Avoid working with "ULISES G" at this location!!Most unprofessional guy you will find at this location. He told me yesterday that he ordered my tire and will call me as soon as it's in the next day. I waited all day and called at 4 to check if the tire is in. And of course the tire was in but he didn't contact. I asked how long will it take if i come right now. I was told 1-1.5 hrs. I drove straight to the store and he says pickup the car after 2.5 - 3 hrs. Because of the wait time he said earlier i didn't bring anyone with me to drive me home. Now my wife has to drive all the way here to pick me up. His answer was very unprofessional "I didn't have time to call you. You can wait or drop-off your car". Terrible service. If i hadn't prepaid for the tire, I would have gone to another location.Avoid "ULISES G" at this location.

Been here a few times for patches, today I brought my husband's truck in with a nail in the side wall, couldn't be patched, got a new tire at a great price and the service was super fast! Always have a great experience here with friendly helpful staff!

I recently visited Discount Ties to replace a flat tire, and their service exceeded my expectations. Instead of just addressing the damaged tire, they assessed all four tires and recommended replacing two for optimal safety. They also didn't charge me anything due to my collision certificate. I just had to pay the nominal certificate renewal fee.Also the front desk staff was very polite and respectful. I would highly recommend this place.

2nd Time I've been here, first for a flat and second for a tire pressure sensor. Luis helped me in both occasions and was more than knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I'm thankful he was able to help me. I recommend this place for anyone looking to take care of their tires. Thank you Luis!

I've been changing the tires on all my cars here for years. but when I came today to fix the tires. because there was a nail there. The employee told me that we would not be repairing it. it is necessary to replace all four wheels with new ones. I have good tires that can last a long time. but he said either change or leave. we won't do that. I won't go to this service again.

Do not go to this place go to Suburban Tire in Hanover Park instead. I called them ahead of time to ask if I can bring in my flat tire. They were like sure no problem, come on in. I get there to the counter and a white man behind the counter (instead of acknowledging me) finished typing whatever then asks me how can he help me. I explained I JUST called and he tells me there is a 6 hour wait. You think he could have told me this over the phone? Knowing I am coming in with a flat tire. I left here went to my normal tire place and they are actually fixing my tire right now and quoted me 20 minutes.Look, even if you cannot handle the issue right away. At least have the curtesy to acknowledge your customers and give them honest information.

Very interesting experience here. They were very understaffed so it was kind of a long wait. However, the people that they did have working were second to none. Jesse and Luka were the two I was working with and their customers service skills were amazing. Very polite and we re serving people as fast as they could. They kept a very cool head in what was definitely a high stress environment for them. Hats off to that. Definitely recommend.

I absolutely love the customer service they provide. Even when they are busy as soon as you walk in they acknowledge you. I bought new rims and wheels and they were very helpful going through the process with me and answering any questions and concerns I may have. They are honest and transparent which is rare to find. From the front desk to the tech they were awesome and help me through. Very fast service. Good job guys! I wish I remember who helped me but y all are awesome! My new rims and wheels look so nice and I m very satisfied.

If you want an honest opinion on when to get your tires changed, how bad are they or if they have any life left in them, go to Discount Tire in Hanover Park and talk to Luis. Got tires replaced on my Tesla Model X with no issues and was completed in the promised time. Great crew as well. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for new tires.

Service was fast friendly and the most tech driven experience. I was there twice for tire install. It was so fast. I made appointments before I arrived. The 2pm time frame seems like a pretty calm time to visit. Everyone was happy with their services. There is a bar type table where you can watch them service cars. It's a great place to work or just charge your phone.

Tim is absolutely amazing, he is customer service at its best!! He acknowledges and greets everyone walking through the door with a smile on his face; the world needs more people like him. He is helpful and knowledgeable and I can t say enough good things about how great he is at what he does!

It takes 2 hours to change my tire. And still not done yet. If you have all day to change 1 tire, I can suggest this place. Unbelievable

5 start customer serviceWent in for a flat repair and they took care of it for free!! I remember going to Firestone a few years ago and they charged me for it.I will be back to this location when I need new tires!!!

It is affordable to me and fast service today. It cost me today about 11$. If i was less patient and went to the nearby tire store, i would spend around 200$.

Purchased some rims for my Escalade and brought them to Discount Tire to have them mounted to new tires. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and courteous, and they did a great job with the installation - they even let me know of a tiny imperfection in one of the wheels which I was already aware of. I've always had great experiences with Discount Tire and this was no exception. Thanks to your team for the great service!

I came in without an appointment and was greeted promptly by an employee who followed me out to the car to assess why I was leaking air in tire. He found a nail which needed new tire. He did assessments on the rest of the tires checked the valve all before even discussing replacing. They are very transparent with pricing and what you are getting for your money in terms of tire quality I always come here for any tire repair great service great price and excellent warranties

They always have the best prices, staff has always been very friendly too. Got a new spare tire plus 2 tpms sensors cheaper than another shop charged me to do just 2 sensors by themselves. They warrantied a tire that was 32 days old and let me buy the protection plan at that point which was refreshingly generous of them.If you have a car that uses tires, go here!

These guys were a breeze to work with. Picked out my winter rims and tires online and set up an appointment. They got me in and out in less than an hour and they were swamped when I went in. Plus they helped me bag up my old setup into my tire covers.Great experience and based on this one I plan to use them in the future. The only knock I have is that I kept my original set (because it's my non-winter set) and they still charged a disposal fee.

I've never had an easier time getting tires! I found the tires I needed on the website for an affordable price, and was able to easily price match the tires. I went in to get them installed and my car was ready pretty quickly.

Came to check my tire because I had a small nail in it, they said they would check it out and let me know if it was fixable. After they did this they said the hole was to big even though the nail had a diameter no bigger than 1/8 and a length of about a inch. I explained I wanted to go to another place where they would be able to fix it. They said they couldn't let me go on that tire because of their "rules" wanted to do my spare which it wouldn't work either since it was 10 years old. They made me buy another tire because there was no other option. The nail was very small and they had to make a mistake when drilling a hole. Never go to discount title when nail in tire they will find a way to make you buy another tire.

Very helpful. I bought my tires online. Lots of information to give you the best results and deal. With an appointment installation of tires were quick. Less then hour for sure might have been 30 minutes tops for four SUV tires.
