This is not a customer oriented business meaning I had to do all the calling to find out the status. When I walked in there were several men in one office chit chatting and did not acknowledge or greet me. That being said they did do a great job on my lawnmower and it was less expensive than quoted.

In the past I would have given Sloan five stars. This experience has been bad. Josh picked up my lawn tractor almost five weeks ago for a service driving it on the trailer. Since being in their shop, they tell me it will not run and is blowing fuses. They have replaced the starter, then the wiring harness next will try battery and a wire. I call Bob for updates, he keeps telling me he will call me when he has it ready. Very inconvenient and dissapointing.

me again! Sloan has had our tractor for 3 weeks without one person calling to let us know an update. I have had to call each time. Don was kind enough to loan us a zero turn so we could mow our lawn but no one else has even bothered to try to help. DO NOT GO TO SLOAN!!!!!!!! Find a dealer who cares and knows how to use a telephone. Save yourself the trouble.

Always friendly and helpful. Worth the little money to have such helpful service when needed. My john deere 2305 has been awesome. Service center and parts department very helpful.

The Service/Parts department is well stocked, but contacting them by phone wait times are longer than average. There was a delay in the delivery of parts which was not expected.

Had to wait in line. Someone ordering parts, didn't know what it was called and had to explain where it was on his machine. I just wanted to buy the two gallons of oil in my hands. Had to wait a while.
