Jarvis was very helpful and attentive to any issues or concerns I had in the purchase of my new vehicle. My purchase was completed online so it required more coordination but Jarvis was up to the task. And excellent follow up after the sale.

I would like to thank Bill Richmond for selling us our new car. First off we was embraced with a big smile and welcome. He did an excellent job explaining every car in full details without looking at the buyer slip on the car. His patience with us was phenomenal. Bill and the manger treated us like we was family. Bill had everything in line from setting up the On-Star and making sure the My GMC Rewards was setup before we arrived to pickup the car. Upon picking up the car Bill explained ever feature and made sure we was comfortable working the feature s before we left. Thanks Bill for your excellent customer service.Craig and Tricia Davis

If you re looking to purchase a car don t go to woody . I purchase my certified 2018 Yukon.May 2022 and since the fist week it s been giving me issues . The first couple days it was towed from my driveway bc it wouldn t start then check engine and traction control came on . Have been taking it for service since May 2023 and service department Can never duplicate the issue . I have been working with Mike and Ryan from service and every time I call them regarding the issue they re always with that attitude like it s you again .. we ll fix my car and trust me I wouldn t call back !!! Spoke to Chris woody trying to get him involved and still yesterday I was told to drive my car until my Yukon gives up worst customer service ever!!!!
