skip this location and go to Hoffman Estates instead.

I went in to have my car looked at, it was making an unusual noise. After having it for an hour, they said they couldn't hear it and there was nothing wrong. That will cost you for a diagnostic inspection. After i paid them, I drove away andi immediately heard the noise. These guys are horrible!

I always recommend this Firestone location to everyone I talk with, about my car, when it's being serviced there. I moved to another town, yet still bring my car back to this location for all of my service needs. I'll be seeing you again, soon. Thanks fellas!

Went in for an alignment, service advisor talked me out of it. I asked to find the noise from the drivers side front and they claim there is no noise. Took my money for the diagnosis but no results. Can't trust people that just try to turn numbers and not customer service.

I've been going to this Firestone location to have my vehicle serviced for over 10 years! They're always professional and efficient. Even as the faces that work there have changed, the level of service has remained the same.

Took my truck in for an oil change. Fast and very friendly staff. Very clean waiting area and shop. Asked me a few questions about the truck and got it in and out in less then a half hour. Thanks for the quick service guys.

Took my car there cause I was having an electrical problem. They told me I needed a battery and replaced it.A day later I had the same problem So I took the car to the dealer and they said oil was leaking on my alternator and was shorting out my systemThey said they'll have to fix the leak and replace the alternatorI'm out 300 plus cause they sold me a battery and a so called inspection

This one's embarrassing but, I'll tell it anyway! So there I was chasing my brother Mario down a sewer. he had taken some giant mushroom ,and now he has to smash bricks on his head to get the coins (whatever that means)! So anyway, as I was saying ;we were in the sewer some snapping turtle Mario was calling bowser ate his peach he had left over from lunch at our day job as plumbers.but we happened to pop out the toilet there at Firestone Complete auto care,just wish Frankie didn't have the fish tacos that day! They tasted awful the second time!

I call around 8:10am on a Sunday morning for an alignment the guy was great when answering the phone, I was told to bring it in with no appointment that I was going to be taking care ASAP and indeed they took care of my car with no issues in timing.Great job in the alignment my Silverado rides smoothly now.

I requested an appointment for today at 1pm. I walk in at 12:40 and was told my appointment was never verified and I would either need to drop off my car or schedule for another day. They said online doesn t always verify so I should call next time. I told them I would need to call since I didn t have my schedule on hand. As soon as I walked back to my car I got an email time stamp 12:42 saying my appointment was verified. This place has no structure. I will not be returning due to lack of communication and organization.Also I want to point out my appointment was for a headlight to be changed so this should not be a 2 hour wait

Called and made an appointment on Sunday 4/3/22 to have new wheels put on, swapping old tires onto new wheels. (I told them the specs of everything before even going in) When I get there we went out and inspected the tires and I was then told that they were unable to do them because they would have to stretch the tire. The tire is a 245mm going on a 9.5 inch wheel. 245mm = 9.65 inches. I did not only waste my time but the service manager decided to argue with me swearing they cannot put the tires on and that it will be stretching the tire. Never in my life thought you would have to stretch something to get it onto something smaller. Went to Discount tire and they said they could do it no problem. Would never recommend this place because they don t even know tires!!!

Never come back again. I told them driver side window is not working. They found out the window regulator is broken and I paid 113 bucks just for them to figure that out. No one said how much the inspection will cost before they do it. I would not do that if anyone said it will cost that much.

My father went in for an oil change, guess the bolt to the oil pan was warped. Charged him $700 to replace the whole thing instead of just the bold. Found this out after the fact, shame they prey on older people like this.

We recently found out that our Service Adviser, Eric, moved to another location. When I found out where I drove over an hour because he is the reason I am still a Firestone customer. When I arrived it wasn't a surprise to see & hear customers talking on how good & honest Eric service advise is & lesser than usual wait times. He is truly an honest car adviser with exceptional customer service. An asset to Firestone. I will continue to come to whichever store Firestone moves him to. Fantastic service as always. Eric & Tom were very polite as well. Thank you, we will return

I had an appointment for 5p , when I arrived the counter person said oh my technician is leaving now I called you to cancel. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL NOR A VOICEMAIL.'Not that I can do anything' what a dump response, from person behind the counter

I really have a good experience today at Firestone auto care. They fixed my car very well and in a short time. They helped me with my payment choices and in general the service was great. Also the store manager Mr. Mundo can help you in Spanish. Thanks for everything.

Steve and the crew always take care of my auto needs. They have great tires and make sure all work is done right at a good price. Some days are really hectic there, so you have to allow time to get the job completed. Look online too as they have Firestone coupons in the app or online!

Superb service.Tom was effective, knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to work with.I dropped my vehicle off at 5.. and it was done by 8 pm. He even called me after they had closed.He suggested several items that I was unaware of, such as the license plate light, depth of thread on 2 tires !This was not presented as a forced sale of services, but a safety items to consider.I recommend this store, employee.
