Today was the absolute best dealership experience my family has ever had!! We met with Steve and let me start by saying he was beyond amazing and took very good care of us! Everyone who works here was super kind and welcoming honestly made us feel like Family. While we were there today we seen many people come in and leave with big smiles on their face they definitely take care of their customers and they have earned our business for a long time to come we will be back for our next vehicle without a doubt! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

First time we purchased a truck out of state! All of the negotiations were over the phone, texting, and emails. Everything went flawless. I feel we purchased at an excellent price the truck we wanted. Pickup was easy with no extra pressure. Steve went through the truck with us and explained everything. Even a full tank of fuel. Would definitely recommend James Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram out of Hampshire, IL. We also loved the nostalgia of their building. It felt like a place where you should buy a Ram 3500 from!

I sent an email request after viewing a car on their website. The response time was extremely fast. I would say within 2 minutes. After a few phone conversations we drove down to view, drive, and purchase the vehicle. Staff is great to work with. Very friendly atmosphere. Never felt pushed or pressured. Very honest and straightforward answering all our questions. This is our first Dodge. We drove 130 miles one way to the store to purchase. Definitely would go back.

Very smooth transaction. None of the salesmen were pushy and provided bill of sale for my credit union promptly. Didn t push for unnecessary add ons or warranties like many other dealerships. Straight forward. Highly recommend!

From setting the appointment to vehicle pick up, this dealership was great. Service group did a wonderful job and had the vehicle back to me the same day. Communication and professionalism appeared at the highest of business interactions- especially for being a dealership. I ended up at this location due to negative experience at the Saint Charles Dealership. The James dealership has my loyalty and I strongly recommend and would refer to anyone in the market for Dodge/Jeep/Ram. This goes for needing service for their vehicle as well. Absolutely hit the marks and it didn t feel like the common dealership interaction.

Best place ever! I drive 15 miles in order to use their business to service my vehicle! Well worth the drive. Their prices are reasonable and their customer service is Top Notch! I live in a town where I could have my vehicle serviced but prefer giving them my money. My husband now uses them, as well. I d Highly Recommend giving them a try to see for yourself how good these guys are!

Very friendly and kind the moment we walked in the door. Our salesman was very understanding and politely helpful (not pushy) to our interests in a new vehicle. Eric is great to work with and answered any concerns or questions we had. Worked very hard to find the vehicle we wanted and didn't try to get us to settle for less. We will definitely be sending referrals to Hampshire.

We had the best experience with James Motors in Hampshire when buying our 2024 Jeep Wrangler Willies addition. Steve Stanley is the best sales person. He is not pushy and workied really hard to get us what we wanted. He is extremely honest and patient! I highly recommend you to go to Steve. He will find you that vehicle you have been searching for. We are so happy with our Jeep!!

Eric and everyone at the dealership are great at what they do. Very fast and to the point. I am not a fan of dealerships that waste your time. I drove over 100 miles to get there and would do it again because of how great my experience was at James Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Thanks again.

I brought in my truck for recall service. Unfortunately, one of the recalls still does not have parts available. Not James fault; but frustrating. I did have two tires low on air, and didn t fill them prior to my appointment. While not listed as a service I expected attention to detail. My tires were not filled. I will go back, but expected more.

I took my vehicle in for a check engine light and possibly my radiator needing a replacement. The company replaced my radiator and when they took it on a test drive realized that my engine was having low oil pressure. Dodge had my vehicle this whole time, they said that they were unable to see my engine was blown until they got it to an operational level AKA they never took my vehicle on an initial test drive to verify the issues until after they already replaced my radiator. I told them that I knew a little about troubleshooting due to my short time being a mechanic in the army and wanted an explanation. They gave me a 6 percent discount and told me thank you for my service. Home Depot gives better discounts, they are really bad at troubleshooting, condescending, and rude. 1600 dollars later, my engine is still blown but my radiator has a two year warranty.

I had an unfortunate warranty issue after only 2900 miles on my 23 Ram Bighorn. That was not their fault but it took three months to get it fixed. I felt like the service writer was jacking me around because after the first month I started to call weekly and the updates were not great. After 3 months they called to say it was finished. I was at work and could not get it until the next day. I got there and they did not have any paperwork for me. Also they pulled my truck up and the outside was filthy. They had it for an extra day the least they could have done was wash it and have gotten the paperwork together. I got my truck back home just in time to put my daughter s car seat in it and pick her up from school with very little time to spare. I go to hook up the seat and realize they didn t even have the rear seat bolted down. I was furious. They had it for almost a whole extra day and didn t double check to make sure everything was buttoned up. I called and let them know and they said I could come back to have them tighten it down but I had to pick up my daughter. Luckily I had the three different fasteners to tighten it down. I will not be returning to their service department. Which is a bummer because their sales department was excellent.

My family has been repeat customers for 50+ years(going back to when John Fenzel owned it)! If you are looking for a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or RAM(or, other used car vehicle) then give them a call, or stop in. It's a no pressure/old schooled dealership! Rusty, Steve, Vito, and Eric are top notched guys that won't rob you blind!
