There are great people in this world Tracy and her team of tech were more than wonderful in help myself the crew we were stuck for 5 days and the only shop that would help is pride truck i highly recommend Tracy and her crew to any needs she is very informative and attentive

"This is the place to go if you need anything done for your truck or trailer. It is a highlyrecommended truck and trailer repair shop for a good reason! Let me tell you all something. This place is amazing when the frightliner said it would be 4 or 5 days I came here in 15 min after arriving they b had me in the shop and done before lunch. Tracy is unbelievable went and picked up a food order bathrooms are nice and have showers available. Will definitely come here before anywhere else if in the area

They fixed what a TA couldn't even find!In a few minutes they found a reason of a problem and resolved it.Real professionals and can be proud of their excellent service!Moreover, they didn't even charge us! Thank you, thank you!

i called pride today on short notice after a tire and air bag blowing out. I spoke with Tracy about getting the repairs done today. Tracy took my number checked and called back to say they would work on the truck today. I couldnt have found a better shop to do the repairs. The location A1, pleasant staff, and expedited the repairs. they even did 2 other tires i had been carrying with me that were worn.thank you Pride Truck TeamServices: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

Brough 2022 thermo king. Engine was not starting. Gary fixed it very fast. Also, got my trailer PM done. Changed fuel filter, air filter, and oil change. Very fast and not expensive. No appointment was required. Walk-ins are welcome

Exceptional service in a time of need.We're a full-time RV family; our 5th wheel has been our home for almost two years. While traveling East to my daughter's wedding, I noticed one of our leaf springs had snapped its retainer clip and that it had begun to deviate significantly. Further inspection turned up issues with other springs.Pride Truck Center didn't just fix our springs - they fixed our springs with professionalism and a personal touch, on very short notice and at a very reasonable price. They let us plug in for the duration of the repair to keep our fridge cold, and accommodated a late pickup (11pm) so we could go into Chicago to stay on track with pre-wedding haircuts and other commitments.Shout outs to Tracy and Bob, and to the rest of the team who got us back on the road in plenty time to attend this very important life event. 1 week down time and wasted money and still didn't fix my truck, had to tow the truck to the dealer and they fixed, refused to pay for some of the repairs $1400 plus $1000 to tow. I asked them to pay half sense they didn't repair my original problem, sense I spent almost $1900 plus $1000 parts and hotel expenses $650, they couldn't make it right. I only asked them to pay half of that $1400. which is $800. This placed fixed things that I didn't have problems with, I didn't have electrical issues when I came to them but that's what they claimed ti fix. My truck only needed def tank sensor!! They so dishonest and paid for things that didn t fix my truck!!

Everything is great about this place.I had an oil change done in 1 hour.The staff is very polite. The driver's lounge is brand new it has recliner chairs and big tv. It's 2 minutes away from TA and Love's where it usually takes couple hours for this kind of service.

I had an EGR cooler leak on 2022 cascadia. Went to Freightliner dealer, they said its going to take few weeks to change it, because the part was nowhere to find. The guys at Pride Truck Center were able to find the part, they went extra mile to find it. Finally the EGR cooler arrived overnight, and the my issue was fixed.
